The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

Each of the facilities has a private hot tub with a Jacuzzi. The cottage has two double bedrooms located on the mezzanine. At the bottom there is a living room with a kitchenette (TV with Netflix, fireplace). The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker).
