Great place to stay in Auckland! Really good location.

Nice place to stay, wouldn’t recommend staying alone as the area and building felt unsafe. The room itself was lovely, and Nick was apologetic when he was late to check in and very quick at responding. Would recommend

Beautiful building, nice location a few steps from Spark Arena.

A fantastic place to stay. Located within the old railway station. Very close to the arena which is perfect if you’re attending an event. You’re right in the heart of the city so very close to any shops and restaurants. Nick was a fantastic host. We booked and checked in on the day giving him very short notice but he was fantastic. Dropped off some toilet roll within a couple of hours because we had run out. Nothing was too much trouble. The space itself is great and stylish. Comfy bed. Lovely little kitchen. Coffee and tea. Shampoo and conditioner. All lovely touches for a weary traveller. Easy to find. Can’t recommend enough to stay here. Thankyou again Nick. Anna & Tams ☺️

Nick has a good place and located near the CBD. Nick has a good communication and willing to help. Overall satisfied with the hospitality Nick gave to me. Would be willing to come again in the future.

Lovely little place in the city, ideal for what we needed. Was slightly smaller than the photos looked but was still good none the less:)

Nick’s place was in the perfect location and in close proximity to the city. I love the the old train station building and vibe. He gave very clear instructions on how to find the key and apartment. Great for a 2 night stay.

Nick is the BEST! He made my stay extremely pleasant and made sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable. Everything that I needed was within walking distance, and there a transit stops in close proximity if you want to venture out and explore more. 10/10 would book again!

Peter's Place is a great apartment. Just a 5 minute walk to Queen Street. Check in was easy, apartment was sparkling clean and big and roomy. Little extras like muesli for breakfast, milk and orange juice in fridge, just made it extra special. We will be back to stay in Peter's apartment in Emily Place next time we come to Auckland.

Great location, quiet.

An exceptional stylish space. Felt like I was in New York or somewhere funky. Place had everything we needed. Such a close walk to all the key central Auckland locations and food places. Excellent hosts that were flexible, accommodating, understanding, great communicators and generally just lovely and good people.

Wonderful stay. The place is located just enough away from the noise but a quick 3 min walk from all the places you’ll need to be.

We had an excellent one night stopover here after a long flight. The location is fantastic, easy to reach and walking distance to shops/bars. The flat is plenty large for 3 adults and the beds are both comfy. It was very clean. Plus it has an excellent shower! We particularly appreciated the breakfast things (tea/coffee, cereal, milk etc) provided. Highly recommend!

A lovely space, right in the middle of everything! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and all of the major sights in Auckland are within walking distance. We literally parked our car in the car park and walked during our entire stay. The apartment itself is very spacious with wonderful amenities, including washer and dryer and a fully-stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is an ideal location for exploring the city centre and harbour area of Auckland. The advice of the hosts is excellent on everything you need to ask. The loft is beautifully appointed and a very lovely space to rest and relax in after busy tourist days.

Great inner city apartment, stylishly decorated with everything you need to be comfortable. Within walking distance of eateries, shopping and the waterfront. Easy instructions and prompt communication with the hosts. We'd certainly stay there again.

Great place, super clean and really comfy bed. Plenty of space and near a things (bars, restaurants, ferries) within walking distance. If you have the chance for encounters with Liam, he is really nice and has great recommnedations!

Great place, great location. Not stayed in a shared apartment on AirBnB before, so this was a first for us. Rooms were very clean, nice towels. Check-in easy with very clear instructions.

Alex is a warm and nice host. We had a lovely communication during my stay. I wound strongly recommend his house to other guests.

The location and size of this apartment is ideal. After a month on the road nice to relax and watch TV. It has a Chromecast so easy to watch YouTube and that. The internet was good. Alex is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The shower is great. There is some good restaurants nearby.

Very good hospitality. Bit of noise with the train going by but good value and in a very convenient location to get anywhere in Auckland. Alex is a great host and goes above and beyond!!

They provided a very large space at a reasonable price. And the host was very kind. He quickly responded to trouble when the door was broken. And he cared fo us. We were able to enjoy New Zealand with place of mind. Thank you Alex!! See you again!!

Compact, clean, well appointed apartment close to Britomart and Auckland University. Comfortable bed and easy access. Hosts are responsive and friendly. Mine was a flying overnight visit but I could easily have stayed a few days. I recommend this venue and host.

Staying at Susan’s was like staying in a cottage from a fairytale. I loved it! Quaint, beautiful, homey and clean. Susan is an amazing host and there were fresh cut flowers from her impressive garden all over the house. Susan is a treat and offered breakfast to guests each morning. I wanted to stay forever!

If you are looking for a warm welcome; a beautiful, quiet place, and a sparklingly clean and central home, you will find it all with Susan.

This is an extremely stylish Airbnb hosted by Jillian, who went out of her way to make our stay there very special. She did a lot to make our stay there comfortable and easy, and offered more to the extent I felt a little guilty. The cottage is a quirky piece of art with art in it, all chosen with a genuine sense of taste by the very genuine owner. Much aroha here.

Jillian's place is a comfortable, stylish and tasteful property conveniently situated a short distance from the centre of Auckland. There is also a small garden where we enjoyed a drink in the evening sun. We were made very welcome with lots of unexpected foodie treats to try, fluffy towels and gorgeous cosmetics in the bathroom. Wish we'd stayed longer.

Staying at Jillian's is like staying with a thoughtful friend that has invited you to her home for a visit. You feel so welcome, nothing is a bother and the house is stocked with delicious foods to indulge in. The home is beautiful and parking is easy right out front. We enjoyed our strolls in Parnell and easily explored Britomart, Ponsonby and the CBD, with a quick uber or bus ride back. We were lucky with gorgeous weather which tempted us to explore, otherwise we would have happily hung around this elegant and immaculate house!

10 out of 10 would recommend Jillian’s wonderful cottage stay. I had the loveliest retreat here complete with thoughtful hospitality and such good vibes inside the space.

This cottage is as wonderful, clean and tidy as shown in the photo. Jillian has a wonder collection of local art pieces. Her hospitality is fantastics and we had a wonderful time staying for 3 nights. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Francis’ apartment is a perfect base for exploring Auckland. Great location and interesting building. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious enough for even 3 of us staying. Francis is a great host, super accommodating and very helpful with quick responses.

We were pleasantly surprised by how light and spacious this studio is. The morning sun streams in the huge windows making for a lazy start to the day. Other highlights were the water pressure in the shower, the hot chocolate after a long day, comfortable bed, the helpful reception staff, the baggage storage and the fabulous Platform 8 Restaurant/Bar in the lobby. Oh and let's not forget that it is literally beside Spark Arena. There is parking around but honestly you don't need it. We took a $20 shuttle from the airport to the door and with Britomart, the central transport Depot, a short walk down the road we got to wherever we wanted to go.

Lovely studio in quiet part of town in an old railway building. Private bathroom with very powerful shower! We didn’t use the communal kitchen but it looked very well equipped. Walking distance from the harbour and CBD. Quite hot but had two powerful fans which were enough to cool the room down. Very kindly allowed us early check in which after 24+ hours of travelling was very welcome. Highly recommend!

Alan’s Airbnb was extremely good

A quiet apartment with all amenities as described. A short walk from some good restaurants, and from bus stop into city. Alan and Lyn are great hosts with plenty of local advice.

This is a perfect spot to stay while visiting Auckland. The living room and beautiful patio, in addition to the bedroom and bathroom, made this such a lovely, comfortable place. Pretty little street and easy access to public transportation. Hosts we're so nice!

The outdoor courtyard area was a great place to sit and relax.The apartment is very conveniently located being right in the centre of Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell yet situated in a leafy quiet street away from traffic. Paul and Emily were excellent hosts. They communicated very well before and during the stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, was extremely clean and spacious.

A great spot, close to some great restaurants. The apartment is extremely nice. Sofa bed is probably due to be replaced, but it’s already great value even for a 2 bed apartment. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.

I had an amazing sleep at the apartment, which is so important to me when I travel. The bed was super comfortable and there was an abundance of pillows and blankets to choose from. The apartment is just like the photos so it met my expectations. The building itself appears older and dated but was very clean and quiet. We walked to a great Italian restaurant, Amano, and then strolled around admiring the nearby architecture. Great central location. The car park is small and beware if you are tall! My husband almost knocked his head on an I-beam when he exited the car. I would come back to this property and would recommend it to friends.

Great place at great location

Location was good for us as we were able to walk from the train station, and the harbor ferry terminal was about a 10 minute walk, not bad at all. We also walked to the downtown shopping area which is longer but doable. Description of place was accurate. We had 2 adult couples and my older daughter took the bunk. All windows are on one side in the bedrooms so no cross ventilation. Temps were moderate the days we stayed so we did ok with the windows open. Portable air conditioner unit was supplied. Lots of touches to make us feel welcome and info both in print and digital of local attractions. We enjoyed the stay.

Great apartment in a central location.

Perfect location, spacious and well cared for apartment..... We paid for the car park and a later checkout. The check in/out instructions were easy to follow. The apartment was perfectly clean and nicely prepared with a couple of complimentary drinks. It was the perfect choice for our group of four and I would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful and secure apartment in the heart of the city. I particularly liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the generous size of the bathroom. The host has thought of everything, I will definately be returning here. I highly reccomend staying here, in particular if you have an appreciation for books, art and antique special pieces.

Cozy apartment with a great location to downtown. We walked to the ferry for a day at Waiheke Island. Would not recommend driving anything over a compact SUV into the parking garage but really appreciated the parking space.

The unit was as presented - great access to downtown without being in it! Very easy entry/ exit from building -,size great for a couple! Directly across from U if NZ Faculty of Law! Would stay again!

We did not want to leave. We felt so relaxed and at home in Zane's apartment, with all the amenities, personal touches, and a 110% equipped kitchen. Everything worked and was spotlessly clean and bright, but you can quietly sleep in with the double lined curtains pulled. The pool & gym were a treat. What we really appreciated was that the (secure) car space was only steps away from the building entry door, which was only steps away from the elevators, which were only steps away from his front door. We travel with too much luggage. Thanks Zane

Wilma’s apartment is a gorgeous place to stay in Auckland. The decor is so tasteful and elegant and all appliances, fittings and extras (chocs, wine, coffee, tea on arrival) are all high end including Dyson fan and apple sound bar, tv etc, beautiful bed linen, overall an immaculate apartment. Parnell is a great place to stay - lots of restaurants and shops, one station away from the Harbour, easy access to all ferries eg to Devon port, Waiheke Island (delicious vineyards and restaurants) and great shopping. Add in Sky tower, so many old volcanoes to walk up and down, beaches - the list is endless. We even made it to Hobbiton! The balcony which extends from the bedroom to the lounge, in the early autumn, made a lovely outdoor space to compliment the indoor living. Thank you Wilma

When I first arrived I was blown away by how beautiful the accommodation was. Wilma has put such gorgeous touches on this apartment. Not only was it a stylish, yet comfortable apartment, there were some really thoughtful touches from a bottles of wine and chocolates, to the way our towels/robes/slippers/consumables were presented. We only had one hiccup with a toilet that wasn’t working, but Wilma had this fixed no problem. Location was perfect!!! Easy walk to brunch and lunch/cocktails. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts are very nice and welcoming. Their attention to details and hospitality shall be highly appreciated. We had a brilliant time at Mary’s apartment. It looked exactly like the images, was very clean and conveniently located and had small touches such as a nice welcome pack, milk in the fridge and toiletries. We would definitely recommend.

This was a really good place to use for a home base in Auckland. Close to stores, the Viaduct and great restaurants. Having the Hot tub and a little work out room right there was excellent. The room had all the amenities you need to make a nice meal, do laundry and was very comfortable to sleep In. We would stay here again.

Nice 23 meter lap pool was an added plus to shake off a long plane ride. Convenient to good restaurants. Hair dryer was super powerful! Comfy bed. We didn’t cook but kitchen was fine. One down side was parking . Not close and expensive. Otherwise a great experience!

The location is spectacular, so very close to literally everything important. The view from the room is one in a million for sure. Elliot was so very helpful and gave us tips to go about on the Uber e-bikes and that’s the best way to go around and also most of the places are close by foot. Definitely staying here when we come to Auckland again.

The space was really nice, in a great location, walkable to all over. Only comment and not a bad thing would be to bring ear plugs as it is on a main thoroughfare. Overall the place was excellent.

A wonderful place to use as a base to explore Auckland. Both bus and train routes are around the corner walk and Auckland Domain is across the road. Elliot was extremely accommodating and is just next door in case you ha e any issues. The space is great and modern and the mattress and pillows are fantastic. Had an awesome stay and will stay there again if ever back in Auckland.

An excellent stay in the centre of Parnell. We stayed here for a concert at Spark arena. It was perfect for this. Very clean and homely.

Christine's place is wonderful and so handy to Parnell. It's a very stylish place and we were made to feel very welcome.

We felt we couldn't have picked a better place for our stay in Auckland and can whole-heartedly recommend Christine and Nick's very comfortable self-contained floor of their lovely home, the pleasure of a balcony with a leafy view across to the Domain woodlands yet so close and well-connected to central areas, and they warm hospitality.

A 19th-floor corner apartment with balconies on two sides affording wonderful views across the busy Waitemata Harbour. Effortless check-in due to the building also operating as a hotel. The room was stylish and had everything we needed for a short stay. We will be back!

Susans home is beautiful and in a perfect style. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast is delicious. The house lies in one of the best areas of Auckland with pretty wooden houses, nice restaurants and close to a wonderful park. Also the French food market at weekends is worth a visit. Susan is very friendly and helpful and has a fantastic humour. It was always a pleasure talking with her. If we come back to Auckland one day we would love to stay at her place again.

A beautiful house with an amazing host in great location - 15 min walk to the Domain and museum, 10 min to the mainline train station, 5 min to Parnell high street and bus stops etc. Most comfortable bed with quality linen and view of Sky Tower from the bedroom. Susan is a very kind, thoughtful and helpful host making one feels welcome and offering a comfortable stay.

Susan's home is elegant and comfortable. She is an attentive host and works at making her guests comfortable. Parnell is an attractive inner suburb, with a regular bus service to the city. Susan's breakfasts were amongst the best we have had in NZ. Finally, if you like dogs then Morag her Scottie dog will be the icing on the cake, she's a real cutie.

Susan was very friendly and gave me a lot of insight on what to do around Auckland. Her home was great and that porcelain decoration of her dog was probably my favorite thing there lol. The breakfast she provided satisfied my hunger until lunch time. I highly recommend and would visit again.

We stayed here for our 4 days in Auckland and had an excellent time. Susan's place is conveniently located just off of Parnell Street, which is home to upmarket boutiques, interesting cafés, and is only a 30 minute walk from the heart of downtown. She made check in / check out extremely easy and was very accommodating. The bed is comfortable and you have a private bathroom upstairs. I'd highly recommend staying here!

This place is very clean. Beautiful place to stay in Auckland. Paul & Emily are super host and well organised. We will definitely stay here next time when we are back to Auckland

Apartment is in a very convenient location. We were easily about to walk into CBD and see the fireworks on NYE! I loved how cosy this place was. Our host also made us feel very welcome as they included welcome notes as well as drinks and snacks for our stay. Overall we had a great experience :)

We visited a friend in Auckland from the US and stayed at Lindi’s Airbnb Thursday-Sunday. It is exactly as pictured in a great neighborhood! We walked to 2 different coffee shops and a restaurant for dinner during our stay. This space has everything you need and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Auckland. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a perfect stay at Sheldons place! He is such a good host and took so much time to talk to us and gave us so many great tips for our time in New zealand. You can walk into the City Center and have a lot of nice restaurants around the corner. The best start for our trip we could have imagined. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful Airbnb with Sheldon!

The apartment is in a great suburb with lovely shops and cafes. It is also very close to the Rose Gardens which end in a lovely beach. Sheldon is a great host. He personally prepared breakfast for us and we enjoyed an intetesting conversation. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a short but sweet stay at Sheldon's. Only one night but it had everything we needed and Sheldon gave us some great tips for the area (would recommend the rose garden and views over Judges Bay).
