We really loved this house, the location is amazing. The house has a beautiful beach view and is really close to the beach. All you need to do is just walk down the stairs cross and the grass and the beach was right there. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely come back.

Can't beat the location, the water is basically on the back door step with a nice grassy area to have to bbq. The place was really cosy and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were just passing through and only stayed for two night. Definitely will be staying longer next time.

The cottage is peacefully positioned on Mossy Point with stunning water views and direct beach access. The host was amazing and really went above and beyond during our stay. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to return. Thanks again Elizabeth!

Outstanding. No better location for for a family with four tweens/teens. Watch it all from the deck or the dining table, or even while cooking. Classic old school beach house, built in more modest times, well-used, well-loved and still going strong. Not the place for you if you’re after pizza ovens, outdoor sinks or jacuzzis, but a gem of its type if you’re there to embrace Broulee. Can’t return soon enough!

Couldn’t recommend this beautiful place enough!

This was our second stay at Melissa’s place. Once again we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Mogo is a great place to stay and visit the South Coast NSW, beaches are only 10 minutes drive away, but you get to be out in the bush. We will definitely stay again.

Melissa and her co-hosts were so friendly and we felt very welcome. The property is in a great location and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this stay

Our family found the space just perfect for our needs. Child-friendly grassed areas to run, chooks to feed and a cubby house to play in. The highlight though is the heated magnesium pool with outdoor shower. Night swimming was a delight! Co-host Carlene was welcoming from the moment we parked the car. She provided great information on the local area, beaches and places of interest. The room itself is large and privacy between the 2 beds is cleverly created with furniture. Spent a few hours downtime with the largest tv I have ever watched.. both Netflix and Stan available. Farm fresh eggs also provided along with coffee, tea etc This is a location that we are already planning a return to later in the year.

This place was such a pleasure! It looks just like the photos. The hosts were very nice and always making sure we were welcome. They were easy to communicate with in person and online. The place was just a drive from local shops which was very convenient. I would 100% recommend others to stay here.

This place is just incredibly beautiful. The scenery, fresh air, pure water, friendly animals, dark nights, peace and quiet. The house has everything you need, you feel like you’re away from the rest of the world, but you’re only 20 mins from everything in town. Great hosts, easy communication- there is nothing I would change. Get yourselves here!

This is a great location wether you want to get away from it all or somewhere to base yourself for local sight seeing trip. The property has been manicured, no other way to describe it. Both Chris and Megan where excellent hosts who went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic.

Chris was an amazing host. He took the time to show us around his property and we felt very welcome the whole time we were there. We were given great local advice and the place was immaculate and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys country air and peace and quiet.

Perfect weekend stay. The boathouse on the river is amazing.

We absolutely loved our 2 night stay. It is such a peaceful, beautiful location, and perfect for a weekend escape. We had everything we needed and spent most of our time chilling in the boatshed. The added touches for arrival were very thoughtful. Firepit was ready to go, fishing rods were prepped, and a bottle of bubbly was chilling in the icebox. No need to go anywhere else during the visit as you can easily laze away a day there. A big highlight for us was being able to finally let our rescue dog roam free and run around off her leash. Something we haven't been able to do in 6months. She had a blast jumping off the jetty and running around the camp grounds. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Riverdell was above and beyond our expectations. It was the holiday of a lifetime we wished we could have stayed longer. The boat shed and cottage have everything you need, pack lightly because it’s all here. My 3 children loved exploring the river in the kayaks, paddle boards and catching the mud crabs at night. Such a unique and special executive. Ben the host was amazing and very accommodating. Gretel his little dog kept us company during our stay. Thanks again we are already planning our next trip!

Riverdell was just as beautiful as I remembered it from a previous trip. Anything you can possibly need I guarantee Ben has already thought of and supplied. I would stay here forever if I could. Cannot recommend this place enough. It is worth every cent. Thankyou Ben (and Grettell)!

This is another stay for us and it was great as usual. We brought the family down this time - teenagers to elderly - and all were delighted with the amenities and location. Hours spent relaxing in the boat house listening to music, checking the crab pots and fishing completed the weekend. Highly recommend checking out this place.

Absolutely perfect weekend away

This is a special place, and one I highly recommend. Not much needs to be said as the photos do it much justice and a visit will only solidify that your expectations are met and then blown away. Special note for Grettel who will add a touch of homeliness to your stay.

This little gem is just perfect for a couple or single as it is compact but has everything you could want. Kristine was a very helpful. The welcome home made bread and scones were a real treat. Tomakin is a beautiful quiet town, and we will stay here again.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at Kristines house and I would stay there if I had another week. Love everything about the space. It’s everything it says it is and much more & Kristine was such a lovely host.

Really loved Kristine's place. The bread and scones - mentioned by everyone - are worthy of mention again. Great spot, clean, everything working well and well decorated. Not far from the beach at all. The creek opposite Mossy Point would be great for kids swimming.

Kristine’s place was so lovely and thoughtful. All her baked yummy goodies were so delicious. She gave me a lot of tips of the local areas around where I could grab a bite ect. The space was not too far from the beach which was awesome if you just want to lay around and the good thing is that the beach were all empty (winning). I’ve booked for another week with Kristine because of how lovely her place is and how convenient it was for me.

Lovely little place with a lovely host. We had freshly made bread and delicious scones on arrival and the place was cozy and clean.

We unfortunately had to cancel due to the bushfires. Kristine was so understanding of the situation and made the process smooth and easy, during a worrying time.

Exactly as pictured and more. This clean, safe, stylish home is one to keep coming back to! Great for kids or couples. A short walk to Broulee Beach, cool surf cafes and amenities. Felt really comfy from the moment we walked in the door. We’ll definitely book again!

Jesse"s place is very clean, great decore and good location. Many thoughtful touches throughout the house. Surf boards, boogie boards and sand buckets for those beach groovers, and relaxing spaces to kick back and chill. Lovely neighbourhood with super friendly folk and great coffee at Mossy Point just a short stroll away. Who could ask for more??

Jesse’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! It’s so close to the beach, it’s sparkling clean, and has everything you’d need for a holiday. We slept in the queen bed in the back of the house, which was moderately firm. I didn’t have any reaction to the bedding (I assume synthetic!). Overall, a very comfy stay!

This house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and everything you need to cook and hang in the home. They have a bike, kayak and a bike you can borrow. We got local tips and the beach on the street is absolutely beautiful.

The Bower is truly spectacular, private, peaceful, close to the beach and most of all relaxing. A place to unwind and feel pampered. A real delight among gorgeous native bush and wildlife. Our hosts Mark and Sue were so friendly and welcoming, providing us with the most wonderful brekkie surprise. There is so much love, thought and even a touch of brilliance put into every detail. Thankyou for such a relaxing experience at The Bowers. Best camping experience with that hotel feel. Mark and Sue have absolutely thought about everything you would need to enjoy yourself and unwind. We fell in love with the location. Tomakin Cove is 5 minutes away from the back gate. Lorna was lovely to deal with, very accommodating and friendly. She's created a quaint nautical hideaway with a blue and lemon yellow colour scheme. Everywhere you look, another little detail meets your eye. Everything was immaculate and very comfortable. The perfect coastal getaway.

This is a lovely accommodation, well located and welcoming to us and our dog. The hosts are great, quick to answer emails and provide extra knowledge about the area. Lovely green, treed yard. Large sunny deck out back and front area to enjoy coffee or reading the paper. A place for a relaxing get away - you'll love it.

An ace place.

Had an enjoyable getaway family stay at Craig’s with young family and our Labrador. Comfortable spacious abode surrounded by nature and close to beautiful beaches.

Love it here; saw so many birds and had great swims (even through all the smoke). We hope to be back!

This little gem packs a punch. Quaint and unpretentious, this little cottage is in a very peaceful and quiet setting. From the ad it's not what you might expect, water views, lush surroundings and a beautiful 3 minute walk along the well kept grass foreshore to a popular and fantastic local cafe. Close enough to everything you need.

Also a thank you to Nick a few homes down whom was not home so we borrowed his long hose to protect the house from ember fire. Jodie's is a lovely, sweet place with water views and everything we needed. We settled in immediately and our family of 6 was more than comfortable. The offer of late check-out really made our weekend.

If you are after a cozy cottage with magnificent views and somewhere to get away from it all, this little piece of heaven is the perfect spot for you. Jodie is a fantastic host and we could not have been happier with our stay. Looking forward to getting the opportunity again soon.

Older style beach shack, not a whole lot more to say about the house. Basic but completely adequate. Best features are the verandah out the back - great views looking out towards Tomaga River and Tomikin beach; and the proximity to mossy point boat ramp - short stroll to cafe and river access.

Creme broulee was a comfortable and homely accommodation for our family beach stay. The couch is super comfy with a good selection of DVDs to choose from. Being so close to the beach, walking paths, and two cafes meant we rarely needed to hop in the car. Food vans close by for dinner also was a total bonus. We had the best burgers from kerbside feast Monday night. Comfortable beds and good airflow throughout the house meant we slept beautifully. Matt and Cath communication was excellent, we can't wait to stay again.

Due to the bushfire emergency at the time of our booked stay, we decided to defer our stay at Matt & Cath’s house. I’ve given it a 5 star rating nonetheless because they were so proactive, prompt and easy to deal with in deferring our stay to later in the year.

What a find and what a location! It was so nice to not have to get into a car to go to the beach! The place has everything you could possibly need along with some extras, so for those non-beach days boredom is kept at bay! We stayed for 5 nights and could have stayed for 100 more. Matt & Cath's place was amazing. So much thought for the kids. Board games .. bikes.. scooters.. Boogie boards.. beach stuff and an endless supply of DVDs .. our kids were definitely entertained. The beach is right across the road, how awesome it was to grab a towel and head for a swim without driving. Lovely path right along beach and over river. House had everything you need, all bedding included. They really thought of everything. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a lot of places to eat. But the local club ( 10 mins away) was great and so kid friendly.

Such a nice location and house that's well set up for everyone in the family. Cafe almost next door, beach across the road and games for rainy days. We had a very comfy and relaxing few days here.

Fantastic getaway place! The houses are excellent, very cosy and comfortable, with spectacular nature around. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, we felt very much welcomed and felt at home. Highly recommend for couples or families wanting a quiet retreat with all the comforts. Broulee is also fantastic with amazing beaches!

We had a lovely 3 nights at Bill and Josie’s place. We slept soundly every night and everything we needed was provided. A real home away from home. I even used the oven to cook a wedding cake! The bed was comfy, it was spotlessly clean and the bonus was being able to park right at the door. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

This was our second trip to Bill and Josie's beautiful cottage and we loved it just as much as the first time. This little cottage is in the absolute best spot. If you’re after something chill and relaxing on the south coast it’s perfect. There’s some beautiful walks and cafes close by, and it’s an easy drive to towns like Mogo. It’s clean, well equipped and Bill and Josie have put in so many thoughtful touches. It’s also perfect if you have a puppy you can’t bear to leave at home. Fully fenced yard, little doggo door, and just in general, perfect as a home away from home.

An amazing place to stay for a couple or young family. Our young daughter didn’t wa t to leave and thoroughly enjoyed lots of green space to run around as well as playing with the dogs and even an opportunity to feed a goat and ride a horse. Anne Marie is a wonderful host, provided great suggestion to get a bite to eat locally and gave us a lot of time. The room itself was super clean and spacious for the 3 of us. Highly recommend AMs place and we would love to come back.

AMs studio is cosy and spotless situated on beautiful farm . The sound of the rooster waking us after a peaceful nice sleep put a smile on our face . This is the second time I have stayed and look forward to more visits. The studio is close to Moruya and the gorgeous local beaches. Walking south along the dog friendly beach at Broulee is a must .

An exceptional hideaway retreat that caters for all of your senses. The sounds of the fireplace crackling. The amazing birds that visit and become your friends. Be careful they will steal your bacon or sauasges from the bbq lol The bed was comfortable and the relaxing large spa that overlooks the spectacular gardens was heavenly. You will love your stay at The Bower.

While we booked one of the two bedroom bowers we ended up staying in a one bedroom bower after speaking with Mark and Sue as it was just me and my partner. We absolutely loved our stay. Mark and Sue were very friendly and gave great tips for things to do and places to eat in the area. Such beautiful surrounds with total privacy! The spa was amazing, as was lounging on the couch in front of the fire or on the deck with the birds. We also appreciated the high quality tea, soaps, candles and breakfast supplies - very generous! New accommodation that is beautifully designed, furnished and equipped. Nice rural location close to Mogo Zoo. Well supplied for breakfast. Douglas and Sue were very friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Douglas and Sue’s place and only wish we stayed longer! We were greeted on arrival by both Sue and Douglas who took the effort to show us around. The house is set on top of the stables and offers magnificent views all around. The place is new and very well maintained. It is just off the main road but you can hardly hear the noise. We loved that the kids had a safe place to play in the property while I was preparing our meal. They had fun spotting wild parrots flying about and visited the Chooks Sue kept. They were so kind to prepare milk, bread, butter and fresh eggs from their chickens, which we enjoyed for breakfast. They even provided a cot and high chair for our baby which were super useful! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking a meal. This place is perfect for a break in driving between Sydney and Melbourne, and visiting the mogo zoo just across the road. You will not regret staying here for the lovely place and hospitality. We would love to come back again!

With great views, and a walk down the road to Mogo Zoo, this place is a gem! The rooms and place are modern, with an amazing bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, and open areas, and the little touches such as BBQ on the deck and flowers make it so inviting. Douglas and Suzanne were delightful, giving us a good little tour and making sure we knew of the places to eat and see nearby! We are really looking forward to coking back!

Jim and Michele's is a wonderful place to stay at Moruya Heads. It is so peaceful yet close to beaches and walks. The private garden setting has abundant birdlife with a very special garden location to see and enjoy beautiful birds. The accommodation is excellent with many personal touches to make your stay very comfortable.

One of the best air bnb’s we have stayed in to date super friendly hosts with a lovely clean home 5/5 would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be returning! Great job Michele and Jim!

An absolutely fantastic place to stay, very close to one of the best beaches on the south coast and has the best deck in the history of decks. This deck is a beautiful treetop style deck that has a fantastic view over a garden home to amazing wildlife including a bower bird and any possums. It was wonderful to spend a morning sitting on the deck drinking some (provided) tea and watching the birds. The house is well designed so that even on a hot day there is sufficient airflow through windows to keep you cool and has a full kitchen to make life easier. I would 100% come back and stay here. Jim and Michele were extremely responsive to messages and were more than willing to accommodate our later-than-planned check-in.

Trish's place is as good as described plus the bedding was excellent and the contact person was lovely, ready to help and extremely welcoming and nice.

Trish's place is a lovely private cottage perfect for a small family or two couples. It has everything you need to cook meals, a lovely lounge to relax on, space in the backyard, and is a short walk to the beach. The cottage is just behind another house, but a fence between the two lets you feel like they are separate properties. Trish was excellent with communication, and was willing to accommodate a special request. Thank you for having us!

Great location, great value, very clean!

A beautiful house to stay in. It was very clean and beautifully presented, quite location and 5 minutes walk to beach - 24 hours off leash doggie friendly beach :). Lots of board books and games, sparkling kitchen and bathroom and relaxing private courtyard for our dog. We felt very much at home and would happily recommend this house to anyone.

This place was great, it was clean, had every amenity listed, was within walking distance to Broulee beach and was very comfortable. The addition of a washing machine was incredibly useful travelling with a baby! Trish was a great host, pro-active in communication and easy to deal with.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Anna’s place. It was quiet, clean and comfortable and in a great location, close to the beach. There was an IGA store not too far away where we were able to buy supplies for breakfast and dinner and Smokey Dan’s was a pleasant spot for dinner on our second night. Communication with Anna was prompt and we not hesitate to stay there again and get to know the local area a little more.

Perfect Broulee location with easy access to both North and South Broulee beach, Shark Bay and Broulee Island. Easy walk to amenities, including a great Thai take away and really good coffee. Cosy and private, with everything you need.

Great near new three bedroom cottage. So nice to have separate spaces for all family member to chill, rather than sharing a large room at a motel. Everything you will need for for beach stay, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Fresh milk and variety cereals for breaky, and quality orange juice (not the cheap stuff). Would happily stay again, and hopefully for longer.

Jane’s place is a total gem. Immaculately clean and comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and with plenty of privacy. I was only saying one night but wished I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend to others and would stay again if I was ever in the area. Excellent value for money too.

This is a gem of a place with a comfy bed, good shower and private location adjacent to owners house. We enjoyed the Saturday markets, Tuross Heads and our dinner out at local Indian restaurant. It’s only a quick few minutes trip into town.

If you're visiting Moruya, I would definitely recommend staying at Jane's place. It was a really lovely room, with a homely feeling - even though we were just staying one night. There was tea, fresh milk, butter and other breakfast items available for us, as well as lots of pamphlets with tourist/local food and drink info.

Funky little apartment with a surprising amount of room. Beds were firm and comfy, and I like the fact that you bring your own sheets, so you don’t get surprised with poly cotton...Close to beach and well fitted out with everything you might need.

James's place is fantastic. It has all you could possibly need for cooking and relaxation. The beach is so close!

This pad was equipped with everything my family wanted, including big TV and DVD player. The space was sparkling clean, check-in was easy, neighbours are friendly and it’s only a 2 minute stroll to one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches.

A really lovely home close to everything. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Short walk to little grocer and bottle shop or short drive to bigger supermarket. Hop skip and a jump to the beach. Wonderful.

Comfortable and clean and a handy place from which to go to the beach and other excursions. Family, including dog, was happy!

The house is clean, airy and relaxed. It is very well set up for a dog. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching a storm pass by. Location is excellent. We hope to come back soon.

Malua Bay is a beautiful location. The house is perfect for a few days getaway or longer if you have the time. It's light and airy with heaps of room. Unfortunately the area has had a hammering from the recent fires but that had no impact on our very enjoyable stay. The scenery around the coast is incredibly beautiful and the beach is just a short stroll away.

Fiona and Michael's guest studio is well set up with its own entrance and all the necessary amenities. It is situated close to the shops and parks of Moruya, but far enough away from the main street to be a peaceful location. Fiona and Michael were very convivial and hospitable.

Saskia place is wonderful! This is the second time we have stayed, and hope to return again. Scrupulously clean, a fabulous location very close to the unpolluted Barlings beach, with the local coffee bar just doors away. A short drive to the supermarket, service station and fresh seafood stall. We also visited Moruya, Mogo and Batemans Bay which are all near at hand. The house is quite spacious, very homely and excellent value. Highly recommended! Jan

Great location and perfect escape from the city

This accomodation was perfect. Clean, everything you needed and steps from the beach. The bed was super comfortable with nice linen. Private, I loved my stay there.

We love staying at the Sunpatch by the Sea. It suits our needs for beach holidays perfectly. Great location, comfortable accommodation; the beach is very close - a short stroll and you're there; a couple of minutes drive to a local IGA; next to the IGA is a restaurant/cafe, where you can order take away as well. Petrol station is nearby. Excellent communication with the host. Hoping to come back there again.

Saskia's place is a delightful holiday destination. It is almost on the beach, and close to food outlets and attractions, but yet quiet. Her cottage is comfortable, with plenty of room, good beds and a great shower. The added little touches, and wonderful hospitality, make it a lovely home in which to stay. I hope to go back there next year.

Paul's and Denise's place is absolutely stunning. It's a hidden gem with an awesome view into the countryside. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin and regretted that we only booked one night. Paul and Denise are very nice and welcoming hosts. Would 100% stay here again!

This is by far the best views I've had from an Airbnb. Paul and Denise gave some awesome local tips of things to do and even ways to drive back home. The cabin has a kitchen so you don't have to eat out and the whole cabin is spacious. I will definitely be going back to this area, Moruya is a beautiful part of the world IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY HERE: Listen to Paul and Denise's directions on how to get there! Don't try be a hero like me and use google. Google maps will trick you into following a track that is impossible to drive. The hosts give you the most direct route. trust in them.

The cabin was more than what we expected. Great views, comfortable amenities and close to town. (But a world away).

A beautiful and quiet weekend away. We loved the cabin, green hill view... and our dog had an absolute blast. Thanks to Paul and Denise for their amazing hospitality.

Laying in bed watching the sunrise over the beautiful rural landscape was a definite highlight. Fig Tree Cabin is an absolute delight. We will be back to visit again.

Delightful relaxing bush retreat complete with kangaroos in the paddock and spectacular kookaburra chorus in the evenings.

Great countryside cottage. Beautiful rural views, the bed was so comfortable, had the best night sleep! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Paul was friendly, helpful and made us and our dogs feel very welcome. Highly recommend this gem of a place! Will definitely be coming back on our next trip up north.

Paul and Denises cabin was the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of our normal lives. The photos do not do the view justice it was a great nights stay waking up to rolling hills! Paul was very friendly and Thoughtful helping us with anything we needed (including Nexguard for our puppy!) we recommend and would stay again!

Quiet, comfortable stay. Beautifully scenic area right by the river. Private jetty is a lovely touch and a great spot for an arvo nap/fish (rods, lures etc all available at the house which is very handy!). Woke up to the sounds of birdlife and the gorgeous (and super friendly!) cows just nearby in the sprawling fields - even got to feed them breakfast which was awesome!

What a lovely little place. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean! Lovely furniture and beautiful big towels. Easy self check in using a lock box and excellent quick communication. The location is fantastic and right off George Bass drive and next door to a very popular sports club (busy club restaurant). We really enjoyed our stay at Leanne's place. It's in a good location near the beach and a park. There are good coffee shops and takeaway places not too far away (the pizza from Smokey Dans and coffee at Mossys were great). We would stay again
