Vacation rentals with a patio in Poneloya

We really enjoyed our stay at Piero’s place! The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and is within walking distance to everything in Leon. We would come again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, konnten gut abschalten von dem stressigen Alltag mitten in der Natur und doch mitten im Leben von den Einheimischen. So lernt man die Kultur am besten. Zum Strand sind es nur paar Minuten, und zum unsere Frühstück Lokal (BlackPlaya) auch, ist noch leider nicht auf Google maps vermerkt aber es lohnt sich. Morgens wird man von Sonnenaufgang und Vögel zwitschern geweckt, sowie es kann sein das auch ne Kuh oder Pferde plötzlich da stehen :) Für uns war es eine tolle Abwechslung um Ruhe zu genießen. Danke:) Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este apartamento, nos gusta muchísimo, es súper cerca de Managua, la piscina está a pasos de la casa al igual que el mar! Es perfecto para ir en familia y con niños pequeños! Definitivamente volveríamos 🤗

this is a gem in Leon! a beautiful house where you have all the amenities you can think of, all powered by a phenomenal host Pedro. Comfy beds, AC that you want during the 30+ degree weather, and loads of restaurants nearby. most importantly, easy to get to and easy to check in...I did with my left hand! honestly, if you're looking for your own place in Leon away from the congestion of the city centre, here's your gem. muchas gracias Pedro! I'll be back and will 100% stay here again! thank you for the recommendations as well

Beautiful, comfortable home! This is my second time staying here and I plan to stay again in the near future. The home has everything you need from kitchen items to bath essentials. Kathleen and Ivania were very attentive to my family’s needs while visiting. They were very responsive and friendly. Great service! Thank you for everything! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here. A great indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space has the sunshine all day! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need (oil, salt, pepper etc). Cristhell was super responsive and really helpful with whatever we needed. Great place to stay in Leon!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía en esta casa. El alojamiento super lindo, amplio, cómodo, limpio y con una vista increíble. La zona muy segura y tranquila. Carol es una excelente anfitriona, desde el momento de la reservación hasta finalizar nuestra estadía muy atenta, amistosa y siempre contesta casi de inmediato. Sin duda volveremos!!

Had an amazing time at Adam's place and playa Tesoro! Very beautiful, and you'll basically have the beach entirely to yourself (or just a handful of others). Please was exactly as described, but note that there are not many restaurants/stores nearby the vincinity. We took food to cook ourselves, the house had all the amenenities we needed, and our own drinks/ice and we did just fine. Highly recommend coming with a vehicle that has 4x4 capabilities, especially during the rainy seaon. Long story short, would come back again!

Although we didn’t stay at Martha’s due to an unfortunate change of plans not allowing us to cross into Nicaragua from Costa Rica - she was very accommodating and understood that we may need to rebook. She was quick to reply and very kind - I will stay here once we make it into Nicaragua.

Loved it! Great corner unit with wrap around porch and looks out over the end of the resort - everything was spot on!

Posición privilegiada, frente al mar y la piscina y restaurante del condominio a un lado, amplio departamento y los pasillos exteriores fenomenales formando una ele, se encuentra en el tercer piso ; pero no fue problema pues usamos el ascensor. Nos encantó a todos Especial para disfrutar la puesta de sol .
