cosy well-equipped village home facing a garden with a large variety of plants, where a well and a garden bench engraved with antique tiles are prominent features. Walking/cycling to the lake or contemplating the starlight skies at night are exhilarating experiences. Ideal for long-term stays for anybody wanting a quiet place to work. Good wi-fi. I live with 2 cats in the studio with the entrance door via the garden which I look after but leave to private use of guests. Other pets are welcome.

Casa da Junqueira-Alqueva (House of Junqueira-Alqueva)

Matriz Guest House - House with Terrace

The Matriz Guest House is the first floor of a century-old house recently restored to a high standard. It is located in the center of the medieval village of Portel, Central Alentejo, Portugal, 12 km from the nearest river beach and 15 km from Marina Amieira, both located in the municipality of Portel and next to Lake Alqueva. Closest cities are Évora, 40 km north, a World Heritage Site (UNESCO), and Beja, 40 km south, with good access by car or bus via the IP2 road.

Monte da Luz

Monte da Luz is 4 km from the village of Alqueva by dirt road, 6 km from the Alqueva river beach. Beach Houses - C. da Amieira

Casas da Praia, are a set of two houses that are rented as one. In this house you will find a T1 and a T0. The two houses have air conditioning, internet, pallet salamander and independent bathrooms. You can sleep comfortably 6 people. In the outdoor area of the house you will find a fantastic swimming pool and sun loungers. It is a minute walk to the river beach of Amieira, just go down the street.

Casa Morais Pinto

Former family home, right in the center of Reguengos de Monsaraz, ideal for large groups. Here you will be able to install your family with all the necessary comfort and space, allowing yourself to be enveloped by the grandeur of this house that has passed from generation to generation. The house is prepared for people with limited mobility, with a fully adapted bathroom and has a hinged bed.

Backyard retreat near the river beach

This little getaway is a mobile house we have in our backyard. With a maximum capacity of 6 people, it is ideal for spending a few days with family/friends. It has 3 bedrooms, living room/ kitchen and 2 toilets. The house is meters from the river beach, so you can walk. Pets are welcome, but only in the outdoor space.
