Enjoy the sunset over Kattegat from the terrace! The house is located on one of Rørvig's most attractive areas, with great views of Kattegat- Flyndersø. Sunny plot with beautiful views of the sea and meadow, with cows walking and grazing. It is 500 meters to the Kattegat with bathing and fishing. The area in front of the house is a nature 2000 area with a very rich bird life, just a place for ornithologists. From the house there are lovely walks to Korshage or beautiful Dybesø. At the harbor in Rørvig the children can fish for crabs

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful oasis. The house is for about 6 people. There are 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed (140 cm) 2 rooms with a single bed that can be converted to a double bed (2 x 80x200 cm. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people. There is a bathroom/toilet. Kitchen in connection with a nice living room with a wood-burning stove. There is a nice outdoor terrace area and the property is a large natural plot of 2,000 sqm. (the property is not fenced). Located as the last house on a cul-de-sac.

Beautiful summer cottage on a large natural plot close to the water

Lovely newly renovated cottage, nice and well maintained with all necessary amenities, located on a large natural plot. The house is within walking distance of both Rørvig town and Nordstranden, which is Rørvig's best beach. It is bright and beautiful, with lots of windows and views of the forest/nature from all sides. A new bathroom was established in 2021, with a shower and washing machine. The house is filled with charm, warmth and quirky details, and offers shelter, fireplace, large terrace, barbecue and wood stove.

Welcome to my cozy summerhouse in the butter hole between Rørvig and Nykøbing Sjælland. ☀️ On the large green🌳 plot you will experience getting sun☀️ from morning to evening as well as having 2000 sqm to get loose. The location is top notch with forest, grocery store, beach, street food, mini golf, inn and bus stop within 500 meters - it also means that the central location gives you the opportunity to always have an extra glass of wine🍷 for the food no matter what you want to spend the evening.

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Simple living, cabin in wild, peaceful nature

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
