Llevamos una buena estadia, lugar muy comodo para nosotros y nuestra mascota, mension especial a los perritos de la casa muy bien portados. Queda a unas 7 cuadras del centro y tiene kioskos cerca tambien. Un barrio muy tranquilo y buena atencion del anfitrión siempre atento.

El departamento es muy moderno y prácticamente nuevo, se siente relajante. El hecho de que sea un monoambiente no afecta en absoluto a la limpieza, especialmente respecto a la cocina, los olores no quedaban impregnados. La pileta climatizada está verdaderamente caliente, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de excursión. Respecto a Andrés, la comunicación fue efectiva, me escribió apenas hice la reserva y luego se mostró bien predispuesto a darme indicaciones y consejos sobre el lugar. Volvería sin dudas 😁

Mariela foi muito prestativa e cordial desde o primeiro contato. O apartamento é próximo de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé. A cozinha é bem equipada o que possibilitou que fizéssemos algumas refeições no local. Estávamos em 6 adultos e ficamos todos muito confortáveis.

A casa é linda e exatamente como está nas fotos. Super aconchegante e espaçosa, com uma bela vista para o lago. A localização é incrível, 20 min do cerro catedral e do centro cívico de Bariloche. Tem vários restaurantes lindos muito perto que evitam a muvuca e as filas do centro. Além disso, a casa dispõe de duas churrasqueiras internas (uma gás e outra a carvão) que são excelentes para os dias mais frios. Tivemos pequenos contratempos com o sistema de calefação e água quente da casa que foram prontamente resolvidos. A host é muito atenciosa e está sempre disposta a ajudar. Foi uma estadia incrível e espero voltar mais vezes. Super recomendo!

Francisco y Carmen fueron muy amables y atentos antes, durante y después de la estadía. La casa es más espaciosa y luminosa de lo que se ve en las fotos. Es muy cómoda y esta equipada con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Si bien esta ubicada lejos del centro de la ciudad, y a cierta distancia de la playa, esto ofrece mucha tranquilidad lo cual es ideal para que los niños jueguen afuera y uno puede relajarse lejos del ruido.
