We had a great stay at Tiago's apartment. Very spacious and had all the amenities we needed to accommodate our stay. Check in and check out was very easy. Tiago was able to accommodate a bit of an early check in for us based off of our train arrival time from Porto. Apartment was very clean, well-kept and was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool and the grounds. There is a good-sized grocery store just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. It is roughly a 20-30 min walk from the beach and the marina and the walk is quite pleasant along a paved fitness path. Quiet neighborhood in general with no issues walking at night. The unexpected treat during our stay was dining at Vila de Tradicao. It is a very small restaurant right beside the apartment. The food was terrific, and the staff were hilarious. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay. Thanks Tiago !

Great location near the market and large supermarket, short walk to the marina and lots of shops and lovely restaurants. The apartment was very clean and Margarida was very quick to respond to any messages and very kindly allowed us to leave our bags as we had a late flight home. Great roof terrace where we had our breakfast and relaxed on the comfortable loungers! We had a great time 😁

We had a great stay. Bed and Sun were extremely helpful and resolved a few minor issues immediately. We were there 8 weeks, cleaning was done every 2 weeks with plenty of fresh linen and towels. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and good WiFi.

Super fijn appartement met zeezicht en een groot balkon! Ruime indeling en alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, kruiden, suiker, koffie olie en flesje wijn.. Alvaro reageerde ook snel op mijn berichten en stond mij snel te hulp. We konden inchecken wanneer we wilden heel fijn. We zouden deze weer boeken en zeer aanbevelen.

Logement fidèle à la description, à proximité des gares routières et trains. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller dans l'hyper centre de Faro et visiter les alentours. Maria, toujours souriante, est de très bons conseils qui s'adaptent en fonction de nos centres d'intérêts. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. Obligado Maria!!!!

Fantastic stay. Location is brilliant, less than 5 mins to beach and also to old town. Property was great, exactly as described. Clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you need, great balcony to sit and have coffee in the morning or chill in the evening. Beautiful rooftop terrace with outdoor shower. Bathroom has a great shower and all facilities. Appreciated the air con in the bedroom. Felt safe at all times. This will be my go to place when I come back to Albufeira. Mini Market about one minute away and also an intermarche supermarket about 4 mins away. Highly recommend this place and host. 5 *****

Una casa maravillosa. Limpia y muy bien cuidada con todo lo que necesitas. El exterior de la casa es espectacular. Porche con zona de juegos y una piscina y jacuzzi climatizados. La zona es muy tranquila. Ni un solo ruido. Helder es muy amable y servicial. En general, es una casa perfecta para unas vacaciones por la zona

Nous venons de passer deux très bonnes semaines de vacances dans cette petite maison idéale pour deux personnes et très bien équipée. Le cadre est idyllique si l’on apprécie le calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, réactifs et attentionnés tout en étant très discrets. Un moyen de transport est indispensable pour atteindre le domaine. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location.

Stayed here whilst over from England for my best friends wedding. It was the most stunning place and absolutely perfect for my partner and I to stay in. The views are amazing and the swimming pool is great! Never had an issue with local taxis and only 10 minute drive from the sea. Would definitely return in the future and recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing stay with the prettiest views.

Lovely traditional fisherman's cottage. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Two bathrooms are very welcome . The outside space is lovely at any time of day. . .The stairs could be challenging for people with mobility issues but we had no problem. The air-conditioning worked very well. The wifi is excellent and great to have Netflix. Norbert is a thoughtful and responsive host

We had a fantastic stay. Loved using the pool and the local area was quiet in the evening. A short walk to local shops, the beach, bars and restaurants! The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Would 100% recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara et Maria qui sont toujours souriantes, accueillantes et très réactives en cas de difficultés ou de questions. Le logement est situé dans un lieu calme et paisible où il fait bon se reposer, pour autant, les activités ne manquent pas. Nous avons pu visiter le sud est de l'Algarve facilement.

Thomas war und ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Super hilfreich, immer offene und nette Kommunikation! Das Haus selbst war einfach toll. Die Größe des Hauses kommt auf den Bilder gar nicht richtig rüber - es ist gigantisch. Man lebt komplett für sich und hat komplette Privatsphäre. Gärtner und Poolboy halten alles rund ums Haus gut in Schuss. Wir haben 6 Wochen von hier gearbeitet - Internet tadellos, Arbeitsplätze und zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten für Calls vorhanden. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, da es etwas außerhalb liegt. Zum Galé Strand oder Albufeira fährt man ca. 12 Minuten. Ein Uber ist kostet allerdings auch nicht viel. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich der Intermarché in Ferreiras oder der Aldi, der nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt ist. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft – sehr gut ausgestattet, mit toller Terrasse! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser hervorragend eingerichteten Wohnung. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt – alles war durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großen Terrasse mit modernen Möbeln, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Ein WLAN wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, aber dennoch können wir diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 4 Monate mit 2 Hunden bei Mari Carmen. Sie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat bei kleinen Problemen sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung ist groß genug aber im Winter etwas kalt. Heizung war aber vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke Mari Carmen

We felt so lucky to have found this wonderful and spacious apartment with its amazing terrace (perfect for sunbathing!). The apartment itself is extremely well appointed and Mary and Roger have provided absolutely everything you could need, with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses (and dishwasher tabs). There were also beach towels if you needed them, a great little electric barbecue grill, loads of seating on the terrace … it seemed that anything you might want was already there, and there was loads of space for the two of us. Olhao itself is a beautiful town and perfect for wandering around. We had a fabulous week there and would definitely recommend both this apartment and town to anyone who’s looking for a not too touristy part of the Algarve to visit.

The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The location was ideal — quiet yet close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, beaches or local attractions. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, utilities in thekitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, which made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely come back!

Just right for our short stay. Host is really good and was there to met us and show us around, lovely pool just a few metres away. Clean and had all we needed. Beds are a bit basic, but okay.
