Second time staying at Nicola’s. A beautiful air bnb which is spotlessly clean, exceptionally stocked with utensils/ appliances and is in a very peaceful area 30 seconds walk from the beach. Nicola was a wonderful host, very responsive and super helpful. We hope to stay again!

Very cute federation architecture with easy access to penguin beaches. A few trucks are still using air breaks through the town during the night, so bring earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper. The bedroom windows are double glazed which helps. Got to see some wild rabbits in the garden at night. The host even pre heated the house for our winter arrival.

Irene was very friendly and responded to enquires very quickly. The place had everything you needed. It has an amazing view of the water due to its elevation. The place was spotless. Walkable to Woolworths. Irene had great recommendations for eating out and things to see. I would highly recommend Irene’s place for a stay in Burnie. She was amazing.
