Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pueblo Nuevo, Ciudad Lineal

Neighborhood is beautiful - easy walk to park and center city attractions. Gloria was kind to provide provisions for us so we didn't need to go to get groceries the first day. The apartment was large enough for the 6 of us.

I really liked this Airbnb- Everything looked like on the pictures & was as described. Thankfully the AC also worked perfectly, because it was really hot in Madrid these last days. The location was also as described, good connected with public transport& with lots of supermarkets nearby. Miguel was a very kind and reliable host:) I felt like I could always reach out to him, in case I needed something, and we received even prior arrival clear & easy instructions about the check in- and then the check out, which workout pretty easy and flexible. I was very happy about this booking.

Our stay in Chisco y Jaz's apartment was wonderful. Very easy and clear check-in/check-out instructions. Jaz and Chisco were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment is situated just outside of the center. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive around. Otherwise, public transportation or ride share apps are easily accessible in the area as well.

The place matched all our expectations! well located in a nice and local neighborhood, very safe and fun to explore. easily accessible via metro and several busses. the rooms were good, confy and practical. kitchen fully equipped. 2 fully functional bathrooms were very helpful for our group of 8. We didnt have any issues so we didn't really have to communicate much with Raúl, but he was proactive making sure everything was fine. Fully recommend it.

Javier was an incredibly attentive host, providing any and all information when asked… the apartment is new and is well appointed (not to mention, beautifully decorated, so stylish and without clutter.) We needed to do a load of laundry; the machine was very quick and washed well. Having morning coffee on the small terrace was quite charming… it was a rather quick trip to Madrid, over two days, with many appointments around town…returning to this apartment offered such a perfect respite! We totally enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. Thank you so much for a beautiful & relaxing stay.

We stayed in Madrid for 5 days! Carlos was very accommodating with check-in and coordinated an early luggage drop off before check-in. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We were able to walk everywhere, and taxi services were close by. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening before dinner! The beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay in Carlos’ apartment if visiting Madrid again!

La estadía fue excelente. El departamento es muy alegre y acogedor, muy bien ubicado, al lado del Parque del Retiro y a una cuadra de una línea de metro. Hay supermercados, farmacias y todo tipo de tiendas cercanas que facilitan la estadía. Estuve casi dos meses y lo recomiendo cien por ciento!

Vielen lieben Dank . Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft . Man kam sehr schnell in die Stadt mit der Bahn und diese war auch super zu erreichen ( 8 min Fußweg. Wenn man Fragen hatte wurden diese sehr schnell beantwortet und Ramon war immer hilfsbereit . Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen .

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly, responsive host. The house was beautiful and suited our needs perfecty. Each room had an ensuite and air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. The house was a 20 minute drive from Madrid city centre but Uber rides were readily available. However, it was approximately 20 euros per trip. The outdoor space was very private and was the real selling point of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

Carmen est une personne très agréable qui a le souhait de prendre soin de ses hôtes. Le logement était très bien, un vrai petit cocon qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésité cette petite pépite.

Miguel’s place is close to La Latina area which we walked to twice. Close to bars, coffee shops, shopping. Short uber to Plaza Mayor or Isabell II as well. River close by with walking trails. Lots of activities in the neighborhood till about 23:00. Lots of space with several bedrooms and could not have ask for a more helpful host. Bill G Overland Park, Kansas

Alvaro’s place was spacious and beautiful! It had everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable there. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend his place.

We enjoyed John’s Airbnb - it was comfortable and roomy. It is situated in an area close too many shops, restaurants and local sites. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Great apartment right opposite Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Could do with salt and paper and oil etc but everything else was there. Great spot to explore Madrid from

Place was exactly as pictured, the location was amazing and the balcony was perfect. You are literally in the middle of everything which made it easy to explore. The apartment can accommodate 4 people comfortably with their own private spaces. Everything was clean and organized. I messed up and didn’t know how to get in, but Milli was amazing at responding quickly. Thank you for your hospitality!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

Recomiendo este apartamento por su ubicación, cómodo, en un lugar muy tranquilo y a escaso 100 metros de La Gran Vía, la anfitriona Nuria muy amable.

La comunicación con Ana siempre fue asertiva, el piso es bonito y dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar, muy bien ubicado, todo lo puedes realizar caminando. Fue una agradable experiencia llegar con Ana y Miguel, volvería a llegar.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
