Lakeside cottage with year-round standard

Cottage with kitchen and bathroom on first floor and bedroom/tv room upstairs, with view over the lake. It is located on the plot where we live, a family of two adults, two children and small dog. Inland feel with close to the forest and landscape, walking and cycling trails, swimming and fishing in both Sämsjön and Åsunden. Several miles of paved bike paths even ideal for roller skis starting outside the door. By agreement, a boat can be rented. Self-pick of apples in season.

Inspired by Nordic barns, we have created a house that fits especially in the blueberry slopes by the lake of Rånnaväg. For the design conscious, this villa is something out of the ordinary. Villa Nabben is minimalist, with a strong sense of material and a spirit of timelessness. Suspended eaves, windows and doors with narrow trim and moldings add to the special character of the house. Close to trail-rich forest for hiking, running and cycling. 5 beds. 1 double bed (180cm), a single bed (90cm) and a sofa bed for (160cm) 2 people. The fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
