My husband and I went to a master class on cooking khinkali and khachapuri.
The master class was held in a building with a beautiful interior. We were offered delicious Georgian wine and compote and we immersed ourselves in the process.
The learning process took place in a very friendly atmosphere, we were explained in Russian and English. We also received recommendations on where to go in Tbilisi, where to buy delicious cheese.
After cooking, we tasted our khinkali and khachapuri. It was very tasty! We didn't even eat such delicious khinkali and khachapuri in restaurants in Tbilisi.
Satisfied that we had learned to cook, we took a photo together and said goodbye to our master teachers.
Now we will cook khinkali and khachapuri ourselves!
