Vacation rentals in Psyri, Athens

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Athens! The location is fantastic, very convenient and close to the heart of town, restaurants, and all the major sights. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our belongings, and the large fridge was a great bonus. We felt safe and nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, thank you for being such a great host! One quick tip for future guests: be mindful of your belongings when walking around town. A group of young kids offering flowers got a bit too close and unfortunately managed to steal my husband’s phone. Just something to be aware of while exploring the city. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Een heel mooie loft midden in het toeristische centrum van Athene en op wandelafstand van de Romeinse en Griekse Agora en een leuke wandeling naar de Akropolis. Het is daardoor niet zo rustig gelegen. Zowel overdag als tot 11U30 in de avond is er live muziek te horen vanop straat. Je moet dus wel tegen een beetje straatlawaai kunnen.

A perfect apartment for couples, with a stunning view over Athens. The place was spotless, in excellent condition, and very smartly designed — although it's not very large, it feels much more spacious. We stayed for four nights, from April 29 to May 3, and had no issues with noise, even though a few nearby bars played music. Eline responded quickly when we had a question.

Highly recommend Lofus! Fantastic location to walk everywhere. They were so helpful with booking taxis and local recommendations. It was cleaned every day with towels changed.

The best customer service I have ever had with Airbnb. The host is incredibly kind and helpful; his co host is a hotel owner and his staff is incredible! Lydia helped us with recommendations, she spent probably 45 minutes of her life just explaining beautiful things, best routes and ways to get places, she was SO kind, I can’t even tell you truly how much this very tired traveler appreciated the kindness! The Airbnb location is PRIME, it is right in the heart of everything but feels secluded and like a neighborhood, very safe as two women travelers. There was a great bathroom and the bed was comfortable, good pillows and towels! Loved our stay and would 100% recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay here. It’s worth noting, however, that 2 walls are completely glass. This is lovely for the view, and the “penthouse” feel (the open floor plan) with wrap-around deck. There are screens that can be drawn down to create privacy.

The location was more than we could have had elsewhere I feel. We walked easily to all archeology sites, restaurants, shopping, the changing of the guard show and even to the Olympic Stadium , which was awesome. The listing does not show a graffiti covered door, which looks quite sketchy, but apparently graffiti is normal and not gang related. We had an issue of no hot water one morning, but through messaging with Dimitri’s, the problem was solved quickly. The keys to the apt door sometimes were iffy, but we were patient and were ok with it. Overall, the place was clean, organized and inviting. He left a variety of drinks even in the fridge for us, which was perfect. Thank you

Amazing view that looked just like the photos. Place itself was very nice as well. Host was always quick to respond and accommodating

Tassos was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating on all our questions and requests. His nephew George met us and was very helpful and friendly and even bought us Greek bread! We also really appreciated the washer! The neighborhood is hip, in a great location, walkable, with a metro station 4 min away, and filled with great restaurants. It reminded us of the East Village in New York. Thank you Tassos for hosting us in your historic house.
