It consists of a ground floor that contains two apartments. Sports grounds and children's playground are 2 minutes walk from the Stone House. The stone house is protected as a cultural monument, is well insulated and therefore, it does not have and should not have air conditioning. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, and on the terrace a large barbecue with all the equipment and wood. A baby cot is available upon request. Private parking in the yard. The yard is completely fenced.

It is only a few minutes away by car from the center of Orahovica, and the famous swimming and resort of Orahovica Lake, and Hercegovac Lake, which includes an adrenaline water park with a zip line.
