Beautiful stay in Ubatuba, the beach near the apartment is very beautiful, Itagua (more lively) is within walking distance. Recommended for families or groups of groups! Hosting is very responsive!

The apartment was impeccable, with all the utensils, it even had wonderful linens and pillows, the environment was clean, cozy and very spacious. Andrea is amazing, always helpful and helped us a lot with the flexibility of schedules! I highly recommend it!

We had perfect days in Ubatuba and the stay at Guilherme and Eliane's apartment was definitely a differential. Beautiful apartment, finely decorated and with quality furniture and utensils. The location is excellent, the building's facilities are also very good. The hosts were very kind and treated us as if we were family. I recommend it to everyone!

I stayed with my family, wife and 2 daughters and they loved the location, apartment facing the beach... the only thing was the beach sand, which is darker and we didn't have that clear water... but in fact it was a great value! I'll be back for sure. Rodrigo is an excellent host.

The stay is beachfront, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linens, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the trash. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I'd go back!

Excellent apartment, exactly as in the pictures! Everything was of high quality, from the appliances to the bed linens, which were clean and super comfortable. The ocean view is a real bonus, charming! We stayed 4 days as a family (me, my husband and our children) and the stay was very comfortable. The place was clean and organized. We would highly recommend it and would certainly return!

The entire stay was really great. The location is great, close to the center... close to everything... Beautiful apartment, very complete, very cozy, wonderful view... We were greeted with treats (wine, chocolate and more...) The host provided all the necessary information and support, and at the end of the stay she even offered us the courtesy of staying until the next day in the morning... too bad I really had to leave... It was well worth it! I definitely recommend it 😁

Wonderful stay! Super quiet place, very nice house - it's a little reminiscent of a country house/farm. If I could, I'd stay there for a month! Rafael and Mateus are super nice, very helpful (as always, it's already my second stay). It's a little far from downtown Ubatuba, but it's exactly what we like - much quieter. Super close beaches, with very nice kiosks. Perfect combination of beach and forest, even on cloudy and rainy days, it is highly recommended. We liked it very much!

Very nice place, quiet to go with the family, the beach that is closest is super quiet, very good to go with the children... the house is very organized and clean, it has everything you need, and the accommodation is very nice, it is worth spending a few days and relaxing!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Property well located, well equipped, did not meet super, close to the beach with easy access, very comfortable, the place is very quiet and peaceful at night, we really liked it

The hostess Chimene is super attentive and kind... very good apartment, great infrastructure and location, I was with my family and 2-year-old son, we enjoyed the beach and the available infrastructure very much. I'll be back for sure
