Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

This house, with its huge terraces and breathtaking views is stunningly beautiful — we were all in awe the entire time we were there. Phrases like “this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been” came from all of us. Alex could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything in the house worked beautifully. We had 10 or 12 people for meals, and the big tables and the kitchen worked like a dream. The beach is so close! It has the most beautiful clear blue water we’ve ever seen, and is excellent for swimming. We even visited Alex’s family’s cafe in Chora and had a very good, healthy meal there. He was full of great suggestions. We hated to leave!

It was a successful holiday, gorgeous scenery, also the location is an impressive one both through architecture and location. I thank the host both for the welcome and for the attention given throughout the stay.

This stay was great, and the views were absolutely amazing! Cleaning crew came every day to make beds, sweep, etc. Replaced towels and linens every couple of days. Panda (house manager) was super responsive and booked our taxis asap as well as answered our questions. The couch and all the outdoor furniture is super comfortable (beds not so much). The pool is not heated and it’s very windy due to location so it wasn’t used as much as we hoped. Construction is going on at the neighboring house so large machine vehicles were blocking the ocean views for a lot of the stay as well as woke us up in the morning when they started their work. The washer is locked in a cleaning closet so didn’t use it most of the trip, but Panda was able to get it opened for us once we asked where it was! The water is pretty finicky, with not a lot of hot water. There was only 4 of us and we had to take quick or cold showers. Other than that, the stay was amazing and we made so many great memories there!

The villa is just as described but with a larger garden than we were expecting and closer to many restaurants and beaches than we realised (we had a hire car but one or two beaches and several restaurants are walkable). The pool area was perfect for family time and we enjoyed using the outdoor cooking and dining area. The local area is beautiful and peaceful compared to other parts of the island. Valia and Nikos were friendly hosts and always on hand to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommend the experience from start to finish.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

We absolutely loved our stay at Anastasio's place! The space was immaculate—super clean, well-organized, and situated in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed, from beach chairs and an umbrella to coffee and water to get us started. Anastasio was incredibly responsive and available at a moment’s notice for anything we needed. If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would! Amazing job, Anastasio—you truly know how to create a perfect environment for guests. Thank you!

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

The Alchemy Villa was amazing. Super close to some great restaurants, bakery, shops and bus lines. Not crowded like some of the other towns on Santorini and far enough away from the Cruise ships that it kept it relaxed.. Didn't need a car as we could get to where we wanted with a quick ride on the bus. The town is very walkable and you'll feel right at home. The pool was refreshing, albeit a bit small—but great for a quick dip. Kitchen is well appointed and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The private balconies were a great luxury as well. Great trip and hope to come back again to Megalochori.

Gorgeous property and perfect for 5 couples. The hosts made my 50th Birthday so very special with a custom made cake and all of the decorations. Would recommend having the hosts provision the house with snacks and drinks ahead of time. Our hosts were able to accommodate every wish for us. Perfect stay!

Hosts were a great help. Responsive when needed. The property was described as a private villa, we expected it to be living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. It was all on the ground floor. This could be changed in the description. However, no one occupied the upstairs meaning it was private. Area is fantastic and a short walk to the beach which was great with young kids. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Wonderful home. Great experience. Place is a 1 minute walk to the beach. House has 1 bedroom upstairs with an amazing view, 2 bedrooms downstairs below the main floor, and the 4th bedroom is outside the home with an entrance to it by the patio. Comes with two parking spots

Lovely time at the villa over Easter week. Our group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. She was so responsive and helpful. She even helped us order dinner to be delivered one night at the last minute! Highly recommend this villa!

Wow! The view from this villa did not disappoint. Stunning! Such beautiful outside spaces to enjoy it from too. We hardly needed to go anywhere else for our morning tea or a relaxed lunch or eve drinks. Sunrise to sunset, just fabulous! Oh & the villa was wonderful too! Very nicely finished, modern bathrooms, great a/c, pretty bedrooms with balconies or the downstairs terrace, all the facilities you could need. Well located for Epidavros with lots of different beaches, scuba diving, the ancient theatre, bars & restaurants, a night market. We had the best time as a family, loved everything!! Marianthi was great at answering our questions & advising us on local amenities & activities. Thank you! We would love to come back some day.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Unique location. The view from the villa is stunning. The villa is fully equiped, with a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Stavros is a charming and hospitable host. We felt welome and he had taken care of some nice delicacies. In the village is a good local foodstore and there are fine restaurants within walking distance. Try the fresh fish!

Simply a stunning house and location that my friends and I have already said send love to return to one day. You can’t stay that about many places! Peaceful, amazing sunsets, relaxing vibes. What more could you want. Hosts were great and always trying to make sure we had all we needed. Book it!

Alex was an amazing host right from booking. He’s super friendly & reply’s quickly to any questions. We had the warmest welcome on check in & the property is beautiful, with gorgeous & peaceful surroundings. You have all the utensils & cutlery you need for cooking, Alex was always on hand if we needed any help with anything. I will 100% be going back & it’s not something I often do so that says a lot about Alex & his property. Highly highly recommend this place.

As a family of three, we had a tastefully furnished terraced house with an airy living room and very spacious terrace. We very much liked using the private and non-visible pool area, but the volume of a pump probably belonging to the pool bothered us, especially in the evening on the terrace. The bathrooms are very small and the water pressure fluctuates greatly. The kitchen is nice and functional, but with two hotplates (and without suitable cookware to use both hotplates) it is not practical to cook every day. In addition, a dishwasher is missing. Unusual is the outstanding service - the care is more like that of a hotel than a vacation home. The house is cleaned daily (on request) and provided with new towels, the dishes are also washed. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. Even if not everything was perfect, we can absolutely recommend the house, we felt very comfortable!
