Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rubavu

Heri's home might be the most beautiful place to stay in Gesenyi. There are few words to capture how magical her garden is -- hundreds of plants, foliage of all kinds, birds singing to greet you in the morning. Heri's home exceeded our expectations in every way. The delicious homemade breakfast outside on the patio each morning was such a treat. Heri is a wonderful host and her kindness made us feel so at home. We would highly recommend staying at Pazzuri!

My third time here, and another great stay! The location is phenomenal-- a private & tranquil refuge with plenty of space, right on the water, tucked away among a string of hotels/restaurants in easy walking distance. The interior feels a bit un-lived-in but is comfortable enough. Ezekiel the guard was kind and helpful. Only two notes: 1) The AirBnB-mapped location is way off; true location is just below Inzu, per the listing description. 2) No wifi when we were there, which would have been very nice to know beforehand. Serge was very attentive before our trip. The place is simple and small, but clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The beach and grounds are absolutely fantastic. We stayed here a few years ago and hadn't been back because of the loud music at the hotel next door, but it seems that problem has been solved.

We love this rustic cottage and having access to the private beach! Plus there are a few great beachside bar / restaurants within walking distance. The property staff are very friendly and helpful; they even started a fire for us on a cold night. Only tip for other guests is to bring cooking supplies (oil, salt, coffee, etc.) and toilet paper as well as bath towels, since these weren’t supplied and shops aren’t close by. 10/10 recommend. Already looking forward to the next chance to visit!
