The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. On a scale of 1 to 5, I’d easily give it a 5. The host was very responsive and friendly, which made the stay even better. The view from the balcony was amazing — a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. I would absolutely stay here again. The town is just a short walk away, making the location super convenient.

We had a great vacation at Aris’s house. The house is located right at the sea, and we could enjoy the view from the beautiful terrace. The house has all amneties that makes a stay comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.
