I stayed at Elisabeth’s place a week last year, and here I am back again. This is the best AirBnB I have stayed in, by a wide margin. Elisabeth is so friendly, her house is so clean, and she really thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable. It feels like home (only cleaner!) Though it seems a bit far from the city center, there’s a little bus that stops right across the street (0.80€) For those who don’t mind walking, you can go along the river, which is beautiful and peaceful. Foix is a small but lovely city with lots to see.

I highly recommend staying at Elizabeth's. Everything is perfect. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped, the room is large and the bed comfortable the wifi works very well. I met very nice people, Elizabeth is a person of confidence and who trusts others. I had absolutely no complaints when I stayed at home for 3 weeks. In addition the accommodation is very well placed to get quickly to the city center of Foix. Again I highly recommend it and wearing it is rather difficult.

If I could give Elisabeth’s place 6 stars, I would. First, Elisabeth is super friendly, helpful, and generous. Second, she keeps her house spotlessly clean. Finally, Foix is a wonderful place to spend some time. It’s a beautiful and friendly place, with lots of interesting places to visit by train, local bus, or car. So all in all, Elisabeth deserves six stars. Too bad AirBnB only offers five.

Unforgettable 1 months stay. Elizabeth is an incredible person and really made me feel like part of the family, going out of her way to make sure I had an excellent stay, she knows the area very well and is full of great tips and suggestions on what to do. The house is lovely and even better in life than the pictures. Since I first got here I would go to events, markets, hiking and swimming with Elizabeth and the other house mates with whom I've become amazing friends. From the bedroom to the bathroom everything is impeccably clean! In detail, kettle, chocolate coffee, cakes, towels of 3 different sizes, guest towels in the bathroom, everything is done to make your stay as pleasant as possible. But the icing on the cake is the breakfast ... worthy of a great hotel ... everything is organic yogurt, orange juice, homemade jams, almonds, croissants and bread that Max (the owner) is went get it in the morning very early! A couple of exceptional kindness! we wish you all to be able to one day go to Max and Sylvie ... because they are still part of the real people and who for them to receive is a passion! Our overnight stay in this accommodation was very comfortable. We were picked up by Max from the train station, very friendly! The train station is about 25 minutes away on foot. The bed is cozy, the room nicely decorated and the breakfast wonderful, lots of organic and homemade things underneath!

The room and the bathroom are of an exemplary cleanliness it is really perfect nothing to say except that it is really top! In addition breakfast is included (homemade jams) we really enjoyed. It is the perfect place. Max and Sylvie are very friendly, always knowing how to respect and provide the space one needs. There is no detail that is not spoiled, from the quality of the mattress, to the hot drinks that you can prepare next to the bedroom, etc. And also, the spectacular breakfast by the fireplace. We arrive at the studio and we no longer want to leave! Our hosts have thought of everything! Two coffee machines, a kettle, every kitchen utensil imaginable; there is even an oven (in addition to the microwave) and a dishwasher. It is a brand new, high quality two-room cocoon, very comfortable bedding and a very intimate (intimate) terrace with bbq for sunny days (we did not take advantage of it because of the weather - the next I hope!). Our very charming hosts even moved their car to give us a more adequate parking space - thank you again for your availability and your welcome.

Helen's AirBnb is delightfully situated on 100 hectares of land on top of a hill, with beautiful views and is so peaceful. It has a wonderful kitchen embellished with supplies from Helen. Philippa's place is gorgeous. Newly renovated, it looks as good as the pictures. It is right at the edge of the old town of Foix. You can walk straight in to the castle, restaurants, boulangeries. Magnificent. She and Martin are great hosts. They have lived in France for years and gave us loads of tips. If you have a car she can rent you the garage possibly if you all. I would recommend this place to anyone.
