I had a great stay at Brian’s place in Bangkok. The three-story house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The small pool was a perfect bonus to cool off after a day exploring the city. The location is convenient, and Brian was a helpful and responsive host. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Bangkok!

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

It's the best that you can rent a private house at this price range. It's an old prison, so you can't expect perfect cleanliness, but it's well maintained and has plenty of other charms. 1. First, you can experience the local alleyways of Thailand. Everyone was nice. It's a bit hard to get there, but it's not hard to get there once you check in because the staff picks you up. 2. An old Thai prison was remodeled to keep that feeling. It's a shame that it's old and creaky and that there's noise from the surrounding roads, but the air conditioning is cool and the water is really clean. I used a shower filter, and it was still white until the day I left. And Jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is kind and informs you of nearby food and sights, they respond very quickly.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The host was perfect. She is very flexible and worked around us and our trip. Responses were very very quick so if there are any issues they will be fixed very quickly. The place is exactly how it looks and there are no issues. Everything was spotless and very clean. The area was perfect for us to start our trip as the area was gated. This also felt very very safe. If we ever wanted food, everything is in walking distance or a short taxi away. She also included free breakfast which was lovely and gave us a welcoming gift when we arrived. I would recommend the host and the place to stay most definitely.

Everything went well, check-in was quick, we had a great time.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. The house is clean and nicely arranged including packets of coffee which is a nice touch. The building is clean and easy to get into and super-well located. The host checked on us by text to make sure things were going smoothly. Importantly, the AC worked well. Having the bedroom surrounded by glass partitions makes the place look bigger (it is small but fine for 2 people) and keeps the bedroom cool for sleeping as the bedroom has its own AC. One small issue was the elevator not responding and once we figured out that there is no need to use the key fob to go to the first floor, the issue was resolved. (A suggestion for future guest instructions). I would stay here again.

its great location for taking a train to the malls and such but its not walkable to alot of the sight seeing things. you'll need to take a bike, car, or train. I was about 20-30+ minutes away from everything longer when traffic peaks.

An incredibly accommodating and helpful communication beforehand. Always available and helpful! Personal welcome with subsequent apartment visit! All in such a pleasant and friendly vibe. The apartment was as described, absolutely cozy and incredibly clean! The complex with a total of 3 pools and the gym is simply fantastic. Absolutely recommendable and gladly again! Best regards,
