Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Río Grande

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

The house and property are absolutely stunning and obviously deeply cared for and well maintained. We checked in on the day of the island-wide blackouts and Ivan reached out well before we arrived to ensure us the property has a generator and that we isn’t need to stress about not having power. His concern and communication were top notch. And the house and location are amazing: peaceful, beautiful, and exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle.

I was quite impressed with the location the views from the roof are amazing there plenty of activities to do in the Airbnb. We enjoyed the time that we spent in the Airbnb. I wish we could’ve spent more time. We spent a lot of our time touring the island back-and-forth to old San Juan, returning to the Airbnb was very relaxing only negative for me is that I spent a little time there!

This was the perfect family getaway! The home is peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our kids absolutely loved the pool — it was the highlight of every day! 🌞 The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy spaces to relax and unwind. The location felt private but still close enough to explore the beach and El Yunque. The hosts made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing family spot in Puerto Rico with a mix of nature, comfort, and fun — this is the one!

One of the best vacations home we had stayed. Fully equipped house with all you may need. Private location, great pool and the patio all around the house. We will definitely recommend this property to everyone. We will come back again.

Majestad came over to greet us and he was very friendly and professional. There were some minor issues that we had to address but he rectified them immediately. This home has an Amazing view. It very private with a heated pool that we were very appreciative of for our night time hanging out. Majestad's home provided us with an array of fun games that were perfect for our group. A beer pong table, mini pool table, Jumbo Zenga, Jumbo Connect Four, A air hockey table and a chess board. The home is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There's even a Propane bbq grill on the back patio area that even has lounge couches and a Swinging chair. Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico, this home will definitely be my 1st choice if it's available. I Highly recommend this home to a Family or Group that's traveling with 6 to 8 individuals. Not directly related Majestad, but the roads in route to the home could be intimidating for some.

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

We love staying in the Loiza area because of its proximity to the beaches as well as Piñones’ local restaurants and Carolina’s shopping malls. Host was very responsive and welcomed us with open arms even though we arrived in the early morning light. Apartment was as described-air conditioning in every room but the cross ventilation in the living room was great that we barely used that unit. The place was clean and fully stocked.

Dawn was a great host & provided lots of helpful information. The room & location were fabulous. View & pools were amazing. Staff were very friendly. Great location to get to other attractions. Unfortunately we did have 1 issue - we had bed bugs. When we told the host Dawn she was very responsive. However, when we told the front desk person they were a bit rude & dismissive. Otherwise the place was amazing & would love to stay again. Thanks Dawn!

Our first trip to PR and we had a great time. The studio was exactly as described and the resort area was even better than the pictures. 3 pools, one adult only, and the beach area was pristine! Nice golf course on the property. Multiple restaurants on site, we ate at Roots and the food was delicious. We also had lunch by the pools, two different lunch spots/menus and we tried both- excellent food and drinks. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's across the street from the rain forest so we spent a morning hiking and one morning exploring old San Juan. We also tried a couple of local restaurants and food was great! We definitely recommend getting a car. John was a super responsive host throughout the process. It is part of a resort, Wyndham/ Margaritaville, so even though we had a 4PM check-in we didn't get our room until 5:30. This seems to happen at every resort we go to, so be prepared to wait. We just grabbed some cocktails and snacks by the pool.

Great pools, beach acess, lots of restaurants and things to do on property. Wonderful place& kind host!

I absolutely LOVE this property! I would definitely rent again, honestly the pictures do not serve justice to this beautiful property, it is so breathtaking in person. Very peaceful and private, great for a couples getaway! Also very clean and nicely decorated, amazing host! You have to book, you will not be disappointed!

This was a dream come true. The place is magical, great escape from the noise walked to the cabin we were looking for. Nearby markets if you need to, but if you bring your food this house has it all you'll not need to go out and won't want to leave.

A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

Robert was extremely accessible during the check-in process. When making changes, he is empathetic and attentive. The space is beautiful and quiet.

It felt like a perfect getaway. The absolute highlight was the heated pool we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying it, especially in the evenings. It made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. We’re so glad we chose this place for such a meaningful milestone. Absolutely spectacular stay! Elier was a kind & gracious host, quick to respond with very clear instructions on how to find the property. The waterfall hike was tough, but as avid hikers we were prepared, and the view was totally worth it. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and greatly look forward to coming back!

A paradise. It exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful, cozy place that allows you to connect with nature. Ideal for a couples getaway. I loved every space, we will definitely repeat the experience. Jhensen is an excellent host, always attentive and friendly.

Best place to stay Melanie and her family make us welcome all the times even the cats especially pancho. I like animals and when I saw her chickens I was so excited because bring me to my childhood. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Place was clean and cozy . Me and my husband are in love with the cabin. We pass 2 beautiful weeks in this cabin. Next time I come back to my island I will stay again here .
