The accommodation exceeded all expectations, very cozy and organized property, spacious and wooded backyard, with great location and market nearby, which significantly increased the experience. The owner is a very kind and flexible person, from the first moment always showing concern for our stay and answering questions by message during the period. I would definitely rent it again, I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this listing was excellent. She is exactly like in the pictures. The house has everything you can imagine to welcome visitors, in a totally cozy way. Perfect location for those who want to enjoy the center and at the same time be close to the main entrances and exits. Julia answered me with a lot of cordiality and kindness. I recommend and I will definitely be back.

Janaína's house is very spacious, the rooms we stayed in were good, as well as the bathroom. The bed and bath linens were very clean and very fragrant. The kitchen has many utensils and we were even able to make dinner for ourselves on the days we stayed there. It has a very nice social space, so when we were in the house, we were in this space. A huge lawn, comfortable chairs to relax after the attractions. We stayed 5 days in this space and were very satisfied. I recommend Janaína's house. I'll be back!

Nice and cozy new house 2

At first the reservation would be for two people, but we invited two friends to spend Cuiabá's birthday holiday with us in Chapada. The host was very kind, said we could receive them at no additional cost and provided us with bed and bath linens.

Our goal in the stay was to carry out health treatment at the Cancer Hospital. The Victor property is located 7 min from the Hospital, so this made our everyday life a lot easier. In addition, the region where the house is located, in the CPA, has numerous services in the vicinity: Comper market, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, free trade on Sundays, all less than 5 minutes away. The street where the house is located is super quiet. The building is not luxurious, but it is large and comfortable, perfectly meeting our needs in a long term stay, as was the case. The photos that are on the site translate reality. In addition, the host always catered to us quickly and politely. We are pleased with the stay.

Host Sara is extremely attentive. Everything I requested was met. Beds and towels are extremely clean and fragrant. Kitchen with useful utensils. Large pots, plates, cutlery, cup. We were a group of 16 women and there were even utensils left over! I'm just grateful

Family Retreat!

We went in a large group of friends, all unanimously loved the house! Everything was spotless and clean, the kitchen is super equipped and the location is very good, close to everything in the city. Elizete was very attentive, we arrived and there was a delicious cake waiting for us, whenever we needed her she responded promptly and gave support quickly. I recommend the house without a doubt, comfortable and complete!
