Vacation rentals with a home theater in Murcia

i've been a short while but it looked like I was at home everything is very clean, cozy, close to all places, and above all a lot of kindness for directions

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful residence, a little far from the city center 20min car but no traffic so easy to go back and forth. Nice pool, great stay, the hosts are very responsive thank you for everything!!

The accommodation is fantastic, very close to everything, next to the beach, large, comfortable. Loli is a host of ten, very attentive and kind.

The apartment is wonderful, and everything is super cute!! Isa is a very good host, always attentive to everything and easy to communicate with her for anything. He was kind enough to let us leave later, so we could take advantage of the day to enjoy Murcia, a city with an incredible atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect, upon arrival they took us well. On the other hand, at the end of the stay we had a problem because of a small crack in a freezer drawer that was already when we arrived at the floor and we were reported to the platform, that way, the deal leaves a lot to be desired.

Fantastic accommodation in a quiet and magical place. The apartment was just as described, clean, very comfortable, tidy, practical and had everything it indicated. We would come back without hesitation. We felt right at home.

We stayed at Balcon Rosa for 6 nights from 21/5/25. There were 14 of us in total for my sons birthday. The communication from Marta was excellent from start to finish. The pool and gardens were large and spacious. The downstairs veranda was perfect, we spent most of our time around the pool. The games room was perfect as we had 8 boys/men in our party, this kept them occupied when they weren't in the pool. The local restaurants were a 4 minute walk away with a large supermarket next door. The area was lovely and quiet. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. The house was spotless and well maintained. There is a large refrigerator and a large freezer downstairs so there is plenty of space for groceries. There are 7 bedrooms in total, all were spacious and beds comfortable. 4 bathrooms were ample for the size of our party and all spotlessly clean. The downstairs kitchen & veranda were so well placed that we really did not use the rest of the house apart from sleeping

My friends and I spent a pleasant and comfortable vacation, to the sandy beach and the sea about 350 mm, a short distance of at least two very good restaurants, a shop 50 meters away ( shops are open 7 days a week), very comfortable with privacy, which is not a problem in Torevieja due to the abundance of accommodation and apartments, the host is nice and helpful, in general with a clear conscience I can recommend

The house was amazing, so homely and comfortable. We had a struggle when we lost the key, but Magda arrived in the morning to let us back in. Furthermore, her dad drove us to the town nearby to make our train ! Lovely people and lovely home.

hello, we had a good holiday, a very quiet place, many nearby restaurants, shopping center, abaneras, a few meters from the house, and also the aquapolis park of Torreveija two minutes away, frankly, thank you very much, Mr. Anas for the welcome.

We had a fantastic time at Daniel Y Marcela’s house. Quiet, peaceful area close to everything, 1-2 minutes by car to the beach and as far as shops (Lidl, etc), restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was perfect, if we get the chance we will definitely return.

The house is fantastic, and Sergio is wonderful to host. We booked the house in 2019 and due to the pandemic, for two years we were unable to attend and they booked it for us. It has given us a lot of facilities in terms of arrival as it has been as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!

A place quite clean and in a good location

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

I already knew the urbanization, Sylvie's apartment is the one we've been best, also the most expensive. Take great care of the details and thank you.

Excellent appartement in a very good location near the centre and the beaches and with an amazing sea view. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is cer well maintained and has a communal pool and a private door to the beaches.
