Studio very well located in Perros Guirrec, good value for money. The space was very clean. Flexible check-in was very convenient for us because we were able to arrive at 10pm without any worries. Only 1 improvement would be a better mattress, as it is too soft and hurts on the back for more than one night. But otherwise very well!

Our stay in Perros Guirec went extremely well. The accommodation is in a great location, the directions are very clear and the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The only small downside comes from the extreme humidity, which makes you wake up with damp clothes and fogged windows. It didn't spoil our vacation though. ☺️

Everything was perfect! We really appreciated the warm welcome from Philippe and his wife. They take great care of the hosts (kind attention to the welcome) and very kind to the children. The cottage was very clean and equipped with all the necessities "like at home", with high quality amenities. The garden is very well appointed with lots of children's games, garden furniture and very nice and flowery. We fully understand the success of this gite, which is amply merited.

We enjoyed our stay in Perros-Guirec very much. The rental of Joelle's property was perfect (comfort, cleanliness, well-equipped and close to the sea) Let's consider returning to this beautiful region.

Very nice stay, the house is large and well-equipped. Just missing wifi and heating on the veranda for winter stays. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Sabrina and Sylvain!

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

This is the first time that we are also satisfied with a rental: beautiful location, cozy and warm apartment, comfortable bedding, more than necessary in terms of supplies, delicate attention and availability from the owner, what more could you ask for! We will definitely be back.

Stay at the start of the year, few tourists and that's great. Unfortunately, a lot of shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful seaside walk to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

The accommodation is very well located for exploring the various tours and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the useful amenities for a stay. Claire was present on arrival and departure which allows for live exchange. We have very good memories of this stay thanks to our host, his accommodation and this beautiful area.

Apartment matches the photos. Very functional and well-equipped. We were helped by our hosts at the last minute after a mishap with another rental and they were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks to them and I'll keep this address for the next time. I recommend it 100%.

Look no further: you've just found paradise. The apartment is bright, peaceful and spacious, everything you need is available nearby and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking.

We were delighted to have stayed in this jewel on its rock, steeped in history and today enhanced by the many improvements made by the owners. In addition, the apartment is very well-equipped, nothing is missing. We had a wonderful week in this setting and found the calm and serenity we were looking for. And what exceptional views! Beautifully decorated, functional and comfortable apartment, ideally located 2 steps from the beautiful Saint Guirec beach, coastal trails and shops while being quiet. Parking space is also very nice. This is the perfect place to explore this beautiful Pink Granite Coast!
