If you’re looking for a place to chill out with your friends or family, give this one a try. A place like this is meant to be shared with people close to you. I loved the pool, the mountain view, the quiet, the beautiful golden hour in the morning and evening, and the olive trees that surrounded us. It’s also not a long drive to the Skinakas Observatory, Rethymno, and Chania. Crete in general requires a bit more driving to explore, but it’s definitely worth it. However, most days we also just chilled by the pool, played basketball and ping pong, and enjoyed each other’s company. The location is very secluded, and we felt at home—just better. We will gladly come back here in the future.

Beautiful villa, literally in an Olive tree orchard. It is a cluster of 6 villas, private enough but at the same time you don’t feel isolated. Everything is a minimum of 20 minute drive. That didn’t bother us, but worth considering if driving is not your thing. Emanuel waited until 2am in the morning for us and was ever so friendly. He feverishly cleaned the outside from the sand storm. The outside finish of the villa is beautiful and of high quality. The inside was good and very clean. Did feel some of the finishing could be of higher durability, especially the bathrooms. (Being renovators ourselves). We had a great time. Popi come on day 4 to clean and we had a good chat. We like that we can leave the hassle and bustle behind. The restaurant recommendations from Valia were spot on! We work through most of the list. Also the recommendations of car rental (Best Cars) were excellent. The service we got was top draw. The gentleman waited for us after our flight was delayed.

Our stay was exceptional! The moment we walked in the place took our breaths away. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures. Such a cool spot. Makes you feel like you really are one with old town. Jacob and the other staff members are phenomenal hosts! We felt so welcomed! He was friendly and funny and always provided assistance. We got so many good local recommendations from them. The breakfast was also very convenient and hearty as we started our day every morning. Wish we had more time here!

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Villa Le Reve. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, nestled in a peaceful location that feels like a true escape from the busy crowds. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the serenity of nature without sacrificing comfort. A very special thank you to our host, Kosta, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful hospitality made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with amazing views, a stunning villa, and a host who truly cares, this is the place. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

Mon épouse, mes trois enfants et moi-même avons passé des vacances de rêves dans cette magnifique villa! Nous avons pu facilement visiter une partie de la Crète aussi bien vers la Canée ou vers Heraklion. Nous nous sommes baignés dans des chutes d’eau à 40 minutes en voiture. La dame qui s’occupait de la maison était adorable. Elle est venue nettoyer la villa au milieu du séjour car il y avait eu une tempête de sable. Elle nous a fait la meilleure moussaka de l’île et nous la remercions énormément pour tout cela. Nous avons pu bien profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Nous avons également beaucoup joué au volley et au ping-pong. Si nous avons l’occasion de revenir en Crète, nous reviendrons certainement dans cette villa. Encore merci !

The villa was outstanding, the pictures really do not do it justice. Perfect location & absolutely lovely. Matthaios was a brilliant host , aided by Rena, who was lovely. We had one small problem which Matthaios sorted out immediately. Thank you. We felt very looked after. The welcome basket contained Rena's fantastic homemade cakes & biscuits & utterly delicious olive oil, along with other local treats. We had such a brilliant stay we will be back for sure. Thank you.

The villa is genuinely beautiful, exactly as the photos, well equipped and very clean. Valia and Margarite were wonderful hosts - always very responsive and helpful from time of booking right through our stay. The weather was poor when we arrived and Margarite came back the following day to re-clean the outside space, which was really appreciated. We declined the offer of cleaning mid week as the villa was so clean as it was! Couldn't fault anything about the villa or hosts and we found Think Villa overall to be very good, and all of their recommendations that we took equally reliable. Location is lovely, quiet with nice views but in easy driving distance of Ponormos, Rethymno, Moni Arkadiou and many beaches. The village a six minute drive away (Aggeliana) has a decent shop which filled most of our needs. Some other nice villages nearby too (Margarite e.g.). Overall would highly recommend.
