we had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly as shown in the photos. The location was great, and everything we needed was close by. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Appreciate the host's quick response and clear instructions. The unit is located inside a gated subdivision so guests have privacy and security. This is my second time booking the place!

We had the most amazing time celebrating my mom's birthday at Marietta's place! The space was clean, stylish, and even better than the photos. The host as well as the staff are incredibly accommodating. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a birthday dinner, and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering with family. Every detail was just right. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion — we’ll definitely be back!

Sherelene is easy to contact or to connect very friendly. The place is great to stay. Leo the care taker helps and assisted us whenever we need something. Safe and easy to get around. Near the mall and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended..I will surely come back..

Additionally, the place is conveniently located near food stalls and a wet market, making it easy to access fresh ingredients and meals. Car and motor bookings, as well as food delivery, are fast and hassle-free. Overall, the place feels like a home; Warm, comfortable, and inviting.

Nice place

I stayed at this beautiful property for two months and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything I could possibly need for a long-term stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen to all the little essentials that made everyday life easy and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better as it’s close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, but still peaceful and quiet when I needed to unwind. The host is always responsive and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. It made such a difference knowing I could reach out at any time if I needed anything. I’m so grateful for my time here and would 100% stay again. I can’t recommend this place enough!
