We love your stay! The unit is super comfortable and well-equipped. Exactly as in the pictures. I highlight the kindness and prompt response of hosts (Luiz and André) whenever requested, and the care they took to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We'll be back!!

The place is great, with large and well-lit environments, ideal for two adults and one child. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. The garage can be a challenge for large pickup trucks, but medium cars and SUVs come in smoothly. The stay was excellent, the apartment is complete, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, and very well taken care of.

Host service is great, I was always on hand to help, and with great recommendations and tips to make the experience as positive as possible. The space of the house is cozy, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. About the location, it is very versatile because Passo de Torres delivers tranquility and security for those looking for peace and also provides a quick and close access to Torres for those looking for tours and a greater variety of shops and also other beaches. Anyway, the space and location exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return at other times.

Great place to stay in Arroio. Very beautiful and organized beach house. Very friendly hosts and willing to help us with everything. Espaço clean and organized. The house offered new beach equipment such as chairs and the like. New, clean and sufficient pots, plates and cutlery for the people who accommodate the house.

Excellent. So summarize our stay, the extraordinary host in attention, quickness in response and resolute. The apartment has a great location, structure true to the description and is a great option in its cost-benefit. I recommend and will be back as soon as we have the opportunity.

It was our first beach experience, we found it wonderful, the night without the ventilator is possible to sleep with the sound of the sea very relaxing, the Roges AP attended us positively and we will certainly return, Josi person requests, friendly waited us with clean and smelling towels and sheets, whenever we need to attend us quickly, clean home, very quiet environment, we feel at home, all according to the announcement. To improve would be the control of the ants we miss tbm of a toaster would be legal to supplement. Note 10 on everything for sure! The view will be remembered forever!

Super-equipped house, exactly as in the listing. Flávio and his wife were super helpful. I needed to delay the agreed check-in time a little and they were super understanding. Clean and cozy home. Good patio and super quiet street. Great to go with kids. We loved the stay and plan to return.

We love the house, very comfortable and wide. We sleep super well because the beds and mattresses are great. There are useful utensils in the kitchen, we found everything we needed. In addition, the location is great, by the sea. Amamos, we want to go back.

We very much like the house and the beach! Great place to rest. The house had everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our "sausages" had the courtyard with grass, well litter, where they could stay and it was very nice to wake up every day by the sea side!

Ana was very considerate and receptive. The house is beautiful, wonderful and cosy. I went with my grandmother who is elderly and she was able to enjoy the beach a lot, since the house is right in front. We'll definitely be back next year.

Extremely clean and cozy house, we felt at home. I had some personal problems that made me reschedule a few times and Leonardo was exceptional, extremely understanding and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We were warmly welcomed, easy to find and a wonderful location. Close to the beach, market and a quiet place. We intend to return more often, no doubt!

The house is great. It has all the amenities we needed. The fact that it is so close to the beach makes trips to the sea easy, without a car, and we are quickly back home. The condominium is safe and very quiet. We found the perfect house for our needs.

Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat
