This stay at Cecilia's house was truly a pleasure. Everything worked incredibly smoothly, the check-in, the stay, and the exit and this was all due to her great communication and availability. Additionally, the space itself was incredible. We very much loved the open concept of the house, this allowed us to all feel together during our time there. Lastly the outdoor spaces and surroundings facilitated an enjoyment of the beautiful nature around the house and in Pucon. We loved getting to sit on the patio and read, play games, or drink a cup of coffee while looking over the volcano and lake Villarrica. In terms of the inside of the home, there was everything we needed for our stay, as well as beds that were incredibly comfortable for after a long day of hiking or swimming.

Excellent service, highly recommended, Cristian is a 7, the house is beautiful and the condominium is really nice, close to the village, you can walk there in 7 minutes, with all the amenities, it's like being at home.

The house is great for a family vacation. Commodities to the fullest with everything you need to enjoy. Paula is always attentive and clear with her directions. Mrs. Sonia and don Carlos are very kind and attentive. We felt right at home. Recommended, we will be back!!!!

The house is really nice, just like the photos. Very close to the lake. We went as a family, 3 couples and all very comfortable. The gazebo is very spacious and from the terrace there is a view of the lake. Communication with Francisco was very good, always attentive. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

Very nice and well-equipped house in terms of kitchen items. I also highlight the decoration, it is decorated in a way that highlights the typical culture of the area. Felipe was very attentive to what we needed, it was a very pleasant stay, the house has a stove and air conditioning in most of the beds. The only less positive aspect, but not attributable to the house, is that the water heater did not work very well due to the cold weather we had during the stay.

The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically whatever you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the tub on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

Gustavo's house has everything you need to disconnect in front of a spectacular view. Its proximity to the river gives it an extra appeal and the availability of the wood-burning stove is a plus compared to other places that ask you to bring firewood. This is a beautiful place with a comfortable house and 100% recommended

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for us in every way. Comfortable beds, each room with a bathroom and closet. Spacious and cozy common spaces. The setting is very beautiful. Near the town of Caburgua. The truth is, I'm rarely as pleased with a place as I was with this one. Andrés was very kind and attentive. We are very grateful and would come back anyway.

A very large house within walking distance of the center of Pucon. Fantastic to spend with children. 3 spacious rooms and a large garden! Out of season it can get a little cold inside, but Daniela provides a stove and wood for the fire. We had a great time!

This place felt just like home, would 100% stay again for longer!!

A wonderful house with unparalleled views of the Villarrica volcano. The house is impeccable, fully equipped with the highest quality. Decorated with great taste and all spaces are super comfortable. It's a house to live in, it's like anyone would want to have their own house. The garden is also impeccable. The setting is beautiful. You're in nature but minutes from Pucón. Lulu and Gonzalo are more than excellent hosts. There should be a category above Super Host, they would certainly be in that category. Cooking a barbecue with those views and enjoying a glass of wine while the sunset turns the volcano's snow orange is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Francisco’s. What a beautiful house by and me of the most beautiful lakes in Chile. The views on Lake Caburgua from the living room and bedrooms makes an amazing backdrop to whatever memories you’re making in that house. That been said, we spent most of our times at the beach in Caburgua or in nearby national parks. Carbugua is full of places to eat and has a mini supermarket that has everything you might need. Francisco was always extremely responsive to our requests that we always try to keep to a minimum. Overall a great place to stay! Thank you Francisco!

The house is very comfortable , it is modern , has everything you need in the kitchen , fundamental details, I leave everything organized and clean , in our case we brought kitchen utensils and it was not necessary to use them , she cared even to leave dressings , species , salt including tea and coffee and others , the house is prepared as if to go without anything , and the owner was very kind , she responded quickly , attentive ! Nothing to say , I would definitely come back.

The place is located in a wonderful environment, and the cabin has an unbeatable view, highly recommended for relaxing and disconnecting from everyday life.
