Great property in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and quiet yet within a 10 minute drive of Maleny. I whole heartedly agree with the many positive comments that have been left by others who have stayed at the property in recent months. The property is well maintained, fixtures and fittings are of good quality and everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Lots of little extras (such as the ground coffee in the kitchen and the library of books) go to make this an exceptional stay. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday. The house was very clean and well organised and the surrounding property was large enough for everyone to relax and take time out as well as spend time together enjoying the common areas. We had a wonderful girls getaway! The surroundings was beautiful and quite. Natalie was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well equipped.

We have just spent a long weekend at Rowan House with our extended family. It was our third visit to this lovely home. Beautiful location, lots of zones in the house for each family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Leanne was there to greet us but respected our privacy and gave us support when needed. I’ve already recommended it to others and will probably return before too long.

We so enjoyed our week at this very very comfortable cottage on Balmoral ridge. Sitting on the deck with wonderful views of the beautiful hinterland countryside a highlight, even in the rain! The cottage has great beds and linen, really clean throughout and a stylish bathroom with super towels. A very well appointed kitchen - with a fabulous coffee machine. Big tv, comfortable sofa etc.. all round an excellent stay. Also a big thank you for letting us bring our beloved four legged friend , we were respectful and grateful he could be with us, We look forward to returning !

We absolutely loved our accommodation. The location being opposite Gabbinbah Homestead for our son’s wedding was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home.

We came back for a second time after only 4 months because we love Betharam. The villa is not only beautiful but has fantastic surrounding and great views! We were also again impressed with all the extras provided. Everything you need is there. We love being close to Maleny, but still completely private and in tranquility when at the villa. We love all the nature close by and for walks as well. Yes, we will come back as soon as possible. It's a real treat to be away from the hustle and bustle of life and to 'detox' in such a beautiful place and to just enjoy the serenity.

Terri’s place was lovely, we enjoyed exploring Maleny and it was close to botanic gardens and cafes and restaurants.

Had a beautiful week discovering the area and recharging my batteries. The place was perfect to feel at home and very cosy. Used the fireplace every night to provide this additional magical factor inside the carriage. 10/10 break!

David and Patricia’s units are amazing. The photos do not do the view justice, simply breathtaking. The units are incredibly well kept and furnished, including more utensils in the kitchen than any other air bnb! They have really gone the extra mile to make it not just another air bnb, but an actual home away from home in the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The hosts themselves are also amazing, and couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. We will be returning!

We loved staying in the train carriage at Heaven in the Hills. If you are after a quiet location with a quirky and unique twist … this is the spot. Clean and tidy. Aidan was a great host. Full stove/oven to be able to cook with, albeit a very small kitchen area (which is also holds the single bed), but definitely doable for a few days. Although 10 minutes from the town centre it doesn’t feel that way due to the beautiful drive, so close enough to eat out at one of the local restaurants or pub. Gorgeous outside veranda/area with daybed. Quiet and very private, however the carriage is split into two units so there may be other guests staying next door. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place! So beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time for a family wedding nearby.

What a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, the location perfect and the home beautifully styled. We felt very much at home and believe this place is wonderful for a short or long stay.
