The apartment is excellent — super well maintained, clean and very comfortable. You can see it was prepared with care. Pleasant atmosphere, organized and exactly as shown in the photos. I highly recommend it!

The stay was wonderful, mainly due to the privileged location, as it is only two blocks from the sea, has a bakery across the street, a church on the other side, a super nice corner bar, it also has a very traditional street bar, top meatballs and great prices, besides the nearby market, a fruit shop that you can walk to, a gas station, I really didn't want to leave. The convenience of check-in and Checkout is also a differential, a point of attention not to forget to take the basics, as well as: toilet paper, towels, bed linens, as described in the listing. The apartment has the necessary utensils for cooking.

The Estate was excellent, all as described. Perfect location. Apartment is very cozy. Let's go back for sure. Jane always very quick and kind to respond, and to Sandra who welcomed us there, very sympathetic and requests.

Bruno was very attentive, the extremely safe, quiet place, the heated pool is the differential, the accommodation although small met our needs very well.

Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

Vilma was very friendly since my first contact, very flexible at check in too! the house is wonderful very clean and with all the necessary utensils, the view to the sea and the sunrise is simply spectacular! your Claudio that we received also very polite and kind!! We were lucky enough to get two very hot and yet the house is very nice to stay the afternoon near the pool because it is very airy, the pool catches sun in the morning and one part of the afternoon, so it tastes good to enjoy in the period that has no sun!!!

That’s the perfect place for a holiday break! Very close to the beach, the house is cozy, spotless, and has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a lovely barbecue and pool area. Kids, adults, and even our pet had a wonderful time here. Jade, the hostess, was always respectful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Sending good vibes and all our gratitude to Jade and her family!

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent for those seeking peace, contact with nature and real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super helpful, attentive and showed real concern for our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we already want to go back! Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it!

The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
