PARKING: We do not have a garage, but there is space available on the public road right in front of the house. It is a safe area and is monitored with video surveillance cameras. 4. Luxurious suite with terrace in front of museum

Aketzalli was very friendly, and responsive. We got there earlier than anticipated and she was very responsive and helpful on accommodating something for us. The location is great, 10-15 walking downtown and just across Rafael Coronel museum. There was an incident with the AIRBNB that was totally out of the control of Aketzalli. When we call her she came immediately with help and although we couldn’t continue our stay there, she was always helpful and responsive. Making sure we were ok and had a place to stay. We called AIRBNB support and we worked together a solution. I think this shows how she is a great host. On the hardest moments she and her team were there to support us. I would recommend anyone to stay at this AIRBNB.

🔴 Location 10/10: very central, three blocks from the cathedral. Keep in mind that you have to climb stairs. 10/10 🔴 place: small but very cozy apartment. It has WiFi, TV with Disney+, double bed, minibar, microwave oven, small kitchen, breakfast space, large balcony with excellent view of the cathedral and table with chairs to enjoy a romantic dinner. Everything was very clean, the towels smelled like fabric softener, the host left us shampoo, soap, disinfectant, hand soap and dish soap. As well as cups, plates, glasses, spoons and a frying pan. 🔴Price 8/10: Compared to other places, it's a little above average. In conclusion, I would come back. To improve the service and make the price a good value, you could leave some complimentary bottles of water and have air conditioning.
