Casa mejor que las fotos. Muy agradable y tranquilo. Hemos estado dos familias y cabe mucha más gente. Cerca de Logroño. María accesible en todo momento aunque no llegamos a verla. Gracias. No dudaremos en volver.

Bereits im Vorfeld verlief die Kommunikation sehr angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert. So war dann auch die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist an guter Lage, nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Man hat Bus, Metro und auch das Tram in Gehdistanz. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt, auch einen längeren, benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr sauber. Absolutes Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über fast die ganze Stadt. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann am ehesten das etwas schwache Internet. Es wäre gut, wenn es überall in der Wohnung und auch auf der Terrasse gleich stabil funktionieren würde.

Nos hospedamos en la casa de José Miguel y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, José Miguel fue muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La casa es preciosa, con una decoración cuidada y, sobre todo, muy limpia. Además, la ubicación es ideal, permitiendo moverse cómodamente por la zona. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡100% recomendable!

La casa no puede ser más bonita, tranquila, acogedora, perfectamente equipada y llena de detalles. Mery ha sido en todo momento muy atenta y nos ha dejado incluso recomendaciones de excursiones, playas, restaurantes. Nos dejamos un pedacito nuestro en la casa y en Cantabria. Un lugar para desconectar, rodeado de naturaleza, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Emilio siempre ha estado muy atento. ¡Nos ha encantado!

A super nice house in a beautiful environment, a lot of activities to do at the house (pool, volley ball, ping pong, basket ball, etc.), the beach is not far if you want to swim in the ocean, and Bilbao is 20 minutes with taxi / uber which is perfect if you look for culture and great night bars. Our large group of friends really enjoyed our stay !

We all loved Oscar’s house and felt right home. It is an incredible place for kids, we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house. Another amazing feature, which you cannot perceive from the pictures, is the peaceful surroundings. It is definitively the place to stay at when visiting the region.
