We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We won't hesitate to return to this villa during our next stay in Agde. Thank you!

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive to nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of check-in and check-out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this place, which met our expectations.

Very comfortable and modern accommodations! The pool water was cold, but refreshing. Truly a very nice stay. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect place for those who want to enjoy the quality of life in the south! The house is very nice, very well-equipped. Excellent bedding! The outdoor areas allow you to fully enjoy the long evenings! Thank you to Romain and Dimitri for their hospitality, availability and kindness!

We had a great winter stay, very cozy around good meals prepared in the beautiful very well equipped kitchen and the beautiful fireplace in the living room where you immediately feel comfortable. The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and quiet, the bedding is of very good quality. We enjoyed pleasant little walks in the surrounding vineyards and the spacious garden by a stream. Recommended!

Corinne is a responsive and pleasant host, the house is spacious and clean, well equipped, the garden is fenced. A small crossroads market is within a 5-minute walk (ideal for last-minute forgetfulness), the Vendres ponds within a 15-minute walk (be careful a nice climb is on the course but easily achievable) Corinne warned us that the house was available before the scheduled time, super nice because we were in advance, and finally thank you so much for the little touches. I highly recommend this listing

A beautifully restored chateau in a wonderful setting. The pool was lovely, the forest walk was accessible by bicycles or walking. There were sheep, chickens, gorgeous landscaped gardens with herbs growing everywhere. It felt like you were living your life in a home away from home. I just wished we had booked a unit with a garden or been offered one, as we had our dog with us. It would have been nice to eat outside our own unit, as apposed to eating upstairs in our room. The staff were so friendly and helpful!

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

The rented studio is very cute, it was able to satisfy us. The space outside is superb, a real way to recharge your batteries. Small point to improve can be the brightness, the curtain is not opaque enough or put a blind. For the rest, it's functional. For the location, good to go for a walk and access Beziers. After the neighborhood itself, I would not walk alone very happy to have come with my partner.

Everything was perfect. pool and jaccuzi available and at will. little touches for us and our little dog. great place. restaurants and bakery nearby. Silvia is a very friendly and pleasant person. We will surely come back on a future trip. Thank you again for hosting us.

Nothing to say about the quality of its services: large, beautiful, well-appointed, clean, super well-equipped house. We were also able, on the advice of our hotel, to discover the surroundings on foot or by car. In one word: perfect.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

Despite the bad weather, very successful stay with 3 small children thanks to the comfort and location of Martine's house. A short walk to the beach, with games, the Grau shopping street and its market. We enjoyed a warm welcome, the beach and even some swimming for the bravest. The house is spacious and has a very nice exterior. We would happily stay again for a new family vacation. We highly recommend this house, well arranged, very clean, perfectly equipped and so well located.

Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well-equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. The location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

We had a great time at Elodie and her partner's place. They are very friendly and responsive hosts. The house is in a very good location; a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot or by car. It's also very easy to park. The terrace is very pleasant, quiet, and the house is cool and well-equipped. Really no complaints!

A fantastic stay in an incredible penthouse-like apartment!! There were 5 of us some nights, which became 3 by the end - but it never felt cramped at all. Apartment is great for a group or even couple (given the reasonable price) situated just near the casino at the end of the promenade. The view of the ocean is amazing (the best in valras I’d imagine) and the balcony was fantastic. Theres also shops, a bar and carrefour all part of the new complex. Being a new apartment, everything was pristine, chic, and well thought out - no problems with air con and there’s even a wine fridge and coffee machine. Alexandre was a great host. Highly responsive but not overbearing or intrusive at all, and was very understanding when we requested to check out a little late. There was even free wine and snacks on arrival. Highly recommended!

Very good hosting by the host, apparently nice, quiet, practical. Very well located accommodation for shopping, market, restaurants and seaside walks. I highly recommend this place.

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!
