Modern Apartment ⚡ Fast 100mbps WiFi ✅ Parque 93

ChristianRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This is my second time staying with Brandon, as his service is simply the best. He’s always responsive and helpful. The place is clean, centrally located and has a helpful security guard. If you’re trying to do work, the apartment comes with a monitor and keyboard so you can hook up your equipment to it. Having warm water is a must for me and this place has plenty of it. I don’t even bother looking for another place to stay. This is the place!

Amazing huge apartment with a view

JasonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great value for the price. The place is very large . Its a 3 bed 2.5 bathroom. There's a master bedroom with bathroom inside. The place is centrally located near a bunch of bars and restaurants. The neighborhood as described by others is pretty safe. Loudest thing I heard were the kids playing basketball in the park. Probably the only thing you need to consider is the walk up the stairs. The place is in the forth floor . Overall great experience I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bogota.

EduardoRating, 5 stars4 months ago
The apartment looks much better in person, it is large, spacious, comfortable. The amazing shower, has all the kitchen utensils, linens, towels. Everything you need to host you very well. The bed in the master bedroom is a little hard but with the view from the balcony of the room makes it unique. Very comfortable and 100% recommended✨🙏

My family's comfort comes first and the apartment met all my expectations. Apart from that, Mr. Fernando's service was excellent. On my next trips to Bogotá, I will not hesitate to rent again. I recommend the property and my rating is 10/10 Cheers.

About 20 min walking distance from Parque 93 but 10 mins away from Smart Fit. It is a very convenient location especially those who are working in Bogota. The location is safe especially with 24/7 guards on sight at the reception. Will be using this location once again when I am back.

Lucia's apartment is very well located near markets, bakeries drugstore banks. For breakfast is just down the stairs and you will find in typical rib broth, tamal and fritters. If you want to try the great variety of Colombian fruits is just passing the street. The guard is very attentive and always collaborates
