Explore the co-host dashboard
Your dashboard is key to your success on the Co-Host Network. It’s where you connect with hosts and track progress toward your goals.
Understanding your stats
You’ll find these stats in the requests tab of your dashboard.
- Average rating: You must maintain a rating of 4.7 or higher to remain visible in search results. Your rating is the average star rating from guests over the past 12 months for all the listings you support, except those you co-host with calendar-only access.
- Response rate: Your co-host profile may not remain visible in search results if your response rate drops below 90%. Your response rate is the percentage of new requests from hosts you’ve replied to within 24 hours. It’s calculated over the past 90 days.
- Visitors viewed: This is the number of unique visitors to your co-host profile in the past 90 days.
- Visitor conversion: This is the percentage of hosts who contacted you out of those who saw your profile in search results in the past 90 days.
Responding to hosts
Requests from hosts appear in your requests tab and in your Messages tab. Turn on notifications so you never miss a request and can respond quickly.
In your requests, you can access the:
- Host’s name
- Host’s listing address
- Host’s contact information
- Date of the request
- Status of the request
If you’re already co‑hosting, consider providing references to potential partners. You can share references in a message, or however the host prefers.
Jimmy, a co-host in Combs-la-Ville, France, says references greatly increase his chances of a successful partnership. “For a host, there’s nothing like being reassured by one of our existing clients,” he says.
Co-Host Network is available in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico (powered by Airbnb Global Services Limited), Canada, the United States (powered by Airbnb Living LLC), and Brazil (powered by Airbnb Plataforma Digital Ltda).
