The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen, 4 Gas-Herdplatten, Spüle, Spülmaschine eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine sowie einem Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls für Sie bereit. Das Badezimmer ist umweltgerecht ausgestattet mit einer Trockentrenntoilette.

The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. flat with 3 bed and 1 bathroom and kitchen. you can park your car/bike on the property for free. Next bus stop is "Oberriet Oberdorf". There is a gas station/shop nearby. The AirBnB is in conveniently located to the highway exit Oberriet. You have WLAN but no TV. The shady orchard including fire pit is ideal to spend some time during warm summerdays.

The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each 3 baby beds and in addition a small mattress storage in the open screed. Downstairs is the small modern kitchen. The game room is right next door. Outside in the seating area there is a grill and a fire pit where cozy evenings are spent.
