Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

If you appreciate architecture & design and/or are just looking for something a little different, look no further! The location is serene and private, but you can walk to the city centre (Ville Haute), Fort Obergrünewald (& nearby Mudam museum), Grund, and Vallée de la Pétrusse (just to name a few...) in ~20 minutes or less! The space itself is thoughtfully designed with all of the amenities needed for a short-term stay. The kitchen was well appointed from what I saw (though I didn't do much cooking on this trip), and waking up with the sun streaming through the lovely round window next to the bed was heavenly. My solo stay in Schmalshuus was an absolute delight from start to finish, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for your next stay in Luxembourg! ❤️🤍🩵

Everything is as Olivia described. Bed is super comfortable, has every basic amenities that you need. Also Olivia is super nice and always there for any questions you have. If you’re going to the Uni this is the perfect spot because you can arrive in 15-20 min walking

The apartment was lovely and it was perfect for the weekend trip. It had everything that you need and it is close to a lot of places if you go by car. Andrea was very responsive and friendly. He would immediately respond when we had a question or something was wrong. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Luxembourg.
