🌿 地理位置與周邊環境 這間住宿位於曼谷BTS澎澎站（Phrom Phong）附近的39巷，雖然座落在巷弄深處，步行至捷運站約需12分鐘，但只要善用嘟嘟車或摩托計程車，交通其實非常方便。而且沿途街景優美，步行時還能感受到在地生活氣息，是個適合慢遊的區域。 🍣 生活機能與美食 這一帶聚集了大量日韓住民，因此日式與韓式料理選擇豐富，從小吃到居酒屋應有盡有。如果你也是亞洲料理愛好者，這裡絕對讓你大飽口福。 🏡 房源與設備 房東是一位非常客氣且樂於助人的人，即使我們是深夜（凌晨）抵達，他也事先安排好鑰匙領取方式，並交代警衛協助。這份細心讓人倍感安心。 進入房間後，令人驚喜的是備品準備得非常齊全。除了常見的碗盤與餐具，竟然還附上牙刷牙膏，甚至連洗衣精、洗衣粉都準備好了。冰箱裡還有兩瓶冰涼的礦泉水，真的是為旅人設想周到。 ❄️ 房間內有兩台冷氣，冷房效果極佳。以曼谷的氣候來說，只要開一台就非常足夠，舒適不悶熱。 🌳 陽台景觀 陽台非常寬敞，望出去是一整片樹林，這在高樓林立的曼谷實屬難得。雖然偶有鴿子造訪，但房東也貼心地擺上貓頭鷹雕像來嚇退牠們——只是我本人第一眼也被那隻貓頭鷹小小驚嚇了一下（笑）。 🌟 整體評價 • 地理位置：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐（雖非捷運旁，但散步風景迷人） • 房間大小：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐（適合1～2人長住短住都舒適） • 貼心服務：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐（備品超乎預期，入住無壓力） — 這是一個讓人想再回訪的住所，安靜舒適又兼具生活便利。適合喜歡體驗在地生活、懂得欣賞城市慢步調的旅人。 我會非常樂意再入住這裡。

Comfortable apartment, strategically located, clean, and fully equipped with complete facilities. Highly recommended for those visiting Bangkok in a group of 5 to 7 people. The host is very helpful and responds quickly.

Wonderful property, amazing location and really good links to the city centre and surrounding areas. I can not fault the Host for her responsive and proactive attitude , plenty of water in the fridge, bathroom essentials and Priya even went out of her way to obtain an iron and ironing board.

Next time I’m in BKK, I’m staying here. Christophe is an exceptional host that ensured I had everything I needed, and more. Gave great recommendations, checked in a few times to make sure things were good, and overall is a great host. Couldn’t recommend a better host. 10/10

I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Taak and Vora’s apartment. The location was convenient, the space was spotless and cozy, and they even provided baby essentials for our 7-month-old — such a thoughtful touch. They were also easy to communicate with, always responsive and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well located. Just a few minutes walk to metro and many shops/restaurants. It also has an extra toilet off the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and air con and washer worked well. Boom and other ladies at the reception desk were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is a little worn inside but it was still very clean. We also found the bed quite hard but bought a topper since we were there for a few weeks. Overall, the apartment is a good value and I’d recommend.

We had an excellent stay . Nopparat is always available for us. The house is very comfortable, the facilities amazing and neighbourhood very calm. Thank you very much.

Coup de cœur absolu ! Un petit nid douillet en plein Bangkok, loin de l’agitation urbaine. Nous avons adoré cette toute petite maison traditionnelle pleine de charme entourée d’un beau jardin. Le soir, le chant des grenouilles nous ont bercées tout le long du séjour. Tout le confort attendu, une literie confortable, une belle terrasse cosy et une propreté irréprochable. Très bien situé, nous avons vraiment apprécié, après nos journées d’exploration, dîner dans le quartier et nous plonger dans la vie locale et cette si belle cuisine de rue. Le contact avec Kanyalak a été facile, chaleureux et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour, nous nous y sommes vraiment senti bien :)

We are two families of seven persons, we felt right at home. The accommodation is so spacious that we did not feel crowded at all with so many people. Hosts are very responsive, way above timely manners. I highly recommend this place. It’s huge though 😃

My husband, myself and our 2 small dogs had a wonderful stay here! We were moving out of the country so we needed a place close to the airport which also allowed dogs and this was a great fit for us. The house is totally fenced in, however there is no grass in the yard which was not a problem for us because it was only a very short walk to get to grass and road was well lit at night. We especially appreciated how well the air conditioners worked because it was quite warm outside when we stayed there. There is a 7-11 and a few other shops within walking distance. It was easy to get a Grab taxi and also Grab delivery. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Even a washing machine and plenty of space to dry the clothes. Tom was quick to respond to any questions we had and he and his son were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd happily stay here again if we are ever back in Thailand.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The apartment was clean and nice. All facilities are in condo + huge mall in walking distance. You can find almost everything, what you need. The only minus is location. Far from the city center, and a bit far from closest BTS station, which can bring you to city center. So you need to take bus/taxi bike for get to metro. Or if you use to just use a taxi, this is also can be solution for you. But the rest was really good.

Had a great stay here for over a month! Right next door to a big shopping mall and Tops which was helpful. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and nice.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The host is friendly and the most touching act was… the host prepared few toys, when I informed him that I will be coming there with my 4 years old. It was very thoughtful of the host.

Comme à l'arrivée en Thaïlande,nous sommes revenus à cet appartement propre,spacieux,calme,sécurisé et près du métro,pour passer 6 nuits avant de prendre notre vol de retour à notre pays. -Excellent accueil personnel de Mr Chairat,homme souriant et gentil,qui ne ménage aucun effort pour donner des renseignements utiles et recommandations. -Cafés,restaurants,massages,7/11,métro....sont à quelques pas.

A gorgeous traditional thai summer house located on the outskirts of Bangkok. In a peaceful and quiet community, with it's own pool, this is perfect if you would like somewhere quiet to stay whilst also having good connections to the city of Bangkok and the centre. We loved staying here as it was the perfedct end to our two week holiday and perfectly captured the beautiful nautre of the country of Thailand.

This is a great place in a peaceful part of town away from all the tourism madness, and Krittiya is just a really great hostess. She was always friendly and had great recommendations for visiting Bangkok in general. I would recommend staying here at this condo, but I would also recommend staying anywhere that Krittiya is managing. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.
