Vacation rentals with a pool in Puerto del Carmen

Location: While situated away from main roads offering great privacy, it is also not too far away from local shops and restaurants (6-7 minute drive). Incredible sea view from the terrace, plenty of parking space outside. Close to the airport and a great location for anyone wanting to explore the whole island by car. Villa: Plenty of space, plenty of natural light, plenty of storage - dishwasher and washing machine are also included, which is pretty useful for anyone stopping over for more than a few days. The pictures don't necessarily reflect everything exactly as it is... as the Villa in fact looks much better in person! On top of that, a great sized private pool - the villa is also fitted with a locked gate therefore no issues around privacy at all. A lot of space indoors and outdoors to relax (perfect for stargazing at night!). Hosts: Very communicative from the beginning, offered plenty of suggestions for local restaurants and answered any questions we had throughout the trip.

Excellent, professional host with a beautiful cosy villa just outside the city of Puerto del carmen but very walkable.

Me and my son stayed for 3 nights and it all went well. Area was clean quiet and safe and 10 min walk to the beach. Apartment is in a very small complex. it met all our needs and the private outdoor area and bbq area was the highlight as well as the communal pool that no other residents used while we were there so my son had it all to himself. coffee, tea, water, wine and snacks on arrival was a bonus. communications were clear and quick. some minor downsides was a bit of noise from neighbours at times but that is expected in a complex. was a few hours of loud noise from adjacent construction site one morning. the shower was very good but ran out of hot water after a few minutes. i think it would feel a bit cramped for 4 people but for 2 or 3 its perfect in size. overall very happy and would recommend.

Very pleasant stay for a sporting weekend and a change of scenery. The apartment is in a great location and easy to access. Everything is planned for a relaxing stay ☺️

Lovely host along with an excellent and quiet location.... the price you pay is a ten minute walk up hill from the main harbour area but it was worth the walk to us because it was so tranquil and terrace is a lovely space to waste away those lazy days. The pool was slightly bigger than expected, long enough to swim a few strokes and cold enough to cool you down in the scorching heat! Excellent facilities inside as well including everything you'd need in the kitchen, real value for money. Some very minor décor issues, odd things looking a little tired, stopped it being 100% perfect... but it really is a lovely place which we highly recommend.

Great place to stay close to the shops walking distance , the beach and many restaurants. A little bit steep at times but not to difficult. Pool area was lovely and clean at the back of us so a few minutes walk but felt private and had a little cafe. Parasol for the pool we found last day in the cuboard in-the kitchen , The host was very accommodating and kept in touch at all times , nothing was too much trouble for her. Definitely worth the money and we would stay here again.

Very nice, spacious and clean villa. Each guest has space, 3 bedrooms including one with a desk, and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation is functional, all necessities are available. Maria is a responsive, attentive host who does her best to meet the needs of guests. Communication was seamless and responses were always quick. We were unable to enjoy the terrace and pool, given the significant wind and shade in the evening, but it has a good area for those who want to cool off. This rental is very well located, 5 minutes from the airport, and in the center to visit this beautiful island! We always found a spot nearby to park the rental car. I can only recommend Maria's place!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay! Liz had explained everything well and was super nice. What a great location! Within walking distance of the boulevard where everything can be done and found. At the swimming pool, it was always nice and quiet. We had rented a car so we could easily travel the whole island. It was really great! We had 8 very nice days.

Maria was a fantastic host and everything was perfect, just as described. Directions were easy to follow and Maria is very responsive to messages. The apartment is located in a lovely private complex with a very nice pool area which was never too busy. We were right across the road from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants, too many to choose from! I would be very happy to recommend both the apartment and the host.

A perfect stay! The apartment is great, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located in Costa Teguise. No unpleasant surprises, the apartment perfectly matched the photos. Borja was very responsive, which made our check-in very enjoyable. It felt like home. Thanks again for hosting us. We recommend it without a second thought!

Lovely apartment with all the equipment you could possibly need. Sent lots of check in instructions which was helpful. You can get a bus 161 from airport to apartment just get off at San Antonia. Apartments and walk to the Spar go up the street and the apartment is the 3rd street on your left. It cost 3 euros rather than the £20 in a taxi. The terrace is the best part gets sun all day. Very quiet area. The pool area was nice but a bit windy. 3 good size bedrooms, The bars and restaurants were nice but not lively enough for us, however if you walk down towards Mercadona there are more bars with upbeat music. The bars and restaurants seem to start closing down between 10.30- 11.00pm Overall nice stay would recommend

Daniels place was perfect, close to everything needed, maybe 10 mins walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.

Apartment just as described, perfectly clean and comfortable, nice little terrace with both sunloungers, chairs and table and sunny aspect from mid-morning onwards. Beautifully maintained complex, pretty and quiet. We didn’t use the pool area as spent most days at the beach but we were also not too sure whether the sunloungers at the pool were for general use or belonged to the apartments around it. Great location with beach, bars and restaurants a very short walk away and surprisingly flat for Puerto Del Carmen! Sue was most helpful, even booked us a taxi back to the airport. Would happily stay again.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home from the start. A special highlight was the thoughtful welcome package – such a lovely touch! You can tell a lot of care went into every detail. We would absolutely stay here again!
