Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Itapoã

My stay at Kenia's apartment was simply impeccable! The property has the best features and is exactly as shown in the photos – or even better. The flat was extremely clean and cozy, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The sheets and towels were super clean and smelling, which made all the difference. For those who have a allergy to dust or rhinitis, you can rest easy! I am extremely allergic and did not have any reaction during my stay. In addition, the apartment is well airy and offers a surreal view of beautiful! The condominium also has several incredible amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna and gym, which make the experience even better. The staff are very cordial and friendly, always helpful. Another great differential is the location, which is close to several commercial points, bringing even more practicality for everyday life. I just have to thank you for the wonderful experience!

Extremely helpful and caring host, gave us several tips on local restaurants. The beach near the Apt. is super quiet, even on a holiday, we were able to enjoy it without any disturbance. The apartment was clean and organized, however, the only point is that if the intention is to cook in the Airbnb, know that it is necessary to buy the basic ingredients as well, such as salt and sugar. Overall, I think it was great value for money!

Simply amazing! The apartment exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness was spotless, all very organized and well cared for. Comfort was a great highlight, with cozy furniture and excellent air conditioning, ensuring perfect rest nights. The location is great, with easy access to everything we needed. In addition, the host, Tainá, was extremely attentive and always available for any need, which made all the difference in the stay. Check-in and check-out were quiet and hassle free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I strongly recommend for those looking for a pleasant and well-structured place. I would definitely stay here again!

Always attentive to us, extremely polite, I had no problem at all, simply impeccable, I hope I can go back soon, because it is very worthwhile, we went to the beach on foot it is so close, the house is very safe too. The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and we loved the place. The loft is very beautiful and cozy, in addition to being close to the waterfront and shops.

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Great place, very well located, very good condominium. Marcos has 3 beach chairs, a sun umbrellas and a small cooler, utensils that helped us a lot. Full and very neatly tidy apartment. I recommend it!

This apartment is a rare gem! One of the most beautifully decorated places I've had the pleasure of staying in. The apartment has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The air-conditioning works very well. The location is fantastic and the view is remarkable to the beach. The host was kind and always available if we needed anything. She was so kind that she even let us check out later as there were no other guests checking in the same day. This will be the first place we'll see when we're in town.

This is my second time staying with Jefferson and remains impeccable. I recommend it to everyone going to Vila Velha, and in case I come back one day for sure I'll stay again.
