We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

Just me and my family love the trip! It only has one negative point as we had to return home kkk. Since Renata's first message, it always requests and attentive, that when we arrived we were already greeted with a treat for my daughter on her birthday. What to say about Rita, what wonderful food and also very attentive and requests, always willing to help in everything. And lastly our "our" beach house, pk was how we felt, as if we had at home, better than we were, very beautiful, and functional, not to mention that my 4-year-old son and my 9-year-old daughter did not want to go home. in short, wonderful experience!!!

Mr. Severino is a great host. I really liked the house, good for those with children. Casa clean and organized. Pool always very clean and well-kept too. Great location and access to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. I felt at home. I would stay again and recommend for renting

I highly recommend it ! Everything in that house is beautiful , from the attention of leide that received us and explained everything very lovingly , to gerald that every night was approaching the maintenance of the pool and in what little we understood was always very warm and friendly. It is very close to the beaches for walking. And by car 30 min from maragogi, we were so delighted that sometimes we didn't feel like going to do beaches ! Also there is no need to clarify that the house is a luxury ! From cleanliness to infrastructure and good taste for decoration.

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

Everything exceeded expectations, the house was really beautiful, comfortable and identical to the photos. Super recommended. The host responded quickly, always super attentive to our needs. The place is beautiful.

Beautiful, modern home! The backyard feels like a private oasis with hammocks, pool, outdoor kitchen and immaculate landscaping. The staff works very hard and they are what makes this place truly special. We encountered a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with professionally and the owner of the property is lovely. Highly recommend, especially for families with children.

We stayed at Débora's house in Tamandaré for 10 days and it was simply a sensational experience! From the first moment we were very well received and had 24-hour assistance, which brought us a lot of peace of mind. The condominium is great, safe, super well located – facing the sea and next to Quiosque Sol, which was a wonderful discovery and made all the difference in our days there. Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

Second time staying at this condominium. The structure is excellent, with places for games (ping pong and pool), a playground for children, a gym, a fast tennis court, a huge swimming pool with a shallow part for children and a slightly deeper part, a whirlpool in the pool, a grocery store and a restaurant inside the condominium, not to mention that it is right on the sand, where you can go out to the beach. The apartment is accessed by elevator and has air-conditioning in all rooms and is quiet. It has a balcony with a child safety screen, water filter and everyday utensils. I would definitely come back. Would recommend to everyone.

Spacious, clean, well-organized house, super-equipped kitchen, excellent beds, bed linens and bath towels. The balcony is spacious and perfect for a nice barbecue. Everything you need to settle on the sand and enjoy the sea, tables, chairs, umbrella, cooler and even a bucket for the kids. The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Thanks for hosting us and we'll be back soon.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

Flat is beautiful and cozy in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Northeast. Exactly as in the pictures, well decorated and equipped, the very kind host, always responding when requested. I highly recommend it!
