We had an absolutely perfect time at the Dean Hall Nursery. The cottage had everything you could need including a very welcoming host. We were due to arrive on the day that TS Leslie was going to hit and Stephen contacted me in advance to make sure I was aware of the forecast and kept in contact until our eventual arrival even though he was traveling himself. Dean Hall Nursery really became our home away from home and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Bermuda. We had a bit of trouble at first with the buses but Stephen explained it thoroughly for us and after a couple of bus rides we were very comfortable taking them. Thank you so much Stephen!
Kristina2012-09-17T00:00:00ZWe had a fabulous vacation!! The location of the cottage is perfect. Very close to everything including Flatt's Village and downtown Hamilton. Flatt's village has a really cute breakfast spot called Village Pantry. The cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed including snorkelling gear. We loved having a bottle of wine waiting for us! The owners even booked our airport taxi trips. We highly recommend this cottage!! Thanks again it was a dream vacation.
Ginger 2016-11-24T00:00:00ZIf you have the good fortune to stay at Stephen's place, I can only wish you had as wonderful, relaxing, peaceful, welcoming and comfortable experience as we did. The cabin is more than ample for 2 people, the kitchen is stocked with whatever supplies you may need, town is a short jaunt and the store across the street will provide you the basics. Stephen is a consummate host with unparalleled hospitality. His cottage provided some of the most luxurious accommodations we've ever had! Katrina is a very special 4-legged wonder, should she shine upon you during your stay while lounging in one of the many outdoor spaces. Thank you Stephen, we are already planning our return!
Alyson2012-04-25T00:00:00ZOur host, Stephen, was delightful and even took time from his honeymoon in Thailand (via email) to check on us! The cottage is all plus more as listed with every amenity you need. Stephen made the transportation arrangements for our arrival and departure as well as reservations at a wonderful restaurant. Our time in Bermuda was made all the better by this little cottage which we will now call our 'home away from home' while visiting Bermuda! Thank you, Stephen, for everything but especially for your kind attention to details not only in and around the cottage but also to us and our visit. We will be back!!!
Jean2014-06-03T00:00:00ZStephen and Faith provided a beautiful "home away from home" experience with their Bermuda cottage. The cottage is totally modern and updated with the highest quality appliances and utensils. The cottage is complete, nothing has been overlooked. Stephen and Faith, as hosts, were perfect. They provided support and assistance from arrival to departure. Taxi service to and from the airport was prearranged. We can totally recommend staying at this lovely Bermuda cottage. Tom and Flora Morin.
thomas2015-01-20T00:00:00ZWe have just returned from a fantastic family vacation in Bermuda. We were thrilled with our lovely cottage, Dean's Hall Nursery. We were greeted by Kathy, Stephen's cousin, and she made us feel immediately at home. The cottage was even more beautiful in person than on the website. It is comfortable, cosy, and architecturally restored to a very high standard. We were happy to have beach towels, cooler gear, umbrellas, and other thoughtful touches available for our use. The lovely bottle of wine and cold beers were appreciated as well. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodation! We were happy to have a couple of visits from Faith and sweet baby James. However, we were so busy exploring and having fun from morning to night, that we unfortunately didn't get to spend much time with our hosts. We'll have to plan another visit in the future to rectify that! Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!
Erin2015-08-29T00:00:00ZFrom the very first email through the check out process, Stephen and Faith were wonderful. The cottage was beyond our expectations and the amenities were all there. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal. They sent someone out to pick us up which was a good thing since we arrived at night and had no idea where we were going. Toi (our driver) then took us on a private island tour the next day and was there when we needed her throughout the week. She was such a great addition to our overall stay. We would definitely recommend this cottage for a romantic getaway or even for a small family vacation rental. Thank you!!!
Robin2016-10-26T00:00:00ZThe cottage is perfect for a relaxing stay in Bermuda ideal for independent travelers. It is fully equipped but Stephen adds a lot of little welcome extras to make you feel at home and make the stay easier. His friendly advice in advance and on arrival and his care during the stay without being intrusive makes for a great trip. If you go do be prepared to explore and discover the many off the beaten track places that Bermuda can offer as well as the classic sights.

We were in Bermuda when Hurricane Joaquin passed by the island. Lana was quick to reply to our questions and ensured we did not over react to the storm passing. Also, we were happy to be inland as all we felt were the intense winds and the hydro being out for 24 hours. I would recommend that you get a bus pass or tickets right away as you will need to travel into Hamilton or another area to find a restaurant. The grocery store is a short walk from the house which is nice to have. The island is not pedestrian friendly in this area (not a complaint) so plan to take the bus or taxi everywhere, unless you are brave enough to rent a scooter. Overall Lana is a great host, the apartment has everything you need and we have no complaints about the apartment.
Dale2015-10-08T00:00:00ZMy daughter and I had great time in Bermuda! We loved Lana's place. It was clean and has all you need for a feel like home. We did not get to meet Lana, but her husband was there to greet us and help us find our way in Bermuda. Thanks to both of you.
Diosselina2016-05-17T00:00:00ZLana's place was great for us to be able to see all of the museums and tourist attractions. She communicated well and was available when ever we needed her. Four Star is a great pizza place if you need a quick bite to eat when you arrive, the store is in walking distance. For everything else you will want to grab a bus/ferry pass. The ferry stop is a 4 minute walk as well as the bus pass. Recommend you plan to take the bus or Ferry to Hamilton to transfer to a different route. The roads are pretty dangerous to walk on too much and while the beach was about a 10 minute run away the roads weren't that safe to walk on. We were able to see all the corners of Bermuda from Lana's place without too long of a bus ride from St George's to the Dockyard. Thanks Again!
Sean2016-11-21T00:00:00ZLana's place is a great! The apartment is located in the center of everything - most beaches and restaurants are a short moped ride away. The space was clean and quiet. The ceilings are a little low, but that didn't bother us at all (we're 5'7 and 5'9). Lana was very communicative and welcoming. We had the best time exploring the island. It is one of the most beautiful places you'll visit!
Jenna2016-08-29T00:00:00ZWe had a fantastic time at Lana's. The apartment was lovely and as described. Lana was very helpful.
James2016-09-25T00:00:00ZFirst of all let me say that the bed in this apartment is super comfy. My husband and I slept really well here and left feeling rested. Wish we could have brought the bed back with us. Lana is a great host. Available, friendly, helpful and respected our privacy. It was our fast time in Bermuda and we weren't sure of the location. We needn't have worried. The ferry terminal to Hamilton is a short walk from the apartment and we used it all the time. As well as being a quick 20-minute ride to the capital, the route is very scenic. We didn't use the buses much but I believe there is a stop nearby. We got around by taxi for other trips to nearby beaches: loved Horseshoe Bay and Warwick Long Bay beaches. The apartment is part of a beautiful home in a lovely residential neighbourhood. There's a great supermarket nearby, Lindo's, which was great for stocking up on food for beach picnics. We ate out every evening but there is a small fully-equipped kitchen in the apartment so you could cook some meals there to save money. The only downside of the apartment is that it's on the ground floor and doesn't get a lot of light but that's really not a big deal since Bermuda is so beautiful that you'll be outside as much as possible so Lana's apartment is perfect for a home base and a great night's sleep.
Anne-Marie2017-04-07T00:00:00ZOverall great experience. Apartment is very clean and just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again.
George2016-07-15T00:00:00ZMe and my friends had a wonderful time at Lana's place. It has everything one needs to enjoy beautiful Bermuda. Lana was very nice and always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you again Lana!

Michael and Sharon were lovely hosts and our room was perfect. A lot of liquid sunshine graced us during our visit and even that was fine. A wonderful location and easy access to public transit. Watch those sidewalks!
Merrianne2012-01-16T00:00:00ZMy sister and I stayed at the Natalia Guest Rooms during our stay in Bermuda and we are SO GLAD we did. Sharon recommended a very friendly cab driver for our trip to and from the airport - he was excellent! The room was plenty big for the two of us with a small fridge and we each had our own very comfortable twin bed - it was just like being at home! Sharon was very hospitable and helpful in explaining the bus and ferry system to us. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Mike - but maybe next year when we return! :) The pool was absolutely lovely and refreshing when coming back from long days out and about at the beach. The location was perfect with a large supermarket and a bus stop just a short walk away. A bus or cab ride in to Hamilton was just about 20 minutes. There was a guest book in our room as well with lots of tips from previous visitors - very helpful! I can't speak highly enough about our stay! Thank you Mike and Sharon :)
Keri2012-09-03T00:00:00ZMike and Sharon are very helpful and welcoming, providing lots of maps and information. Beautiful room and bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Close to access for the pink bus which took us all over Bermuda, with the inviting pool to cool us off at the end of day. Thanks for a great stay!
Zita2015-07-05T00:00:00ZThe guest house was amazing! Great location and super helpful hosts. Mike and Sharon set us up with a driver to get us to their place and had great tips on how to get around the island. If we are lucky enough to return to Bermuda we would absolutely stay with them again.
Erin2015-09-02T00:00:00ZMike & Sharon’s guest room was a perfect base for us to explore Bermuda. The room is cosy and quiet, equipped with everything we needed. There is a bus stop down the street with frequent connections to places across the island and some of the nicests beaches on the island are within 15 minutes walking distance. Mike & Sharon were perfect hosts: They arranged an Airport transfer and even gave us bus tickets and provided breakfast for the first morning as we arrived late in the evening. We would definitely recommend to stay with them.
Alexander2017-02-20T00:00:00ZGood location, grocery store nearby. The room is nice and sweet. Somehow close to the horseshoe beach, I went there on foot from the house if you drive a car it's really close.
Yuting2016-08-24T00:00:00ZI had a splendid time in Bermuda! Mike and Sharon are great hosts; they are there when you need them but give you plenty of privacy. The location is ideal: close to a bus stop, groceries, convenience store. I highly recommend their property and appreciate all they did for me!
John2016-05-08T00:00:00ZThis is a great place for accomodate in Bermuda. It's near from Hamilton, it's easy to take the bus, and the room it's perfect for tourists. But the best was Sharon. She is a very kind host, absolutely lovely person.

Perfect location, very comfortable with everything you need for vacation. The view is beyond words! It will be missed!
Cristina2017-05-12T00:00:00ZThis place is absolutely amazing! The views are even more breathtaking in person than in the photographs. Waking up to the ocean views and watching the sunset over the ocean are priceless benefits of staying at this comfortable and lovely apartment. The hosts arranged for a cab to pick us up at the airport and were kind enough to drop us at the scooter rental shop shortly after we arrived. They had a binder full of very useful information regarding places to see, popular restaurants, night life, activities, and more. They even provided a cell phone for us to make local calls, so it was not necessary for us to get local SIM cards while we were there. The location in Southampton turned out to be great. It was close to the Dockyard and close to a popular water sports rental outfit, and on the scooter it did not take long to get to Hamilton or even St. George's. It was a short ride to the famous and beautiful Horseshoe Bay beach, one of our favorites. The place was well-equipped with a washer/dryer, beach and bath towels, cooking utensils and beach chairs. There is also an infinity pool adjacent to the apartment, which was very nice. All in all, this was by far one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. I highly recommend staying here!
Anjali2017-05-06T00:00:00ZRichard and Karen are trusty worthy people. I would recommend staying with them.
Joe2017-04-28T00:00:00ZOne of the best air bnb experiences we've had! The view is unlike any other. The space is well appointed. We cooked breakfast every morning, recommend stopping at the grocery store on your way from the airport. There is a grill for your use and we took advantage of it one night after a long day of sight seeing. They also left a local cell phone which was greatly appreciated. It's close to the bus stop and the hill really isn't that bad-I'm six months pregnant and we did it almost every day during our stay. The recommended taxi drivers are great-Arthur was the best. We also went reef fishing with Michael Baxter-highly recommend! Richard and Karen are wonderful hosts-very easy to communicate with. If you're debating booking a resort vs. this spot...this spot is the way to go!
Brett2017-04-24T00:00:00ZIf you're coming to Bermuda and this place is available just book it and quit looking. You can trust all the great reviews as they are spot on and cover just about everything. We didn't get to meet Karen as she was traveling, but we did meet Richard and 2 of his 3 daughters on numerous occasions. They are wonderful people and great hosts. My wife and I really enjoyed everything about this place and our stay but I will rank our likes from great to good in case you have specific things you value over others. (1). The View is simply unbeatable, enough said. (2). Serenity, we slept like babies, all you hear is the ocean and birds chirping, it was incredibly peaceful. (3). The Kitchen. I love to cook and I had everything I needed to prepare all our breakfast's and lunches. I even prepared dinner three nights, one using the grill. Everything you need is there in some form or fashion, very pleasantly surprised by that. (4). Proximity to best beaches in Bermuda. The furthest beach we wanted to see was about 5 miles away, several other great beaches are closer. We rented a scooter which was very fun and made getting around convenient. (5). Other amenities you wouldn't even think you needed, ie, Netflix for visitors, cell phone, guide book with directions and information about everything you could possibly want to do, wonderful sound system for movie watching, incredibly comfortable beds, beach towels, beach chairs you can strap to your scooter and back for easy transport, bus tickets, taxi driver information, they have literally thought of everything you could possibly need. We definitely hope to stay here again!
Grant2017-04-18T00:00:00ZHard to think of a better place to relax and enjoy such a beautiful view. The hosts provided every comfort including a local cell phone and a taxi driver to pick us up at the airport. The place had all the amenities and we stopped at a supermarket on the way to get food for breakfast and snacks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. As others mentioned there is a short walk with a 50ish foot hill to get to the bus stop. We rented a moped which made exploring all of the island very feasible, and if you are comfortable with it (and cars passing you) it's the way to go. I'd definitely recommend scheduling taxi rides in advance, as some drivers we talked to seemed to have a little trouble understanding how to pick us up. The hosts had tons of suggestions for where to eat, places to visit, things to see when we rented a boat, and even tips on running trails. They were great hosts!
Matt2017-04-10T00:00:00ZVery comfortable and quiet location. The view is gorgeous. The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. Perfect for two people. Richard and Karen are great hosts and go out of their way to make you feel at home.
Tim2017-04-03T00:00:00ZWe had an amazing vacation in March 2017 thanks to the wonderful accommodations. The apartment is beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. All of the photos and reviews from other guests are very accurate, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

A wonderful place to land at the end of each busy day spent out seeing beautiful Bermuda. A secluded spot with a spectacular view tucked out of the way. We enjoyed navigating by bus--a different way to see Bermuda. We will most definitely be back!
Jessie2017-04-27T00:00:00ZThis place was outstanding. My girlfriend and I both enjoyed a fantastic quiet weekend perched above St. David's overlooking the harbor. Mike was an extremely fantastic host who provided answers to all of our questions. The pool was amazing and the views did not disappoint. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all clean and tidy and served our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants to experience the peace and quiet of "Old Bermuda". We had the unfortunate luck to experience a tropical storm during our stay, which Mike handled with professional poise (the house is outfitted with fantastic storm protection) and felt safe at all times.

Yajai2016-08-12T00:00:00ZMikes place was amazing. The view from his backyard was out of this world. Super clean with all the amenities anyone could need. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
Rivky2016-07-29T00:00:00ZFIVE STAR! My husband and I chose Bermuda for our honeymoon and could not have picked the MOST AMAZING place to stay (first time Bermuda, first time to book AirBnB). Mike the owner is a great guy, very friendly, made us feel at home. This exclusive 1br apartment (annex to main house where Mike lives) has unbelievable views of the bay, gorgeous sunrises and many-bright-stars-studded nights. We got lucky to have the super moon (2 nights), bright orange it basked the spotless property but the most incredible part was it shone right on the door step, into the bedroom! The pool is extremely clean(cleaning guy comes once a week), the grounds manicured, the picturesque bay littered with beautiful properties and few boats. Being quite a way from the main road, peace and quiet was ours all day and all night, the magic chorus of whistling frogs and occasional fish jumping out of the water below. The apartment is beautiful*very new*, the bathroom is huge, 2 sets of bath/beach towels, kitchen/living room has an electric stove, faucet has Brita filter, microwave, dishwasher, silverware(Oneida), cookware(Cuisinart), coffeemaker (Krups) and more. Bermuda transportation is expensive so plan to rent a moped or bike, or get an island SIM card when you arrive, handy to book taxis (be aware that 5 minutes could equate to 30 minutes island time:) We pre-booked Ms Isadore Lee *she picked us up from the airport* for island tour and shopping, restaurants and groceries. For dinner we went to Wahoo(top pick), Tavern, Black Horse, bought sundries/postcards from Robertson pharmacy *right across is the Post Office*, walked to Coopers Island for snorkeling (beautiful, free)-Mike showed us the shortcut path. We like to be near the airport that's why we stayed in St George. We are already planning our next trip! *Im hesitant at first to write how incredible this place is because it will certainly be an AirBnB pick soon enough, then it will be harder for us to book!
Ruby2014-08-12T00:00:00ZI just returned from a 5 day vacation in Bermuda, and I'm ready to return already! I wish I could have stayed longer, and part of that is because of the convenience and hospitality of our host Mike. The island is small in size, but there is so much to do and see that you need more than a week to really appreciate the treasures of this island. When I arrives at the airport, transportation was provided to the house as promised, and met Mike upon arrival. The house, which sits on top of a hill on the island, looked just as the pictures portrayed and the view was incredible. The house itself was amazing, and well worth the price in comparison to the hotels on the island. After getting situated in the house, we prepared to go and see all of the island, from St. David's & St. George's all the way to the Naval Dockyard. We fulfilled our itinerary and were grateful for Mike's help throughout the trip. Great stay, and hopefully will be back again.
Thomas2014-05-20T00:00:00ZThis is definitely the place to stay in Bermuda! The house is very nice with a beautiful view of the bay. The host Mike went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was very friendly. He was the nicest host I have ever met. We rented mopeds to easily visit the nearby beaches, downtown historic St. George's, Fort St. Catherine's beach, and the Sea Venture 400th anniversary memorial. We also visited Elbo beach and Hamilton. We can't wait to come back again soon!!!
Arlene2014-05-28T00:00:00ZWe had a fabulous stay in the apartment to celebrate our anniversary! The apartment is clean and has all the modern furnishings & amenities we were hoping for. It has a kitchenette, so we went to a grocery store and stocked up so we could have some of our meals there. Mike was very helpful but not overbearing at all - it was nice to have someone to recommend places and to chat with occasionally when we came in. In addition, it was very helpful having the included airport transfer. However I would highly recommend renting a scooter, as the bus stop is a pretty long walk & taxis can be expensive. This is "off the beaten path" a bit, but in a good way for sure! We enjoyed being away from the touristy/resort stuff for the most part. The location is closer to St. George's, which we really enjoyed. Clearwater Beach is also a short drive and is so beautiful (and less crowded thank Horseshoe Bay!). The pool was great. Very refreshing, and obviously has a stunning view! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Silvia's AirBnb! It was extremely clean and very spacious, with helpful amenities like extra towels, beach chairs, snorkels, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Be prepared to do a lot of walking - the beach, any restaurant, grocery store, bus stop etc were all 5-15 mins away. We didn't mind at all. We especially loved dining at the Reefs hotel, about 15 mins down the road. The food and view at Coconuts was spectacular!! The beaches at Horseshoe Bay and the Fairmont Ocean Club were amazing, but if you want something less busy, walk a bit further and you will find all kinds of coves.
Laura2017-05-13T00:00:00ZComfortable space and good location once you get your bearings. Short walking distance to restaurants and attractions in the area. About 25 minute walk to Horseshoe Bay, but walk is safe (didn't have to dodge traffic) & scenic. Silvia is a wonderful & attentive host! Would stay here again.
O'Lynda2017-05-02T00:00:00ZExactly as advertised. Cute and functional space with an excellent location. We enjoyed use of the kitchen... and while we used none, there are a lot of little extra amenities such as DVD player, books, beach chairs and local cell phone. We absolutely took advantage of the proximity to the Fairmont and used the airport shuttle, rented a scooter onsite and got day passes to the pool and beach club. It is like enjoying five star resort amenities with the added benefits of home rental. The studio is under the resident's main home with a side entrance and a small private sitting area. We did not have much face to face contact with the host, but she was always quick to respond to emails.
Shannon2017-04-25T00:00:00ZA perfect place for a perfect holiday! The studio is spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring any part of the island. The views are gorgeous and Silvia and her family were so helpful in answering my questions and even gave me a lift to the bus stop. I look forward to many return trips.
Bairbre2017-04-20T00:00:00ZWe couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in Bermuda! My wife thought the bed was a bit too hard, but I thought it was fine. Everything else was awesome
Kurt2017-04-08T00:00:00ZSilvia's studio was perfect for my stay in Bermuda. Its location provided easy access to the whole island.
Christi2017-04-03T00:00:00ZSilva's place was great! It was bigger than I pictured and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen and we're impressed that Bermuda even had ESPN as it was the middle of March Madness. Bermuda is really hilly and we enjoyed using the Fairmont Southhampton's shuttle to the beach or up/down the hill to catch the bus. We bought a 7 day bus pass to get around which was super convenient. We also used the airport shuttle Silva mentioned which was fantastic and simple. Ultimately we loved Bermuda and all the people are so kind!!
Steph2017-03-30T00:00:00ZA great spot! Right in the heart of Southampton. Lots of places to go and see. I highly recommend renting a scooter to see the island as taxi costs can add up but that's with staying anywhere on the island. Safe location. The place was very clean. The kitchen was great to have as I went food shopping and saved a bunch of money in food. French press in the morning and a blender to make smoothies! There was privacy. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The property is lovely and the location, perfect. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We used the bus system the entire time, thanks to Karen's driver, Annie's great advice. She picked us up and took us to purchase bus tickets and then to the market. She's a wealth of knowledge and what an infectious laugh!! Paradise! Mary Ellen and Charles Hopewell Junction, NY
Mary Ellen2017-05-13T00:00:00ZKaren's place was even more beautiful than the pictures could capture and the salt-water pool was a real treat. We had a great visit. A few details: if you're buying coffee, I'd recommend getting k-cups for the coffee maker (it works with both k-cups and ground coffee, but with the ground coffee you usually get some grounds in the cup). The kitchen had all of the basics (including a blender, hand-juicer and cheese grater), which was nice for us as we ended up cooking most meals. The property was beautiful and lush, with lizards and birds all around. At night the frogs (I think they were frogs) would really chirp it out, so if you have trouble sleeping with ambient noise I'd bring some earplugs. I found it quite peaceful though.
Jordan2017-05-09T00:00:00ZKaren and Danny are warm, wise people who offer a truly comfortable place to stay in a superb location. All the other positive reviews are spot on! We felt very privileged to meet them and experience their SPOTLESS guest house and its cozy garden setting in such a great part of Bermuda. The big supermarket was an 8-minute walk, plus it took just steps to the Middle Road Route 8 bus stop. (After trying both nearby bus stops, we preferred the one near Wok Express since it was slightly easier to navigate with a paved sidewalk and a pedestrian crosswalk across Middle Road.) This is a great location from which to explore the island by bus/Fairmont Shuttle; we traveled to Dockyard, Horseshoe Bay, and Hamilton via the Rockaway Ferry with ease. The beautifully appointed cottage felt like "home" when we returned from daily outings, whether visiting Fort Scaur and the beach in Somerset or walking the Railway Trail. Plenty of hot water, solid wifi, lots of extras in the kitchen and bath, from food staples to toiletries. We will miss the nightly frog symphony and spirited visits from the adorable, friendly resident dogs. Also, we really appreciated Annie's delightful personal car service at the end of our stay; she drove us to the airport while kindly imparting an engaging commentary on Bermuda sights we hadn't yet seen. Thank you, Karen and Danny!
Kathleen2017-05-07T00:00:00ZKaren's studio is a good base from which to explore Bermuda. The studio is located about a 20min walk to many beaches on the South shore (including Horseshoe Bay). It's also close to the Fairmont Southampton hotel, which offers a free shuttle that's useful for moving between the two main roads in Southampton. There are a several good restaurants in the vicinity of the studio. I'd recommend Island Cuisine on Middle Rd, and The Dinning Room, next to the lighthouse. The hosts, Karen and Danny, were attentive and helpful, with tips about destinations and commentary about Bermudian society. Bermuda itself is a beautiful and singular place: I'd love to have the opportunity of being back for another visit.
Marianna2017-04-30T00:00:00ZAngel Mews is a wonderful place. Karen and Danny were great hosts who take pride in their beautiful home. It was great to chat with them. They are a wealth of information about Bermuda and they are very kind people. The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need, and then-some. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the little patio is a piece of heaven. Karen even arranged for her friend Annie to pick us up from the airport. Angel mews is in a great location. 5 minute walk to the bus, which will get you anywhere on the island. The place is close (10-20 minutes by the free fairmont shuttle) to Horseshoe bay - which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in the world. Bermuda is a small island, so you are never very far from anything, however Karen's house in South Hampton, gives you a chance to slow down in a beautiful quiet and lush neighborhood. There is a great take out place which is about a 5 minute walk (wok express), traditional Bermudian food at Island Cuisine (15 minute walk), and a short 30 minute busride to Art Mels Spicy Dicy for the best fish sandwich on the planet. There is a grocery store and a Mr Chicken (Like KFC but better) about a 15 minute walk up the road. Bermuda is an amazing place with super friendly people, impossibly blue water, tasty food, and relaxed vibe. Do not hesitate to stay at Angel Mews, guaranteed you'll have a nicer time here than at a stuffy hotel. We look forward to return soon! Thank you Karen and Danny.
Amanda2017-04-16T00:00:00Z5 star rating in my books! The guest house was immaculate and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the overall location was perfect. It is centrally located with easy bus access to all emenities from tip to tip on the island. Karen is a gracious host and was extremely helpful as we planned our daily trips. We look forward to another vacation in the future and hope to book her venue again.
Kathryn2017-04-05T00:00:00ZKaren's home is quaint and a great location! We were picked up by Annie, at Karen's suggestion, and she couldn't have been a more informative and kind local. Although our flight got in late Karen offered to take us to the grocery store the following morning. Definitely take her up on this offer as the Angel Mews is fully equipped with all your pots/pans and kitchen needs plus food on the island can be expensive in restaurants. Although you will want to leave and explore the island you will find such relaxation at Karen's home with the tranquility AND the pool. We were able to take the shuttle up to the Fairmont Southampton for dinners, golf, lighthouse tour and more. It is an easy and short walk to the shuttle. We also had dinner at the Waterlot Inn which is right across the street too. It is an excellent dining experience and highly recommend it! For a less expensive meal, Karen provided us with other options including Wok Express which is another short walk from the residence. Great sushi! Karen provides all of your bathroom essentials too. Ladies, don't worry, there is even a hair dryer and razors! For all of your yogis, Karen provided two yoga mats as well. We appreciated this as we needed them to prepare for the golf tournament we were traveling to the island for. Although we didn't use the bus system it is also right across the street. We used cabs to and from Hamilton and they were about $25 one way. I highly recommend staying at Angel Mews. We can't wait to return!
Maren2017-03-19T00:00:00ZKaren has created a very serene respite, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and very convenient to public transportation. We appreciated the airport greeting from Annie, her tour of the island en route to Angel Mews, and the chance to pick up a few groceries. Be sure to take advantage of the Railway Trail whenever you can, and you won't be disappointed! We found Heydon Chapel the most peaceful place on the island, and loved the ferry service to Hamilton from the Rockaway dock. All in all, a great week, especially thanks to the generosity and kindness extended by every Bermudian we met.

I enjoyed my staying at Sabrina's place. Apartment is a little tiny, but for 1 person is just fine. Stove is very very small, as it is shown in the pictures. Not a big deal if you don't need to cook much. View is great from the top of the hill. The apartment is a bit secluded and there is a long walk to the bus stop. However, renting scooter is probably best for transportation in general. Sabrina is always very nice and helpful whatever you need. I would recommend it!
Simone2016-12-05T00:00:00ZSabrina was great! She gave us an orientation to the property and offered ice and anything else we wanted. She was respectful of our privacy and also available to tell us all about the history and culture of Bermuda. She offered advice on where to go and what to do based off of the weather and other factors and knew lots of local people who could help us have a great time. We would have paid twice as much at a hotel and, with the kitchen, we were able to save lots of money dinning in. The views were amazing. I Loved waking up an seeing the ocean. Though there were others staying in the house, we never saw them. We enjoyed our meals on the patio and star gazing at night on the lawn. The room and house are in the great shape and boy does she have plans to make it better. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I were to come back.
Brad J.2016-10-11T00:00:00ZSabrina was a great hostess and helped make my first visit to Bermuda a wonderful experience. I do hope to return to this beautiful island. She suggested The Reefs Sunday brunch which was an amazing display of food along with the traditional Bermuda fare. Thank you Sabrina.
Linda2016-09-25T00:00:00ZMy guest and I had such a wonderful experience in Bermuda and most of that was possible because of Sabrina. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect for our short 3 day stay. I did my own bit of research before arriving but Sabrina was able to answer any question I had. She is so knowledgeable about all that Bermuda has to offer and has plenty of material with information for you to make your Bermuda trip perfect for you. She was such a warm, gracious host and the epitome of Bermudian hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again during any future visits. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Solangel2016-08-19T00:00:00ZSabrina was very accommodating and provided us with tons of tips for our visit. The studio was perfect for a long weekend getaway with two people. We felt very private but knew that Sabrina was just next door if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!
Carol2016-08-15T00:00:00ZSabrina is a host who understands her guests needs. She makes herself accessible despite her other numerous responsibilities. She ensures that her quests are comfortable and informed of the island and its many attractions. She made us feel welcome and greeted us very warmly. The listing is as pictured, thus, preventing surprises upon arrival. Sabrina checked in with us everyday to ensure we were okay and to assist us with any needed requests. She made phone calls without hesitation when we needed to make local connections. She values her home and the safety of her guests. She outlined her expectations and was patient in establishing ours. We had a spectacular view and the area was quiet, allowing needed rest. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one, one which requires a return visit.
Paula2016-07-26T00:00:00ZSabrina is an amazing host. She arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and her house and location are absolutely stunning. She was incredibly supportive and made our 3 day Easter break unforgettable. We rented bicycles and cycled around the island which was great fun.
Dan2016-03-31T00:00:00ZWe had an excellant stay with Sabrina. The accommodation is really great with a large garden comfort with ocean views. Guests are reactive, very welcoming and they greatly facilitate the travel and the discovery of the island. Alice's mother, Sabrina, took us to visit places and leads us free when there was a bus strike. Thank you very much, I think it could not get better for our honeymoon. Wonderfull and magic!

Susann was very attentive and extremely nice. The room is as advertised- clean, comfortable, and central. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There is a kitchen perfectly stocked with kitchenware so if you would like to get groceries and cook this is ideal for you. Bermuda is very expensive so it was great to be able to walk 2 blocks to a market, come home and cook. However, beware of the ants in the summer! We made the mistake of leaving the trash open and were surprised to wake up with an armada of ants. This is not Susann's fault... we encountered this across the island. I was there in July so perhaps it's a seasonal thing. At any rate, I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Hamilton. You are within walking distance to Front Street and the bus station. Thanks Susann!
Denise2013-07-25T00:00:00ZSusann was a fantastic host! Very warm and communicative. Her place had everything we could need, and was a short walk from town and grocery store. She went above and beyond to keep us updated and propose alternative options during an island bus strike.
julia2017-01-04T00:00:00ZThis apartment is extremely efficient; it has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Bermuda. It was very easy to walk into Hamilton and to the bus station to get to other parts of the island. Susann was extremely communicative prior to our visit. Thanks!
Kristine2017-02-05T00:00:00ZWhile I never met Susann due to her travels, her mother who met us and gave us the keys to the apartment was wonderful. The studio was exactly as described with the exception of Wifi which was not working or unavailable for some reason. The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities needed. Hamilton was a short 10 minute walk. Susann also answered all my questions and gave me some great advice in advance since we were unable to meetup in person during our stay.
Jay2013-04-22T00:00:00ZThis apartment was extremely clean and well equipped with absolutely everything a guest could need- from toileteries to an array of cooking utensils to a local in-room phone (so helpful when coordinating rentals and taxis)! An air conditioner, strong wifi and a binder full of visitor information kept us comfortable. The location was unbeatable- a simple five minute drive to Front St with many eateries to choose from, and our favorite beaches were within 15-20 minutes on a scooter- the best of both worlds! Susann was extremely accommodating and genuinely friendly. What an incredible value-I couldn't recommend this Air bnb more highly! It's by far the best experience we had after staying in several locations around the island and made leaving Bermuda that much harder. Thanks Susann. If ever back in Bermuda, we would certainly book again!
Rebekah2016-08-09T00:00:00ZStaying at Susann's studio was the best experience I've had so far with AirBNB. Upon our arrival, she gave us a short tour of downtown Hamilton upon our arrival and we were able to get our bearings quickly. She provided us all kinds maps and guides and answered all of our questions about how to do and how to get there in Bermuda. Also, the studio was extremely clean, the kitchen was very nice and met all of our cooking needs, and the location of her place is excellent both getting to walking to downtown Hamilton and taking buses or taxis to anywhere on the island. Great experience! We'll definitely be back to Bermuda.
Corey2014-12-02T00:00:00ZMy short trip to Hamilton with my boyfriend was an absolute pleasure. By staying with Susann I was able to show him the "real" side to Bermuda and Hamilton. Susann is an excellent host and the efficiency apartment was exactly how I expected. Clean, quiet, convenient....perfect! It is a short walking distance to Town, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. I hope the apartment is available the next time I go back to Bermuda!
Anita2013-06-15T00:00:00ZThe studio was perfectly located: easy walk to all my meetings but a quiet location. A small space but very clean and easy to live in and equipped with everything I needed - and more. Susann made sure I was comfortable and the space was very private.

The place is exactly as described, if not better once you are there: scenic, comfortable, and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It's a 25-minute hike up a horse trail over a hill to a beautiful beach; the views are worth every step. There is a conveniently-located bulk grocery store and bus stop very nearby. Our hosts have made a very comprehensive binder full of detailed and useful information for doing just about everything you can think of on the island. Mike & Sharon make an effort to give you as much privacy or information as you desire.
Germaine2017-02-12T00:00:00ZLovely cottage and pool. Great information pack provided by the hosts with lots of local recommendations. It's in a nice residential area, short walk to the shops and centrally located to explore both ends of the island and relax on the nearby south shore beaches after. Mike and Sharon and family were friendly but we had our privacy and hardly saw them. The only thing I could say is the Wi-Fi signal is patchy unless outside by the pool, but that kept me away from work.
James2014-11-10T00:00:00ZThe stay was great! The Cottage was exactly as pictured. Mike was in touch when we needed. Would stay here again.
Adam2016-07-18T00:00:00ZThis was a great place to stay in Bermuda. The pool and area around the pool proved a great place to relax and plan adventures. Sharon greeted us shortly after we arrived and basically walked us through a local restaurant guide, and gave us a sense of the island's destinations. Truly a great place and great hosts.
eric2015-10-24T00:00:00ZWe had a fantastic first anniversary vacation in the Natalia Pool Cottage! We were warmly greeted by Sharon who showed us the space and answered all of our questions. We were thrilled to see all the recent upgrades cottage: new couch, bed, linens, curtains, decor, fixed plumbing etc (more updated than shown in the current photos). Patio and pool area were a dream for meals and relaxing, loved the dogs Chaka and Thandy, perfect blend of privacy and friendliness all around. Marketplace grocery is about a 5-minute walk, so we stocked up and made breakfast and lunch in the cottage every day. Grocery is more expensive than home (as is all of Bermuda) but much more cost effective than eating out every meal. Don't forget the rum and ginger beer. Recommendations: Island Cuisine for an easy, quality meal (walkable), Coconuts at The Reefs for a special upscale dinner on the water ($15 taxi away), Warwick Long Bay/Jobson's Cove on a weekday for a private and gorgeous beach, and the BUEI in Hamilton if you're traveling with kids or are marine science/buried treasure junkies like we are. Sharon & Mike, thank you for everything. Wish we didn't have to leave, can't wait to come back!
Matt2016-10-30T00:00:00ZWe just got back from a week stay at the Natalia Pool Cottage and are already dreaming about our next trip back! The property is exactly as described, and the location/neighborhood couldn't be any more perfect. The property is on a quiet residential street, and easily accessible from the main road. The owners are very generous and have umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs ready for you to grab and go depending on what you are in the mood for. You definitely want to rent a scooter as it's the best way to make the most of your visit and see as much of the island as you can. The towels and bedding were new, soft, and smelled so lovely that I looked forward to snuggling in bed after spending my days at the beach. The inground pool was crystal clear and refreshing for days you're sick of the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun filled week in the sun! Thank you Mike and Sharon for a memorable week!
Renee2015-09-22T00:00:00ZOur first Bermuda experience was fantastic! Michael and Sharon are gracious hosts. Our cottage was ready when we arrived and clean and perfect for our stay. I am a stickler for clean linens and all of that and every thing was just lovely. Plenty of towels and even towels for the beach! Michael and Sharon were not intrusive but very helpful and communicative. They were so nice and welcoming, even enjoying a swim with us one night. We loved the pool and enjoying time there after the beach relaxing on the hammock. There is a grocer just down the street which is quite convenient and we loved being able to cook or eat at home if we wanted to. We rented a scooter on their recommendation (Elbow Beach, Mrs. Tee!) and were very happy with the experience. They connected us with Arthur, who drove us to Natalia and then back to the airport and was super nice and helpful even stopping for groceries on our way. Michael even drove us to dinner one night - so very nice! We loved our Bermuda experience and look forward to staying with Michael and Sharon again and bringing our family! Highly recommend!
Michelle2016-07-30T00:00:00ZLovely studio apartment in good, safe location in the middle of Bermuda a few minutes walk from the bus to Hamilton, set in pretty gardens with use of lovely pool, garden furniture and bbq. 30 min walk through interesting countryside, down old railway trail and pathways to beautiful beach.

Ruth-Anne was a tremendous host. From the moment we booked spirit house we felt welcomed and became more excited to visit Bermuda. Ruth-Anne was extremely responsive and helpful. As we arrived Ruth-Anne provided us with a local cellphone as a just in case, discussed with us places we might be interested in attending, and provided us with amenities and luxuries we're used to at hotels. I would not hesitate returning to spirit house when I return to Bermuda. Spirit house is best for friend groups.
Colleen2017-05-15T00:00:00ZRuth-Anne was an amazing host through and through, from the moment I decided to book until the very last day that my group and I were there. She was kind enough to hold the reservation for us while I waited for my friend and brother to book and confirm their flights, which took 2 weeks. Before arriving on the island, she made sure to give us directions on how to get to the home which is a little off the beaten path and was there to welcome us. The home as well as the grounds, were extremely clean and well kept. On our first day there our phones were having connectivity issues and we couldn't rent mopeds via the internet, Ruth-Anne's son was kind enough to drive us into Hamilton so we could rent some from a local shop. She was easy to communicate with and was always available. Our last night there my brother cut his foot on some coral and Ruth-Anne was readily available, providing us with gauze, among other first aid items. Unfortunately we didn't make it to any of the classes, but I will most definitely revisit Bermuda and I won't think twice about staying in spirit house.
ashley2017-05-10T00:00:00ZRuth-Anne's place is awesome. The bedroom is private--it's in a separate building away from the main house, and has a large patio with comfy furniture. What a great place to relax! The location is a couple minutes outside Hamilton; close enough to be convenient and well-situated to visit the entire island. Ruth-Anne herself is a gem and a wonderful host. I'd love to stay there again!
Francis2017-05-04T00:00:00ZThis was my fourth time staying with Ruth-Anne and it was perfect as always. It's a quiet, sacred space and easy to get anywhere you need to go. I brought my girlfriend this time and she was thrilled by the experience. Absolutely loved the space and Bermuda. We enjoyed sleeping in, cooking and going for jogs along with all the beaches and other tourist attractions. We have a number of videos you can see of the place and our experience on our YouTube Channel Liberated in Love.
Michael2017-04-26T00:00:00ZThis is a very beautiful place to stay on Bermuda. Good accomodation with fully equipped kitchen. WLAN readily available. Front porch inside large garden/lawn area. Pro: Friendly atmosphere, various non-mainstream spiritual classes (for those who want such program) and absolutely no obligation to participate therein (for those who don't). Contra: No car -> no way. Last bus (#3) is due ~6 pm. Takes 30min on foot to Hamilton but not feasible in the dark.
Moritz2017-04-23T00:00:00ZA really nice place and Ruth-Anne is a great host. The place is shared with some events that Ruth-Anne host.
Emy2017-04-09T00:00:00ZRUTH ANNE is a great host. Very hospitable. Her place is comfortable and a great home away from home. I will definitely be back to Bermuda .. Thanks again for being such a great host..
marie2017-03-29T00:00:00ZThe Spirit House is a special, special place. It's in a private spot and when you arrive, you will feel like you're walking into a secret spot in a Bermudan jungle! It's a nice walk from Hamilton and right near the grocery store, which was a great for a solo traveler like me. I was lucky enough to attend a yoga class and a Women's Temple Circle gathering there which was a magical experience! Above all, Ruth-Anne is the sweetest host! She offers so much kindness and good energy! I left this spot feeling refreshed, balanced, inspired and oh so happy.

Great place to stay! Make sure you walk along the rail trail and enjoy some of the best scenery the island has to offer. The swizzle inn is only about a 10 minute walk up the rail trail. Bus stops are only right around the corner so if your going to ride the bus your in a good spot. The host is excellent and very helpful. Can not say enough about The Birds Nest
Jonathan2017-05-08T00:00:00ZThis is the most idealic setting for a cottage I can think of. We have had an amazing time here. Right on the shore for a swim where you see turtles and big brightly coloured fish who aren't bothered by you, right by the bus stop with easy access to Hamilton and St George and then the ferries to Dockyard (all included in a bus pass!), 5 minutes walk from the Swizzle Inn using the scenic railway track and 20 minutes walk (or a 5 minute bus ride) to Shelley Bay, the nearest beach. Suggest getting down to Clearwater bay, bit out of the way but so, so worth it (we're just out of season, had the beach to ourselves). Amazing week. We'll be back. Elizabeth was the best host, taking us to the shop on arrival and being attentive throughout, couldn't have asked for more.
Frances2017-04-30T00:00:00ZBird's Nest Cottage is the perfect place to launch your visit to Bermuda...the views for the cottage are exactly (or perhaps better) than the photos online. Getting anywhere is very easy as the cottage is located very close to a bus stop headed into Hamilton (from there you can go anywhere), as well as to a bus stop headed into St. George's. The rail trail that runs directly in front of the cottage is a perfect place for a morning run, or an evening stroll along the (URL HIDDEN) also an easy walk to the Swizzle Inn for lunch and/or drinks. Elizabeth is the perfect host...she made the experience effortless...from preparing her home for our arrival, to securing bus/ferry passes and even taking us to the local market upon our arrival so we could stock up on essentials for our stay. If you're looking for a cozy spot to base yourself while visiting Bermuda, you really need to consider Bird's Nest (URL HIDDEN) really is amazing, the rustic charm, combined with the modern conveniences make it the ideal spot. There is nothing better than having morning coffee on the side porch off the living area, looking out onto the bay and saying hello to all the morning runners/walkers as they make their way along the rail trail. I really can't say it enough, Bird's Nest Cottage is the real deal, you won't be disappointed.
Michael2017-03-30T00:00:00Zgreat place, great views, easy to get around
Bruce2017-03-24T00:00:00ZThe cottage was wonderful. The view is stunning. There is a great trail along the water right outside the house for a walk or jog. Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this home for two couples!!
madeleine2017-03-14T00:00:00ZFelt like being at home. Elizabeth was a great host.
Clifton2017-03-10T00:00:00ZThis is a lovely cottage that is exactly as described. It is old-Bermuda style and has been beautifully restored. The view from the living room of the water was worth the trip to Bermuda! The kitchen is well-equipped and the market is a gorgeous 15-20 minute walk on the rail trail (check expiration dates on the food you purchase, as everything is shipped). The bus stop (both directions) is steps away. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and bought bus tickets for us which were there when we arrived, and took us on an initial grocery run. We had planned to rent bikes, but I was not comfortable with biking on the road, even though I bike at home. The rail trail is not completely continuous; you need to detour onto the road at numerous points. The location is close to the airport and Saint George and about 20 minutes bus ride to Hamilton. It is a quiet, residential part of the island, but still walkable (on the road) to a few sites such as the caves, The Swizzle (known for the drinks, but I also recommend the milkshakes!) and the Blue Hole. We did not swim right from the cottage as it was February and the water cold even for us northerners, but you could. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely, self-sufficient, water-view, quaint, and convenient cottage.
Margaret2017-03-03T00:00:00ZThis is an excellent home. Beautiful location with direct access to the sea for lovely swimming. You can even swim across to an island which has a tiny beach. The cottage is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Excellent view. The railway trail runs past front door. Perfect.

We had a great time at Carolyn's place. It was exactly as described, a nice sized 2 bedroom condo perfect for a vacation stay for our family of 4. Our daughters (2 and 5) liked the place a lot as well. It is across the street from Warwick Long Bay beach, and a short walk from the Jabson's cove, a perfect place for kids to enjoy ocean. Carolyn was a great host. Helped us settle in, took my wife grocery shopping next day, gave us umbrellas for the rain we had one day. She was there if we needed her, but otherwise we felt as if we were in a separate house. Condo had everything one needs for a summer vacation stay. Beach towels, beach chairs, couple of sun umbrellas, nicely equipped kitchen, lawn chairs with umbrella, grill, etc. Internet was working throughout the condo which was great as our kids like to watch cartoons on youtube. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend Carolyn's place to everyone looking for a comfortable family vacation close to best beaches in Bermuda.
Mirko2015-08-31T00:00:00ZOur stay at Ocean Sounds was exciting and relaxing - Carolyn was warmly welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to see their were some small food supplies already in the fridge. The apartment is clean and spacious, plenty of opportunity for 4 adults to have some personal space when wanted. The beach is literally across one road (albeit a quite busy one) which was fab. Super close to public transport, so getting around without renting a vehicle is easy, too.
Lily2016-11-26T00:00:00Zfour of us lived in Carolyn's sweet house. the facilities are really good. THere are washing machines in house, makes us feel just like home. Carolyn prepare some food in the refrigerator that it so sweet!! and she also drive us to supermarket to get some life stuff.
Limi2015-03-09T00:00:00ZCarolyn is wonderful. She is easy to get a hold of and attentive to needs. She confirmed the taxi to and from the airport. The rental is exactly as pictured and clean! The washer/dryer is an amazing feature. It's also super close to Warwick Long Bay Beach. Perfect for me, my partner and 3 year old toddler. Can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to Bermuda.
Adam2017-02-13T00:00:00ZCarolyn was a truly a wonderful host. She met us as we arrived to explain everything. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, and like everyone said before, has everything you may need. She had so much extra towels and sheets. Just a very comfortable stay. Her location is quiet, and is also right across from a beach. All in all, we hope to be back. Bermuda and Carolyn's place was excellent! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Diana2016-06-18T00:00:00ZCarolyn's place is fully as advertised. The location is excellent, with access to a secluded portion of our #1 favorite Bermuda beach. The house is clean, and we made happy, daily use of the kitchen. Carolyn also has two pack-and-plays available so guests don't have to lug theirs around the airport. She also has beach chairs and two umbrellas. The bus stop is very close for when you want to get into town. It may be useful for some people to know up front that bends in the road make it hard to cross in one direction. We walked maybe 10 yards up to the next driveway before crossing and stepped briskly, and we were fine. When in Bermuda, always look "right, left, right" when crossing the road (my mother-in-law was traveling with us and tended to slow down as she approached the other side, even as she looked the wrong way for oncoming traffic). But every day my wife and I successfully toted a new baby, mother-in-law, cooler, stroller, beach bag, diaper bag, beach chairs, a beach shelter, and an umbrella across the way to Warwick Long Bay. It was magical, and we're likely to do it again.
Andrew2017-05-14T00:00:00ZThank you for a wonderful place to stay and your hospitality. The James' were so nice and the place was very clean. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach! A very pretty beach! Would definitely come back! They got us a taxi from the airport and left eggs, oj and bread in the fridge!
amanda2015-07-04T00:00:00ZAmazing stay once again. This is our go to spot on the island as it is walking distance to the best beaches on Bermuda!

Everything was perfect , Mike & Sharon were great hosts . We arrived late in the evening but thank to Mike & Sharon we had no problems , the taxi drivers Arthur knew perfectly were to go. They have been helpful but never intrusive hosts. we had a great stay and I will suggest to anyone !
Laura2012-08-10T00:00:00ZMike and Sharon have a lovely bed and breakfast. My wife and I came to Bermuda to get married and this apartment offers all the amenities we could think of. It is picturesque and has a secluded resort feel to it. This haven is within a 10 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches. Mike and Sharon were friendly and easy to get along with. We would not hesitate in returning to their beautiful home. Thank you Mike and Sharon!
Aleef & Farah2015-06-18T00:00:00ZWe loved our stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor pool and bbq were also a great addition. Position was great as it was in the centre of the island and we could get everywhere easily. Sharon was very helpful in giving us suggestions and tips. We would love to go back soon and would definitely stay at Natalia Studio again.
Francesca2016-06-21T00:00:00ZMy husband and I stayed in the Natalia apartment for 4 nights in June. The apartment had just enough space for us and it was a very easy check-in. Sharon was always available via phone and we were able to speak in person with her on several occasions too. There is a lovely pool on the property that is available for guest use as well, although we were not able to use it due to our schedule, but it looked very nice. We were pleased that there was air conditioning in the apartment as it was quite humid both outside and in the apartment during our stay. For our purposes the location of the apartment was fantastic. It is located near a grocery store and a quick 5 minutes from the Fairmont Southampton and Horseshoe Bay beach. Would stay again and recommend it to others.
Marisa2014-06-10T00:00:00ZThe Natalia studio was exactly what we were looking for in a trip to Bermuda. Beautiful and quiet, with easy access to the buses and a walk away from one of the best beaches on the island. Mike and Sharon were lovely, as were the other guests who stayed nearby. It was everything that we needed.
Janelle2015-06-14T00:00:00ZNatalia Studio is a great room with its own kitchen in a beautiful house with nice garden and pool. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this studio to everyone. I do suggest for you to get a scooter to get around. Hosts have the number for scooter rental company. It was about $50 per day but totally worth it!
Max2013-09-16T00:00:00ZSharon was a very accommodating host (Mike was away at the time) despite our unexpectedly late arrival, and the apartment was straightforward but comfortable. It was a lovely, quiet part of the island and we particularly enjoyed being able to eat our breakfast in our private outside area, just listening to the birds. The dogs were great too! There were plenty of amenities within walking distance, including the stunning south coast beaches around 30mins away. Walking in Bermuda is a little tricky however owing to the shortage of pavements and narrow roads, so would recommend a scooter for anybody looking to explore further afield!
Angus2016-11-01T00:00:00ZThis studio came with everything we needed and more. It was comforting and welcoming the minute we checked in. There is a grocery store right now the street so my boyfriend and I got groceries and really enjoyed cooking in the studio kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet and residential, we truly felt like we were living like a Bermudian. We couldn't have asked for a better location to stay in. The best beaches in Bermuda were a 10-12 minute scooter ride, and getting around was very easy. Mike and Sharon gave us information regarding a scooter company and gave us a number for a cab drive to bring us to and from the airport, so everything was very easy. The two dogs were very friendly and we will also miss them. We will definitely be back!

This was my first experience with Airbnb and the Seaforth exceeded all of my expectations. Martina and Barry are amazing hosts and their property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the West Wing, which was so comfortable and clean. The mini fridge and microwave were nice for storing breakfast and lunch items. We utilized their pedal bikes, kayak and snorkel masks. There home is in a beautiful location and just steps to the bus stop. They have everything you need for an amazing Bermuda vacation. We will surely be back in the future!
Andrea2017-05-12T00:00:00ZAMAZING! PERFECT! FLAWLESS! I can't saw enough about this place. We stayed at three air bnb while in Bermuda and this was BY FAR the best. It is SOOOO nice. It truely was the high class vacation place we were looking for. Martina and her husband are SO nice. The pool is GORGEOUS, pictures can't do it justice. It was so nice to have the pool for a bit of a change away from the sand and ocean salt water. It's a must have. The apartment is SO nice. The bed is very comfy! We watched Netflix in bed at night. Private hammock is SWEET! The porch overlooks a beautiful bay with a perfect view of sunsets. If I come back to Bermuda I literally will stay here and here only. I would plan my vacation around the availability of this place. It's THAT good. AMMENITIES AMMENITIES AMMENITIES! Holy cow! They provide kayaks, snorkeling gear, fishing gear, bikes, amazing pool and grill, Netflix, hammock and lounging chairs in grass. Everything in Bermuda is very expensive, so getting these ammenities for free is great. Snorkeling gear alone anywhere in Bermuda is 20$ a day to rent or 120$ to buy. But with Martina, it's free:) we saw plenty of turtles which was awesome. To start off our stay Martinas husband even took us on a boat ride!!!! My wife LOVED this place. It was the perfect way to finish our honeymoon in Bermuda. Thank you Martina!!!
Dallin2016-08-24T00:00:00ZMartina and Barry were phenomenal hosts! This was an incredible experience - we felt like we were in a boutique hotel! Our room was totally private and had a private outdoor area as well - perfect for absolute relaxation. Martina and Barry were very welcoming and invited us for drinks on the porch, gave us full access to their private beach and kayaks, and were available to answer any and all questions. The pool on the premises is amazing and has a fully equipped BBQ area that guests can use any time. This is indeed a gem and we look forward to coming back as soon as possible!
Carolina2016-08-14T00:00:00ZMartina and Barry were exceptionally welcoming. They greeted us with delicious rum swizzles and a push off into the beautiful harbour for an evening paddle on the double kayak. We most enjoyed our time kayaking in front of the house and jogging up to Fort Scaur and onto a section of the rail trail right behind Seaforth. We found the apt. to be a perfect size for two with a little kitchenette and a lovely view of Ely's Harbour from the front porch. We had full range of a beautiful pool area complete with kitchen and grill. Thank you Martina and Barry for taking such good care of us, in spite of some rain, we had a wonderful time!
stacy2016-02-20T00:00:00ZMy friend and I were welcomed with rum swizzles, a sweet card, and lots of info to get our vaca started!! We felt right at home. Martina and her husband were always willing to share tips on how to make the most of the island. Kayaking was great, right across the street from Seaforth, and using the bikes was very handy. I can't say thank you enough!
Kylie2015-07-29T00:00:00ZWell , Martina and Barry were the absolute best ! They went well above and WAY beyond what I would have expected from a hosting standpoint . They were exceptional ! The West Wing at Seaforth is cozy and warm , well appointed and there was nothing that I could have asked for that wasn't already thought of by our wonderful hosts . Love their puppies ...they were awfully cute and super sweet ! Bermuda via Seaforth was the best vacation ever , and I cannot recommend staying here enough . We will return in the future , and we would only schedule our stay based on whether there was availability at Seaforth with Martina and Barry !!! Do yourself a favor and stay at Seaforth .
Douglas2016-10-10T00:00:00ZHad a fab time in a gorgeous apartment attached to main house. The bedroom view was to die for. The pool with it's night lights was super, as were the cabana facilities. Martina & Barry have thought of everything to make their guests' stay perfect. They are a sociable couple & we enjoyed some lovely evenings eating & drinking by the pool. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Whilst not being particularly handy for Hamilton, it's great for getting to the S Shore beaches and the bus stop is very close to the house. However, the bus journey into Hamilton is very easy and there is also the ferry that goes from fairly nearby too. I went there on my own & Martina & Barry were very sensitive to this, for which I thank them. I felt they genuinely cared about me as a person, which I truly appreciated. In summary, Martina & Barry really understand the hospitality business, which is great for their guests & I thank them for making my stay so perfect.
Vicki2016-05-22T00:00:00ZThe Seaforth is spectacular! Barry and Martina are fantastic hosts. A very unique experience that we would absolutely recommend.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the pool house! It was the perfect amount of space, everything worked great, and it was extremely clean! The 'Bermuda Book', a book on the table where past guests write about the best places to go in Bermuda, was a wealth of knowledge for us! Chris was very responsive, and the dogs Tess and Abby were very playful. This was our shortest yet most favorite trip yet :)
Nick2016-03-22T00:00:00ZVery pleasant stay! The house is beautiful. Chris and his wife are very nice and helpful person. Love the pool and their dogs.
Phoebe2016-03-29T00:00:00ZWe had a great time in Bermuda and Chris's guesthouse was perfect. Chris and his wife Gail were pleasant and helpful, made us feel comfortable and welcome, but also gave us our privacy.
Stephane2016-07-08T00:00:00ZChris's pool house is the perfect location for a stay in Bermuda! Not only is it located near some great sites itself, it is also central to the island making the Dockyard, Hamilton, St George's, and everything in between all easily accessible. The pool and house are beautiful and comfortable, and Chris and Gail, along with Tess and Abby (the dogs), are great hosts! The pictures provided attempt to capture the beauty of the listing, but it is a truly a place you need to see and experience first hand. I would definitely recommend staying in the pool house to anyone looking to stay in Bermuda!!
Howard2016-01-03T00:00:00ZChris and Gail were awesome hosts. Chris kept us well informed with information prior to arrival and the two of them greeted us and showed us around the place. Pool house was perfect for a quiet getaway, clean, comfortable and their lovely dogs were there to great us every day. We used the busses and leg power to get around, but you may want to rent scooters, up to you. There is a detailed booklet provided of relevant information and phone numbers of the area, so finding things was very easy. Convenience store about 0.5 miles away with hot and cold foods, but check out local foods at D + C Grill which serves 3 "local" meals a day and is very close (loved the oxtail). Swizzle Inn is a must!! Thanks Chris and Gail...we will be back.
Karl2015-11-11T00:00:00ZMy wife and I enjoyed our stay at Chris and Gail's pool house very much. Chris and Gail were very welcoming and even gave us a ride to the food market on our first day and again to dinner one night. The pool house was clean, convenient, and private. For transportation, we mainly took the bus and taxis to get around the island and didn't have trouble. Since taxis are expensive, we bought 14 zone bus tickets in packets of 15, which are sold at a discount, and can take you almost anywhere on the island (also can be used for ferry service out of Hamilton). For food, we ate breakfast at the pool house, skipped lunch most of the time, and went out for dinner every night. Our favorite dinner spot was Devil's Isle in Hamilton as the food and drinks were amazing and the portions were very generous for the price. The bartender told us they just opened a similar restaurant called Village Pantry in nearby Flatts Village. For beaches, we enjoyed John Smiths Bay Beach for a quick stop (walking distance) and great for watching the sun rise, Warwick Bay Beach for its beauty, and Elbow Beach. Starting at Warwick beach, there is a 2 mile trail that cuts through 4 or 5 beaches / coves and ends at Horseshoe Beach. There are great views along the way. We also took a Jet Ski Tour with KS Watersports out of St. Georges which was very enjoyable. Thanks again Chris and Gail!
Matthew2016-11-24T00:00:00ZWe loved our stay at the pool house! The quiet friendly neighborhood is a great location for easy access to either end of the island or into Hamilton. Chris and Gail could not be more welcoming and they make you feel at home right away. We enjoyed the company of their sweet dogs Tess and Abby and miss them now that we are back home. We planned breakfasts at the house and it was equipped with everything you need. When we visit Bermuda again we will definitely stay here. A perfect choice for those wanting to avoide the busy resort style vacation.
Brad2016-04-14T00:00:00ZWe decided on impulse to spend a few days in a different part of Bermuda (we were in St Georges) and found the pool house. Chris and Gail were prompt in their email communications and friendly before we even met! The pool house was just perfect and actually even better than the pictures show: spotlessly clean, well appointed, spacious and bright.Everything in it well thought out to ensure a pleasant stay...and a pleasant stay we had! We took it easy for the 3 days we were there, enjoyed the garden for reading, well looked after by the friendly house labs! We walked to nearby John Smith Bay (stunning), Spittal pond (relaxing). and to various dinner venues and caught taxis back. The house is set away from the main attractions, but that made us taste what it is like to live like the locals! We were not in a hurry to see "the sights" so we did not rent a scooter but I would recommend it if you want to get around. We had a nice chat with Chris during our stay and Gail was great when we arrived. A friendly family sharing their beautiful property with us. The pool house is a perfect and private retreat! We will come again!

We highly recommend Georgie & Steve's place! First off, the location is great: short walk to Elbow Beach, Elbow Beach Resort restaurants, bus stops and a market. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen and grille were perfect to cook a few meals during our stay. The bed and air conditioner were very satisfactory. One of our favorite parts was opening the french doors and letting that sunshine and fresh air in each morning!
Brian2017-05-09T00:00:00ZThe home is in a very nice location convenient to Elbow Beach and public transportation. It's a short walk to a very nice grocery/liquor store and also the Railway Trail, on which you can walk to Hamilton. Despite being on a major road, it's secluded and quiet. Everything worked well in the house, which is beautiful classic Bermudian architecture. There is a very nice area to sit outside which affords a view of the ocean in the distance. All in all, a very nice place, with very nice hosts.
Mike2017-05-02T00:00:00ZWe loved our stay here! Perfect little bungalow for a couple. Georgina helped us arrange transport from the airport and we were greeted by her shortly after our arrival. There was everything you needed for a perfect beach day: beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler with ice packs in the freezer, water jugs and even sunscreen (thank goodness because we forgot ours!). The walk down to Elbow Beach was super easy and quick. Friends of ours were staying/getting married at Elbow Beach Resort, located practically next door. This allowed for easy accessibility when we wanted to join the wedding party on the beach or to eat on the property. The bungalow is very private and has a very cute back patio with lawn chairs looking out to the ocean. Perfect set-up to sip morning coffee or to look up at the stars at night! As for getting around, there is an east and westbound bus stop right around the corner (you can get tokens at Elbow Beach Resort concierge). We highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Bermuda.
Alison2017-04-24T00:00:00ZWe loved the charming cottage so well appointed by Steve and Georgie, the Hibiscus flowers that welcomed us, the unexpected gift of fresh eggs, the location just down the lane from a spectacular beach, the ability to walk to a grocery store and grill our own dinner at home or walk to fine dinning, the comfortable bed, and listening to the sounds of the birds. It was a great choice.
Bruce2017-04-20T00:00:00ZGeorgina's house is a perfect little gem of a space. Safe, quiet comfortable and convenient. Well maintained and clean.
Deb2017-04-13T00:00:00ZWe loved our stay at A Georgina's place. It is as shown and described. We loved the chickens and roosters who visited us on the little patio and their eggs that Georgie and Steve left us on our first evening! The location is very convenient for taking buses both to Dockyard and to Hamilton with bus stops an easy walk from the cottage. Georgie gave me a lot of good information before we arrived, including contact information for an excellent taxi driver whom we used several times during our visit in addition to arranging for him to pick us up and take us to the airport.
Gail2017-04-08T00:00:00ZThis quaint cottage is in close proximity to beautiful Elbow Beach, is charming, clean and contains all the necessary amenities. The cottage is well positioned within a short bus ride of Hamilton and its many restaurants. A nearby grocery store provides food if dining-in is desired. Having bike rentals nearby allows for excellent viewing of the island and plenty of exercise. And, the owners are delightful and very accommodating. Our stay was excellent!
Randy and Lisa2017-03-30T00:00:00ZGeorgina's place is a jewel, well appointed, clean, steps away from a stunning beach. Private and sunny!

We had a wonderful stay. Desiree could not do enough to make us feel welcome and give us all the tips about living in paradise. The place was so cute and perfect for a couple looking to relax and enjoy what this beautiful island has to offer. The location was great and convenient to shopping and the Dockyard. Would definitely stay there again.
Ellen2016-04-28T00:00:00ZDesiree's space is absolutely amazing, and she is, as well! The little palms had everything we needed and the grocery trip was so helpful for our stay. Desiree even arranged for a massage therapist to come by for me! She is the queen of accommodation and we really felt at home. As a location note, Sandys is more residential so don't expect crazy nightlife/restaurants close by, but the bus stop is super close and the island is easily traveled. We took cabs and busses everywhere and had zero issue. Definitely recommend staying here for some R&R and it is crazy affordable for the accommodations.
Veronica2016-08-12T00:00:00ZDesiree and Fred's place is perfectly situated in a quiet, calm, residential area. I was on a "baby moon vacation," with my partner. The listing as absolutely perfect - a full kitchen, bath, bedroom, washer and dryer as well as a living space with cable TV. Our favorite part was the beach down the hill from our place - literally less than 5 minutes. No one else would be around so it was as if we had our own private beach. While Fred and Desiree offered us many things such as kayaking, fishing, day tours, etc., we chose to keep to ourselves and they respected that. There communication was excellent and gave us perfect directions and descriptions in and around Bermuda. I HIGHLY recommend folks to stay with them if you want a sound, safe and beautiful experience in Bermuda. We will definitely be back.
Elizabeth2016-09-16T00:00:00ZAbsolutely LOVED our 9 day stay with Des and Fred. They were great hosts and anticipated our needs before our arrival. The 1 BR apt is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable, clean and the location was excellent. Our apt even came with a local cell phone that we were able to add minutes to which was an excellent touch. We utilized Des and Fred for our R/T airport transportation and Fred showed us some great beaches on the way to our destination as well as stopped at the local grocery store for us to pick up some groceries. Des made sure our mopeds were ordered and followed up with Oleander cycles for on-time delivery. My husband and I were celebration our two-year wedding anniversary and Des offered to cook us dinner (curried chicken, rice and peas, roti, salad and desert) and made us some dark and stormies. Dinner was phenomenal and we loved that they were willing to gift us with a wonderful meal. We will definitely stay with them again. We couldn't ask for better hosts or accommodations!!!
Kay2016-08-08T00:00:00ZDesiree and Fred were friendly, communicative and helpful. Their unit was clean and well maintained, just as described. I also enjoyed the tour they took me on of the local area, which has several parks and beautiful quiet beaches. Desiree and Fred were gracious to invite me to join them for dinner one night which was kind of them. They made my stay very pleasant and I highly recommend them.
Lee2016-05-13T00:00:00ZOur trip to Bermuda was wonderful and Desiree and Fred played a large part in making it such a lovely experience. We were able to organize pick-up and drop-off at the airport with them, which was a huge help. The accommodation is well situated to travel via bus to either the Dockyards to catch the Ferry or to Hamilton. Likewise, there were beautiful and quiet beaches only steps from the house. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including washer and dryer and quaint outdoor area for breakfast. The friendly extras and personalized service provided by Desiree and Fred were really special - I hope to return soon and would certainly recommend others stay here too!
Jeremy2016-06-14T00:00:00ZEverything mentioned in the listing and in other reviews are completely spot on. Something Desiree & Fred offered that we hadn't read in previous reviews were their "uber" services. Though they were super helpful with explaining public transportation to us, there was an instance when the bus wasn't running to pick us up from the beach. Desiree helped us out and also made another pit stop at the supermarket which was a lot faster, more convenient, and cheaper than taking a taxi! Oh, and she also made a complimentary stop at a very tasty Caribbean restaurant on our way to the house from the airport. OH and how can I forget how comfortable the bed was?! I typically have trouble falling asleep (even in fluffy hotel beds) so to be on vacation and actually get a GREAT nights sleep is invaluable. A personal bonus for us was finding that the bathroom was already stocked with towels, lotion, and soap, making it feel like a true hotel experience but also meeting Desiree's adorable grandson and Fred's beautiful mom which alternatively made our trip feel more familial and genuine. What a great combo!
Keri2017-03-21T00:00:00ZDesiree and Fred made my solo stay in Bermuda an unexpectedly amazing experience! It was a rainy few days, but the apartment was very comfortable to hang out in for extended periods of time, reading a book, and popping out to explore in-between rain showers. They helped me get provisions & bus tickets, Fred made an excellent dark & stormy, Desiree made wonderful lunch, and the two of them guided me on a fantastic evening kayak trip. They are friendly, well-traveled and very interesting people, and I wouldn't hesitate to have them over for dinner at my place any night! I discovered this somewhat late on my trip, what with all the rain, but the beach down the road from the house is a awesome. That would have probably been the focus of my trip in better weather :)
