Appartement situé proche des commerces et du centre-ville moins de 3 minutes à pieds, stationnement gratuit dans l'avenue. Au 4éme étage avec ascenseur, appartement est entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité, Résidence calme. Un balcon vue cours, jardins, petit déjeuner pain de mie beurre confiture miel jus d orange boissons chaudes, linge de lit, toilette sont inclus. Un lit pour 2 personnes en 140/190. Je suis disponible et propose les sites et visites sur Dax et les environs

Notre studio est situé sur un terrain privé à côté de notre maison. Il a été refait à neuf en 2022 pour accueillir des travailleurs du lundi au samedi. Il est joliment décoré et tout équipé avec une terrasse. Parking privé et sécurisé avec un accès direct à la rocade (15 mins airbus, 25 mins de Toulouse, 5 mins l'Isle Jourdain). Idéal pour 3 personnes maximum. Petit déjeuner inclus (détaillé plus bas). Draps, serviettes, couette et oreillers inclus. Vous n'avez que vos valises à déposer.
