Clean, tidy, and quiet. Super village near the beach. Matches exactly what was said in the listing. Communication with Cláudio was super quiet, even helped me in changing dates, as I was afraid of catching rainy days. Boiçucanga beach is perfect. Enjoy the restaurant Sebastiana.

We went as a family and we really felt at home, when we arrived in the neighborhood, for those who do not know the region scares… narrow and sandy streets, but the condominium and the house is literally a private paradise! The way from the condominium to the beach is beautiful and easy to access, but with wheelchairs or limitations I do not recommend! The extremely calm and warm sea, a safe place and very well frequented. Anyway the house and the beach are wonderful and complement each other, the very simple neighborhood… having to go to Maresias for tours and shopping! We love and make sense for us! We were 6 adults and 1 child.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The photos can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the location. Luana, who was with us throughout the stay, cooks very well, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

We like to stay in the flat, it was very clean, the beach is very close, there are the common spaces like swimming pool and showers that were essential! The only bad part is that we had to change the truck every time, it could be a fixed spot. But the rest we love and recommend!
