Luiz is an extremely kind person as well as all the members and staff of Caravelle 3, from the beach service to the cleaning of the building!!! The impeccable apartment, great location, only use the car if you really need it, since from pharmacy to the surrounding markets it finally has everything exactly as it is described in the ad!!! I highly recommend and we will be back soon!!!

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

Bruna and Adrya were great. Flexible check-in, very well located, clean and very comfortable house with all essential utensils, close to supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, beach, gas station, access to the road. 20 minutes from Riviera de São Lourenço. We love it, we will definitely be back.

Our experience at Lorenzo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is one of the great highlights: the condominium is literally in front of the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. Also, the environment is safe, quiet and ideal for resting. We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The only point is that the circulation inside the building is a bit complicated and difficult to access, and we get lost several times. Outside that the apartment is wonderful .
