Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

Caretaker is there to help you with anything and daily cleaning. overall nice experience and booked the place thrice so overall location, host, caretaker, place, everything is all good. Salima, the host, is available helpful and available for anything.

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.

I stayed at the flat hosted by Sunil during my Mumbai visit. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. It is safe place if you are coming with family. Will definitely choose this place if I have to visit Mumbai again.

This was our second time staying in this apartment, we loved it so much the last time we were there we specifically looked to book this apartment again. The place is amazing, really great location with so many great cafes, restaurants and shops just walking distance, and at the same time a really peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment itself is bright and spacious and well maintained, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy

The room is in a building in a gated community. The pin location would be the first building near the gate. You need to walk a few minutes to the actual building. There is a bed room with a privated washroom attached and a living area. Both has A/C.

Aditi is a superhost and was always available when something was needed. The apartment is in a gated community and very safe. It is in a busy area and small shops for all need are just around the corner. Several small local restaurants are also within walking distance. We stayed for 2 months and it was walking distance to the DPU University where my wife participated in an exchange programme. We recommend staying with Aditi and would not min coming back

The stay was wonderful, a very pleasant and peaceful home, sound with all requirements. All hosts were extremely co-operative and responsive and made sure our stay was seamless!

I really loved the vibes of the Apartment, the society is also very spacious and full of greenery. About the flat, the Vibe is all set because of the cozy comfortable interiors and attention to even basic details, had an amazing stay of 4 days, the maid is available for daily cleaning and at the time of check in, the flat was fully clean and everything is properly arranged. I mean just word perfect would not even do the justice with vibes and arrangements inside the property. the city sky also feels amazing from Balcony, specially at night. Hosts are fully responsive, always available for anything. totally loved the place and would tell everyone who reads this review to atleast give it a try once. Would be coming again for sure. Thank you guys for making my stay amazing.

I stayed with my family for 4 days at Javid &Seema's place. They were very responsive to all our queries. The place was well maintained and is just as shown inthe pics. it's located close to the airport and therefore it was hassle free to locate it. The hosts also provided us with local recommendations which were really helpful. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

You will certainly have a lingering aftertaste of the serenity of this place. If you are looking for solitude or a get away this place would definitely serve your needs. The owner is an interior designer and apparently traveled quite a lot which reflects in the organization of each and everything there. Personally if one pays attention to things like a 'natural' chemical free non harsh detergent in the laundry room, then that person is much like me and i would immensely respect that. Secure, comfortable, serene and homely, you would never regret it.

This was my second trip to this apartment. Stay was comfy and cozy. High class cleanliness is maintained across all rooms in the flat. Check in was absolutely smooth and crispy. We recently had a fantastic stay at Mahesh’s place. The house is well maintained, thoughtfully equipped with every necessity, and provided a truly comfortable experience.
