• Under my guidance, you’ll mix the karidopita batter, adding walnuts, cinnamon, and cloves to create an aromatic cake. I’ll demonstrate baking techniques to ensure the perfect texture.
• Make baklava by layering phyllo sheets with a spiced nut mixture, brushing each layer with butter, and cutting the pastry into traditional diamond shapes before baking.
