Vacation rentals with a patio in Pozuelo de Alarcón

We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

Maria Jose and her husband were very nice, they helped us with an umbrella and find a parking lot at the time of arrival. The place is nice, the kitchen is very complete. For being winter we couldn't be much outside but the patio is big and looks nice.

Our partner's experience on the property was very good. From the time of hiring until check out, we felt accompanied and cared for. The accommodation was in optimal condition and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

We (4 adults and 1 child) enjoyed the apartment and the location (between 3 metro stations) very much. The apartment was spacious and had good opportunities to cook for yourself. There were 2 supermarkets nearby and you could quickly reach the center by metro. We had no problems and therefore no need to contact the owner. As mentioned before, the 3 bedrooms were great, the mattresses were a bit worn out and the bedroom facing the street was a bit noisy. But that was nothing that bothered us much. We were very pleased.

An amazing experience with Alejandro! Our stay at Alejandro's place was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Alejandro was very attentive and kind, always ready to help us with everything we needed. The place was spotless, very cozy and with all the details thought out to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. Alejandro gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants, and he wasn't wrong about any of them! He was undoubtedly an exceptional host who made our experience even more special. We have been very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was easy with the hosts, both for check-in and check-out. At first we had opted for private parking, but they themselves were the ones who told us that there was space on the street (holidays) and gave us the option to leave it in the private parking only if we needed to. We're so grateful for that part. The apartment is larger than the photos, and has everything. In addition, the area is very quiet but with everything you might need (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bazaar-type food stores...). We would definitely stay here again

We felt incredibly comfortable with Rosario! Even before our arrival we had contact and so received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything was exactly as described and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Welcome drinks, butter, jam, milk, ham (in the fridge) and cakes and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna … I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all devices in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything there! The contact for questions was always lightning-fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

This is a separate house. Fully renovated. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Supermarkets and restaurants are all around. We were going to Madrid. It stays half an hour, very good.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

The village is very nice and has a lot of life. The house was very clean and has everything you need, the location is good, close to the center of the village. They provided us with a high chair and a baby bath, which we greatly appreciate. Upstairs there are many toys and our baby enjoyed it very much. As an anecdote, we had the great blackout and the barbecue was our salvation.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

This is a great spot, quiet and tucked away but only 5-6 mins walk to the Metro (and the station is right by a Colombian bakery….great empanadas !). Very comfortable and well equipped home. Barbara and her co-hosts were so helpful with airport pick up tips, local restaurant recommendations etc - she and her team made everything really easy. We’d love to return….

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Super clean, great location!

The apartment was great! Location was close to the downtown but located on a quiet street. Apartment was as described, was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Diego was super responsive. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Alcalá.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

I had a lovely stay at Leo’s place in Madrid. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to the city centre and easy to get around. Leo was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth. Would definitely stay again!
