Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

Come and get away from it all in this 200-year-old house called RUBIX. This pretty 90 m2 house is located in the heart of Carlux: between the 14th century church and the 11th century castle. You will be 20 minutes from Sarlat, medieval town of Périgord Noir and 15 minutes from Souillac in the Lot. You will find the Dordogne River 2 km away, the Vezere a little further, the castles and famous villages of the Dordogne Valley a few km further.
