Overall we are very happy with our stay and it's good value for money. The complex is great with heated pool and next to the large supermaket. Place itsef is on the basic and smaller side, but beds are comfortable and there is a nice little balcony to enjoy a meal. Wifi is a bit slow, if you are planning to work it might be a challenge, if you rely on a fast connection. The host is flexible and resonsive.

Apartment was great, would absolutely stay again, pool area is great with a small bar where you can get coffee, beers, and more as well as food. Over the whole week we were here never struggled to find sun beds for 4. Apartment contents were great, beach towels available, glasses, cups, and everything required for a great meal. Very good local amenities within 5 minutes. Bus stop and taxi rank 2 minute walk away. Location is great, vast majority of Playa de las Americas is within walking distance. The apartment complex is very secure, using key fobs and key pad gates. Only drawback is that the road outside can get busy and loud, but it’s very easy to close that out.

Everything was amazing , the place , the view . A lot to do in the area and very easily to get to the beach . The apartment was very nice , if you’re gonna come back for sure we ll stay there . Thank you very much for everything.

Vous pouvez y aller, les yeux fermés, nous recommandons à 1000% Notre vol n’a pas pu atterrir le jour prévu dû à la météo 5 tentatives d’atterrissage, nous avons passé la nuit à Gran Canaria et depuis ce jour Benjamin était aux petits soins, prenant de nos nouvelles constamment et a même voulu aidé quand je songeais à annuler le sejour. Nous avons finalement pu arriver à Tenerife le lendemain et l’accueil était impeccable. Très prévenant, beaucoup de conseils sur les restaurants aux environs, comment commander des taxis, les supermarchés etc. Il m’a meme conseillé sur un bon restaurant où j’ai pu demandé ma petite amie en mariage. Il prenait régulièrement de nos nouvelles et s’assurait que nous ne manquions de rien, meme quand je cherchai à imprimer un document un samedi, il s’est proposé pour le faire et me l’a ramené. Je ne sais pas quoi dire de plus si ce n’est Merci et je recommande ce logement.

The apartment was an absolute delight! Away from busy area, it offers peace and privacy while still being close enough to everything you need. Parking space inside the residence 👌 The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the modern comforts anyone would expect. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed having meals on the terrace with view to spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a true getaway with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

Had a great 6 night break at PS3 in Marie's apartment. The apartment was lovely. Had great views and was wonderful to sleep with the windows open listening to the Atlantic Ocean.

Great spacious apartment with everything you need, located in a very quiet area with plenty of street parking, the complex has a great communal swimming pool which was extremely quiet, the apartment is a 10-15 minute downhill walk to the beach so might not be suitable to somebody with walking difficulties…I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tenerife.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung war super sauber mit gutem WLAN und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir konnten mit Auto die ganze Gegend erkunden und haben gut und ruhig geschlafen! Elena hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns Tipps für Restaurants zu geben und hat uns sogar geholfen, einige Reservierungen zu machen. Danke für alles!

Très bel et grand appartement dans un lotissement calme, bien situé sur la côte ouest (voiture indispensable). La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas ! La communication était très facile avec Andréa que nous remercions pour le beau séjour qu'elle nous a permis de passer à Ténérife :)

Heerlijke week gehad. Appartement was zoals omschreven en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan het zwembad was het lekker rustig. Genoeg voorzieningen in de buurt en heerlijke restaurantjes. Verhuurders wonen in hetzelfde complex en reageren snel als er iets is. Geweldig verblijf gehad, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement in Magnolia La Caleta. Vanaf het begin zorgden host Olga en haar familie voor een warm en hartelijk ontvangst, wat ons verblijf extra speciaal maakte. Het appartement zelf is ruim, netjes en zeer schoon. Het voelde echt als een tweede thuis. Het grote terras was een van onze favoriete plekken om te ontspannen, ideaal voor ontbijt in de ochtend of een drankje in de avond. De faciliteiten in het complex zijn uitstekend. Zowel het zwembad als de gym waren goed onderhouden en nooit te druk, wat het erg aangenaam maakte om hiervan gebruik te maken. Een klein minpuntje is de padelbaan, die voor wat lawaai zorgt maar dit had weinig impact op onze ervaring aangezien we vaak op stap waren om de omgeving te verkennen. Kortom, een uitstekende accommodatie die wij zonder twijfel aanraden. Een groot compliment voor Olga en haar familie voor hun gastvrijheid en oog voor detail!

De los mejores apartamentos que hemos estado, Melissa, todo fácil con ella, la hora de llegada, las instrucciones, la documentación, muy buena profesional. La zona, a pesar de ser en una zona muy turística el apartamento es tranquilo, muy bien comunicado con todo Tenerife porque está al lado de la autopista y en una zona que hay todo lo necesario para comprar, etc. Playas, tiene una muy cerca del apartamento aunque nosotros hemos cogido el coche para recorrer toda la isla, cada día íbamos a una zona. El apartamento, reluciente, en un edificio muy nuevo, con todo lo necesario tanto de menaje como toallas, etc Como plus, la piscina climatizada y el parking que te salva la vida si alquilas coche. Si lo estáis pensando no dudéis en alquilarlo!

We loved staying at Edoardo's place. The apartment was lovely and clean and contained everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we required for a weeks self catering. The terrace is beautiful and spacious, including dining table and loungers and a great view of the pool. The pool was a lovely temperature and the pool bar/bistro is fantastic, great services and lovely food. We hired a car, so the gated access complex felt very secure so we had no worries about the car being safe. The location is quiet but plenty of restaurants in walking distance, the star being the sunset strip just at the end of the road, we ate at 3 of the restaurants (the tapas bar, the seafood restaurant and roca-negra (burgers/pizza) and all were gorgeous food. The highlight is watching the sunset from the veranda or lounging on the beanbags on the rocks, absolutely stunning!

Очень хорошие апартаменты, отличное расположение, тихо, красиво, из окна вид не только на океан, но и на другой канарский остров, машину всегда есть где поставить, и с воришками не встречались. Хоть и нет кондиционера, вентилятор в спальне очень спас, общение с хозяйкой тоже было приятным, вообщем всем советую

Liebe Ana, vielen Dank für den herzlichen persönlichem Empfang und die kurze Roomtour. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund phantastisch. Der Blick aufs wilde Meer vom Balkon war einzigartig. Es gab viele Lebensmittel die genutzt werden konnten und Ana hatte auch eine kleine süße Aufmerksamkeit bereit gehalten. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig da nicht viel fußläufig erreichbar ist. Eine Restaurantempfehlungen ist das Casa Magica im Boho Style, nicht günstig aber lecker. Vielen Dank!

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

This was a very nice apartment. Well kept and clean with a clean gym and clean facilities overall. Location was good as it was not in the heart of the tourist areas but close enough in the car if we had to visit. beach is a rocky beach with a non sandy beach but was very scenic in appearance. Nice beach club near by. Communication was very good and quick. A little small for a family of 6 but was adaptable with the lounge sofa bed. Overall a good experience. Thank you

El alojamiento de Benedict es un excelente lugar para hospedarse. Una casa antigua restaurada que está en un lugar céntrico de la Laguna. Puedes llegar caminando facilmente a los principales lugares de restauración y ocio de la ciudad. Benedict dió información clara del alojamiento y recomendaciones de lugares de restauración y se mostró disponible por si lo necesitába.

Genial alojamiento con excelente zona compartida con Jacuzzi y barbacoa. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos para que no nos faltara de nada.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!

Gerne wieder! Michael, unser Ansprechpartner für die Unterkunft, war durchgehend zu erreichen und konnte immer gute Ratschläge und schnelle Antworten liefern !
